- David (8/5): Dav - Wir hatten leider ein Raucherzimmer,ein neues Zimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten. Statt dessen sollte nochmals durch gereinigt werden. Der Geruch blieb leider. Die Sauna könnte etwas größer sein. Ansonsten gut.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Low key bar - Hotel is fine. Easy parking directly in front of hotel. Rates include breakfast and dinner. Meals are nothing fancy, but totally edible. Ried am Zillertal village is very quiet. If you're looking for apres ski scene, hang at the lifts or stay in a different village. Bar had low key vibe with a couple regulars hanging out. Bar service was excellent, server remembered our drinks day over day. Lots of families staying during our visit so dining area always felt full of children. "King bed" was made up of two twin size mattresses pushed together so one person ends up in the crack.
- Sonja (8/5): - Gemütliches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Mitarbeitern. Schöne Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Skibus vor dem Hotel. (Abendessen haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.) Ein kleines Manko war es, dass das Hotel direkt von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht hat, welche ich eigentlich nur für die Reservierung eingegeben habe. Hotels.com hat angegeben, dass die Zahlung erst vor Ort statt findet.

- Nick (8/5): Ski Trip with Friends - Nice hotel on the ski-bus route into Kaltenbach, which takes about 5 minutes, so convenient for that. No nearby evening life so make the most of the hotel bar where the barman can be described as "quirky". Overall we had a good stay with the rooms being clean and pleasant and the food decent if not high quality.
- Alex (8/5): Hotel für Kurztrip - In 5 min im Skigebiet. Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel. Saunalandschaft ist eher alt und hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Zimmer sind groß und haben neue Bäder. Essen war sehr gut, vorallem das Frühstück. Für einen Kurztrip empfehlenswert.
