• Corinne (7/5): Nice location if you are just looking to get away and relax at the beach. - Location was great, right on the beach. The four poster bed with mosquito net was comfortable. Pool was lovely - clean and a few sun beds to look out at the ocean. There were plenty of sun beds on the private beach for guest use. Breakfast was great - lots of variety and different offerings each day. Was very peaceful. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. I felt safe there as a solo traveller. The entrance to my villa was a bit dark at night. Could have done with a light. No screen on the outdoor bathroom 'window' but I think they were attending to that as I noticed netting being installed on other villas.

• Nikola (7/5): - Krásný hotel, krásná pláž s úžasným bazénem, kousek na hlavní ulici, kde byla spousta restaurací a obchodů. Bohužel první dny moře plné odpadků, zřejmě jsme měli smůlu na nějaké špatné proudy. (Polovina dubna) Ale i když odpadky zmizely, přímo za hotelem vytéká do moře jakási stoka plná oleje… takže jsme se nekoupali ani v dalších dnech. Velká kaňka na jinak kouzelném místě.

• Jennifer (9/5): A beautiful relaxing week to recuperate before heading home. - The whole place was really cool. Our rooms fronted the beach. The bathroom was really cool as it was open air. We had good netting around bed so no mosquitoes. The pool was delightful and the beach was great too. Location was close to food and some shopping and an easy taxi to the night markets. Breakfast was included each day and it was basic but lovely. We ate at the restaurant, and the food was really good It was great value for money.

• esteban6999 (10/5): - Ce Resort est tout simplement incroyable ! Un havre de paix dans un jardin luxuriant. Les bungalows sont très confortables avec une très bonne literie. La piscine surplombant la plage est superbe. Le côté plage est un des plus beaux de cette partie de l'île avec des cocotiers et différents arbres apportant de l'ombre bienvenue sous le soleil de plomb de Phu Quoc. Je suis venu pour la première fois dans ce Resort en 2003 et le jardin avait vraiment été pensé dans le temps, aujourd'hui c'est pour moi le plus beau jardin de tous les hôtels visités en 15 ans de Vietnam. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et servi dans une bâtisse de type traditionnel en bois ouverte sur le jardin. .un délice chaque matin. Le restaurant bar sur la plage est également top, servant toute la journée et proposant une cuisine variée de type international et une cuisine vietnamienne . Les plats vietnamiens sont excellents ce qui n'est pas le cas partout ! Le personnel de l'établissement est charmant, accueillant et souriant, toujours prêt à rendre service. Enfin, tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied en 5 min... Plus simplement, ce Resort est fantastique ! Je le recommande vivement que ce soit en solo, en couple, entre amis ou en famille... A l'année prochaine!
• Nóra (10/5): - Nagyon szuper elhelyezkedés, kicsit koszos volt a part, de tűrhető. A szemelyzetbol valaki kedves volt valaki kevésbé, de összeségében meg voltunk elegedve. A szobaban rengeteg szúnyog volt, de ha megkértük őket, befujtak szúnyogirtóval. A parton levo etteremben az ételek és az italok nagyon jók voltak. A medence szuper volt.

• Clémentine (8/5): - La piscine avec soleil couchant est super. La plage en accès direct est un avantage. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, varié et complet! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Un plus pour l'eau plate à volonté pour réduire les bouteilles en plastique. La plage n'est pas très propre. Il y a des mégots de cigarettes des clients et du plastique entre les transats. Et personne ne débarrasse les consommations des clients durant la journée, donc cela restent sur les tables au soleil, pas très agréable pour les nouveaux venus.
• Petra (10/5): Tolle Lage, super Pool und schöne Bungalows! - Direkt am Meer mit großem Pool, tollem Restaurant und einem mega leckeren Frühstück! Die Moskitos müsst ihr in den Bungalows akzeptieren, bisschen Moskitocreme hilft. Es ist so eine tolle Anlage! Sehr einfache Bungalows, aber sehr bequeme Betten! Das war uns sehr wichtig.

• Andreea (3/5): - Access to the beach De unde să încep? Mi a dat o cameră în care AC ul nu avea freon , a stat non stop pornit și nu a făcut rece deloc, mai rece era afară . Am zis ca mor 2 zile și nu am prelungit șederea aici. Am mers sa raportez au zis ca e full … ok../ am pus hainele de laudry in laundry bag nimeni nu le a luat , deși le am pus la vedere . Seară mă duc eu la ei să îi cer să le spele și au zis ca ei nu pot să mi le dea până dimineață , să merg în altă parte . M-au ajutat iar de m-au spart ..: bun am mers în altă parte . Ca de le luau ei de dimineață erau gata pan a doua zi dimineață / prânz . Punctul culminant este ca check out e la 12:00 și tanti de la curățenie a bătut în ușă și a urlat efectiv la 09:42 . eu am venit la relax , nu sa ma trezesc in urlete . M-a pus să plătesc 2 sticle cu apă care efectiv erau clocotite . Să fie de ras cine mai vine aici !

• Philippe (9/5): Un bel endroit pour se reposer au calme - Le petit déjeuner en self où il ne manquait rien, la grande piscine à débordement avec vue sur mer, le jardin luxuriant, le personnel tjs attentif et souriant.Notre bungalow face à la mer. La plage ombragé sous les cocotiers et le calme. Beaucoup de restaurants de fruits de mer à proximité. Les bungalows sont propres et nettoyés chaque jour. Pas assez de poubelles extérieures sur la plage, pour responsabiliser les touristes et les locaux. La mer regorgent de plastiques et de filets de pêche, si des solutions drastiques et rapides ne sont pas mises en place se sera une catastrophe écologique comme partout en Asie. Les bungalows sont un peu vieillots, les portes ne jointent pas. Il y a quelques moustiques qui sont traités en extérieur par des sulfatages nous n'avons pas été piqué.

