Lugar aconchegante. Fácil comunicação com o hotel. Lugar limpo. Jardim para tomar café da manhã. Água e bolachas como cortesia. Box do banheiro pequeno, toalhas limpas porém muito gastas.

• Karolina (10/5): Very nice and pleasant stay - Pleasant, quiet and safe location, very close to the San Giovanni metro station - a key connection point with the historic center, the Vatican and the Colosseum. An alternative was also the new metro C with the Porta Metronia station, which also leads to the Colosseum. The rooms are simple but comfortable and well equipped enough for those who need a place away from the crowds after a long day of sightseeing.
• Davy (6/5): Gematigde faciliteiten maar dan ook wel voor een gematigde prijs. - Rustige omgeving Kamers zeer verouderd. Deze zouden best gerenoveerd kunnen worden. Door de veroudering (douchegordijnen, oude lampen, stopontacten, etc.) is alles moeilijk te onderhouden ziet het er minder hygiënish uit. Ook qua basisfaciliteiten kamer/badkamer gematigd.

• Filippo (7/5): - Ottima la posizione e la tranquillità. Buona la colazione. Camera grande e pulita. Da rivedere il servizio del parcheggio che costringe a continui spostamenti a seconda delle partenze/arrivi. Bagni che andrebbero rimodernati. Cuscini da cambiare.

• Riccardo (10/5): Posizione e struttura ottime! - Posizione comodissima: a due passi dalla metro e a 2 km dal Colosseo. Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale che si trova all’ultimo piano di una storica villa. Cucina accessoriata, camera pulita. Il monolocale dispone di un terrazzino privato fantastico. Il proprietario molto gentile e cortese. Consigliatissimo!
• Björn (7/5): St. Johns Villa in Rom - Die Lage war sehr gut, U- Bahn fußläufig. Das Haus war ein hübsches zweigeschossiges Gebäude mit Garten mit Zitronenbäumen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, hatte ein tolles großes Bett. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war Weltklasse! Wir hatten sehr abgenutzte Handtücher. Der Frühstücksraum war ein Wohnzimmer mit zusammengewürfelten Gartenmöbeln, alles unterschiedlich. Das Frühstück war sehr italienisch, sehr viel Süß und Toast, kein Ei, Brot oder Brötchen.

• Rob (8/5): - we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij St. John Villa. Met ons gezin hadden we 2 kamers geboekt waarbij we ook de kamer met het terras hadden. In de zomer is het terras ideaal om met een drankje bij te komen van een volle dag Rome. Het ontbijt was goed en de gastheer was erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Na een volle dag lopen door de straten van Rome zijn de trappen nog wel even een uitdaging. ;)

Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Наш рейс прилетал после 0:00 часов. Он описал подробную инструкцию, как мы можем самостоятельно заселиться без дополнительной платы. Номер достаточно просторный и чистый. В отеле был классический итальянский завтрак с большим количеством выпечки Всё было хорошо были мелкие неудобства, но это субъективно наши привычки: 1. Мы с женой привыкли спать под разными одеялами, а оно было только одно на кровати. 2. Рядом с одним спальным местом была розетка, а возле второго не дотягивалась зарядка от телефона
• Ekaterina (9/5): Lovely quiet b'n'b ran by a fantastic host in a great location - Great little private hotel in a quiet leafy garden, yet just a few minutes walk from the Metro and walkable to the Colosseum and other sites. The host is lovely and very attentive, he gave us great instructions regarding getting to the property and was helpful in every possible way. Good breakfast is served and the rooms are very comfortable with an old-school touch.

• Nikola (9/5): Cozy and well connected location, kind host and a safe neighbourhood - Nice, quiet and safe location, very close to the San Giovanni metro station which connects you to historic center, Vatican and Colosseum. Also a tram at the same location leads directly to Trasteverre. Mr Vincenzo was a kind host and was very keen to teach us all of this alongside many other things, making our stay in Rome that much simpler. The rooms are simple and equipped well enough for us who needed a place outside of crowds after long days full of exploring. The breakfast had a decent variety of sweet choices.

• Mia (8/5): Hyvä edullinen hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla, suosittelen! - Aamiainen oli välttävä, ei erikoinen tai erityisen runsas. Paahtoleipää,salami,juusto,makeita leivonnaisia. Huone oli siisti ja mukava, sänky oli hyvä. Pienenä miinuksena äänet kuuluivat muista huoneista, mutta liikenteen melua ei koska hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella asuinkadulla. Lyhyt matka metrolle ja San Giovanni in Laterno basilica lähes vieressä. Toisista huoneista kuului hyvin äänet, ainut miinus.

Soggiorno nel complesso positivo, tanto che lo ho consigliato in giornata a degli amici. Parcheggio auto interno, ottima accoglienza e disponibilità del titolare. Posizione comodissima per i mezzi pubblici. La camera era un po' piccola per quattro persone (di fatto una cucina riadattata a camera) comunque siamo stati bene nulla di grave. Migliorerei un po' il bagno.
