- Donna (6/5): Great location but dated decor - Excellent location in Lerici centre with great sea view. Helpful and friendly staff Very dated decor. We had a room on 4th floor with terrace but no sea view. The room was very spacious and clean but let down by the very outdated decor. In the bathroom in particular the shower panel was quite unsafe/unstable. The whole place could do with a revamp. Fine for very short stay.

- Jean-Claude (1/5): - Parking de l'hôtel payant placé à 800 m. Nous n'avons absolument pas apprécié le fait qu'une salle de danse s'est installée au dessus de notre chambre. Ne nous prévenant pas de cet évènement qui a duré jusqu'à 1 h 15 du matin et après contact avec la réception plusieurs fois je me suis fais remballé comme un mal propre disant qu'ils ont le droit d'organiser une salle de danse payante au 6ème étage, sans prendre la précaution d'en avertir les clients de la chambre en dessous ou alors de nous demander le déplacement dans une chambre non perturbée par un régiment de danseuses à talons aiguilles. Hôtel à bannir.

- philippe (5/5): décevant - Je suis descendu dans cet hotel pour profiter du spa. Quand j'arrive, j'apprends qu'il n'est pas en service. Devant mon mécontentement, la direction fait un geste commercial : offre du parking et surclassement. Le parking est assez loin et le surclassement .... disons que la chambre, plutot petite, ne correspond pas à ce que j'attends d'un hôtel de cette catégorie J'ai trouvé que cet hôtel est un monument mais qui n'a pas su se réinventer au fil du temps. Dommage
- 75d5e722946e71c6bd42888932748fd4 (10/5): An exceptional and highly-affordable hotel with great facilities and an enviable view. - The room was exceptional: a super comfy bed, an immaculate bathroom (the water pressure in the shower was perfect) and all topped off with an outstanding view over the bay. The staff, putting up with my limited Italian, were incredibly warm and welcoming. Travelling out of season, the quantities for the cooked breakfast were a little scarce (everything else was more than adundant). I had some issues working the aircon in my bedroom though that may be down to me.

- Eleonora (5/5): Servizio SPA non disponibile e NON comunicato in fase di prenotazione - La camera era pulita. La colazione, servita in una bella sala, era varia e con personale di sala efficiente. Avevamo scelto questa struttura principalmente per la presenza della spa, anche perché il soggiorno coincideva con il mio compleanno, informazione indicata al momento della prenotazione. Per questo motivo è particolarmente grave che solo al momento del check-in — e soltanto dopo nostra esplicita richiesta — ci sia stato comunicato che la spa era chiusa e lo sarebbe stata fino a data da destinarsi. Si tratta di un servizio determinante nella scelta della struttura e la sua indisponibilità avrebbe dovuto essere comunicata chiaramente già in fase di prenotazione, così da consentire agli ospiti di valutare consapevolmente se confermare o scegliere un’altra soluzione. In secondo luogo, abbiamo riscontrato alcune ulteriori criticità nel servizio: nella descrizione della camera erano indicati bollitore per tè/macchina del caffè e minibar. Il bollitore non era presente all’arrivo ed è stato fornito solo dopo cena, a seguito di una richiesta fatta nel pomeriggio; il minibar risultava completamente vuoto, senza neppure una bottiglia d’acqua. Abbiamo inoltre richiesto un cambio camera, accettando e pagando il relativo sovrapprezzo, ma alla reception è stato necessario chiarire la situazione poiché inizialmente risultava che la prenotazione fosse stata cancellata, nonostante il check-in fosse già stato effettuato. Nel complesso, al di là delle inefficienze riscontrate nel servizio, la mancata comunicazione preventiva sulla chiusura della spa — servizio determinante nella scelta della struttura — rappresenta una mancanza grave e una pratica poco trasparente nei confronti del cliente.

- Janette (7/5): A short but enjoyable stay. - The hotel is beautifuuly located, My room was small but quite adequate for one person. The breakfast was excellent. There was no restaurant or bar in the hotel.

Vista dal balcone strepitosa. Poco spazio per riporre i vestiti. Assenza di frigo bar, bollitore, doccia otturata. Colazione al limite con poche scelte e non di altissima qualità. In generale, stanze a parte, la struttura risulta datata e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata.
