• Alena (7/5): Good for vacation with family - Beds were comfortable, and balconies were big, clean and nice. My family had breakfasts in the open kitchen at the ground floor, and my son enjoyed playing with kittens Shower was in quite miserable condition, and hot water was not always hot

Номер был чистый, также чистое белье и тапочки, чего иногда не предоставляли в отелях с бол - Удобное для меня расположение, близко к морю и также близко к аэропорту, благодаря этому сэкономили на такси, также недалеко есть хороший торговый центр, продуктовые магазины. Оставался на одну ночь, каких-то минусов для меня не было. Мебель местами старая, душевая тоже, возможно для кого-то это большой минус, но на меня никак не повлияло. Двуспальная кровать огромная! Также понравился балкончик

• Alexandra (6/5): - Good location, close to the sea and the main attractions of the area. The staff was quiet and polite. Unfortunately very poor quality of the room. Outdated bathroom and furniture. Not recommended for a long stay. Noisy during the night because of the airport traffic.

• Sue (10/5): When we first walked into our room, we wasn’t going to stay there however we did because we were tired but it was the be - The property was dated, but so warm and inviting the staff were super helpful. Aircon was great and we had a lovely little balcony. The bed was so comfy we had the best night sleep. It wasn’t very well looked after it was silly things like the lights not working and the fright not shutting. It didn’t spoil our holiday. Just needs a bit of TLC.

This is yours - The location is amazing, and the recipients are so helpful, always availablein in the front desk and ready to help. Room is so clean and smell amazing. Not the hotel flute but next room are so loud.

The quilt didn't fit the bed. The extractor fan kept us awake all night. There was no bin in the room. The shower had no holder. It was so loud outside coukd hear everything. Papa John's is next door and the delivery drivers beeped their horn non stop. The heating didn't work. For me I wouldn't stay again. Maybe cheap as chips but when your tired it doesn't suit

• Afnan (10/5): I will definitely come back here again. - The hotel was very clean. The reception team was fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful and could communicate in english. The room was perfect (double bed with chilled AC) private balcony and very near to the beach. All good.

• Yasser (1/5): Rubb*sh stay - Location First of all, I had specifically requested a double bed, which the hotel confirmed before my arrival. However, on the first night, I was given a room with three small single beds instead. After complaining, I was moved to a different room the next day, but things only got worse. The mattress in the new room was so old and uncomfortable that I could feel the springs poking through. I ended up with marks on my back and barely slept because of the pain. I’ll now need to see a therapist to deal with the back issues caused by this. Additionally, the fridge in the room wasn’t working. When I mentioned it to the staff, I was told to use the communal fridge, which is highly inconvenient, especially in a city with 38°C heat and humidity. I needed the fridge to keep my medicine and drinks cold, and using a shared fridge was not a practical solution. Overall, this experience fell far below the minimum standards I expect from a hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed. Only writing the review today after my dispute was unfortunately declined.
• Piotr (8/5): Clean and basic - Very basic but bed and room very clean. Bathroom OK. We just needed a place for stopover and this worked great. £15 airport taxi.
• Raghav (8/5): Very good - Great cozy room with a balcony for budget travelers, very close to the Lara Road nightlife scene. The WiFi. There was no signal on the top floor. That's the only reason it isn't a 10/10 budget hotel.

• Andrei (2/5): Very poor - The location was pretty good, kind of in the middle between the beach and the city and I have to mention that you get shuttle bus for free to the beach. One of the receptionist was very nice and friendly and he knows how to communicate with the customers. The other "half" , which was the owner if I understood correctly, he was kinda of rude, I wanted to bring a friend for a few minutes to my room and he didn't let me, after I understand that if you bring one more person, that person must show an ID and if in case will stay over night you have to pay extra, but he didn't say anything and force my friend to wait outside. The room had an very old and dirty AC The shower was kind of broken, the door from the shower was stuck, you didn't have where to hang the shower In the room was smelling at mold After 3 days nobody clean the room, maybe it's a good idea to let a mop in the room Of course nobody change the sheets and a few other problems. At the end of the day that was my experience, maybe it was a singular case. Good luck in the future and I hope you will manage to renovate the room

• Vargas (7/5): Only one night stay - Very friendly reseptionist. We only needed one night stay. Overall it was OK. Not much to say. We arrived late and moved on early next morning.
• Abi (2/5): Very poor - Good location in terms of restaurants, cafes and shops around also beautiful cliff views and one or two beaches white close and others a little further but not bad. Staff were all friendly even despite language barrier. The room was quite dirty and old. Fridge didn’t work and shower was broken. Kitchen is shared and was hardly available to cook and during our stay the gas stove ran out of gas. Walls are extremely thin you can hear everything and people are loud all night so was extremely hard to sleep.

• Tat (7/5): No sound insulation, think before you chat in the corridor - Good location for the overnight before your flight. Very simple stay and restaurants and promenade are nearby, easy to find parking place. No sound insulation, you will know all details on what is happening in the corridor and almost everything in the other rooms. If other guest decide to have a chat or fight with his wife and son at 2 am (because they are just now checking in) nothing you can do, except of chatting back at 4 am (because it is time for you to depart, but we did not) - not really the hotel's responsibility, just be respectful to the others.

Shower cabin is very small. Air conditioner was blowing direct on my bed . I couldn’t change the direction. Small beds, flimsy mattress and uncomfortable pillows. Noisy neighbours late in the night. Staff doesn’t care about it.

• Mohammed (4/5): Disappointing - The location was near the main bus stops and a short walk from Terra City. The staff seemed friendly. The bed was decent for a night's sleep. The place is run down is an understatement. The bathrooms are mouldy and bad. The rooms have old and aged furniture. Toiletries were 3 tiny bottles, which were all the same and had no description. I had to buy my own. The shower barely worked. There was no room service, 3 days in I had to ask for someone to clean the room, came back to find out they hadn't, so asked them again for ghe next day and theg still didn't, 3rd time I managed to have it cleaned. That's 1 clean over 7 days. I managed to get 1 change of towels. The WiFi didn't work in the room, only in the lobby, they told me it was due to the rain, as an IT specialist I know this is bogus since the access points are hard wired, if one eorks do should the rest.

• Kenneth (9/5): Delighted.. - The Motel is in a great location, not too far from the sea and shops, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, recommend. A kettle would of been good.

Family run hotel and all staff extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help guests. A fantastic base for a week stay