• Josalyn (1/5): DON’T DO IT. - There is a nice lush green plants. The birds in the area are lovely and the pool was nice. We came back from the night market and I took off to shower because it was such a hot night. I was standing naked in the shower and had just rinsed my hair when I heard something and looked up to see a man staring down at me from the neighbor hotel balcony, Cassia Cottage. For this looking to book this hotel the bathrooms are open and partially outside and typically private because of a wall. However, our room was below a building belonging to the neighboring hotel. When I saw this man, I screamed and my husband came in and had a heated verbal exchange with the man who then ran back into his room. I quickly threw on clothes and we went to the front desk to alert them to what had happened. I was incredibly emotional. The front desk manager then asked my husband if he or I took a photo of this man. I told him I was in the shower when this happened. And he said maybe “you saw something that wasn’t there”. We demanded that they find out who was in that room. So, we went to the neighbor hotel and found out that the person who occupied that room was one of their employees. The manager of the hotel wanted us to know that he looked through man’s photos and didn’t see any naked pictures of me and that he was “ a good employee and had been there for three years”. We were moved to another room. Nothing else was done. We paid over four hundred dollars for this room. I told the manager that the people who were right next to us had children in their room. And that even though it was late they needed to make sure those people knew this happened. The beach was dirty. For those looking for the place you see in photos, go to Khem beach. Skip this joke. And if you are a women who or someone with children, just know they do not take your safety or privacy seriously. I am still in shock by the level of gaslighting that occurred.
• Michel (5/5): - Mooi aangelegde tuin, heel goed restaurant, vriendelijk personeel Badkamer, oude en smerig Bedden hadden slecht matras,smoezelig. Koffers konden we niet kwijt Heel veel muggen, bijna een plaag. We hadden beach vieuw geboekt maar was zwembad zicht.

• Candice (9/5): Reco ++++ - Le bungalow était vraiment typique avec sa sdb à l'extérieur. Que dire du jardin luxuriant? Magnifique ! Mais du coup, pensez à vous équiper d’anti-moustiques pour la chambre 😉 La qualité du petit-déjeuner est également à souligner: produits frais et délicieux ! Le restaurant sur la plage est un vrai plus et la piscine très agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout est à proximité : restos sympa, bars, salons esthétiques, location de scooters... Le personnel est plus incroyablement gentil, vous vous sentirez vraiment considéré dans cet hôtel à taille humaine. Manque peut-être un peu de transats et parasols à la piscine mais on oeut facilement se poser sur la plage.

• soaz56 (10/5): - Le cadre est idéal ainsi que l'emplacement. Les bungalows sont très jolis et bien équipés. La plage est belle la piscine somptueuse le tout dans un parc bien fleuri. Le restaurant sur la plage est délicieux avec du choix et le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Les matelas qui sont un peu durs.
• Andrea (7/5): - Anlage liegt in einem wunderschön bepflanzten Garten direkt am Strand; fußläufig sind Restaurants und Geschäfte gut erreichbar; wenig Umgebungslärm; Frühstücksbuffet mit ausreichender Auswahl; Wasserspender mit gefiltertem Wasser Leider hat die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht funktioniert, wir verbrachten die erste Nacht bei 30 Grad im Zimmer; nach mehrmaliger Urgenz bei der Rezeption - immer mit dem Hinweis Ein- und Ausschalten - und warten hat uns dann endlich die Putzfrau geholfen und jemanden geholt, der das Gerät getauscht hat. Dieses hat dann die ganze Zeit furchtbaren Lärm gemacht und nur sehr wenig gekühlt. Es musste ununterbrochen laufen um auch nur ein wenig zu kühlen, was aufgrund des Lärms für die umliegenden Zimmer auch nicht sehr angenehm war. Wäre das nicht gewesen, könnten wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen; nachdem aber ganze Woche kein neues Gerät beschafft wurde, hat das unseren Aufenthalt doch sehr getrübt.

• Angèle (9/5): Site enchanteur - La piscine, la plage avec beaucoup de palmiers 🌴. Déjeuners très variés. Très bon massage. À proximité des restaurants et boutiques. Et merveilleux coucher de soleil 🌅. Il y a eu un manque d’électricité sur toute l’île et la génératrice de l’hôtel a fait défaut. C’est revenu en fin de soirée, une chance car il faisait très chaud. 🥵

Chillig, luxeriös, toller Pool, toller Strand, Mega Frühstück hier stimmt alles! Die Bungalow's mit vielen kleinen Details liebevoll eingerichtet, von der Außendusche bis zum Moskitonetz würde an Alles gedacht und gelegen ist das ganze in einem Garten Eden fern ab vom Trubel - den man, wenn man ihn vermisst in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht! -

• Maksim (9/5): Аутентичное атмосферное место для спокойного отдыха вдали от суеты - Второй раз в этом отеле, до этого был в 16-м году. Ничего не изменилось. Все также большая зеленая и ухоженная территория, свой уютный пляж, чистый бассейн, улыбающийся персонал. Домики (бунгало) своеобразные, небольшие, мебель аутентичная под старину, но все рабочее. В номере огромный старинный сейф, как будто я в нем должен хранить свои миллиарды. Душ и туалет под открытым небом: пристрой к бунгало под навесом. Кафе и ресторанов вокруг стало в разы больше, поэтому рекомендую. Не могу привыкнуть второй раз к душу и туалету, которые под открытым небом. Отличная слышимость для тех, кто проходит мимо.
• Norbert (9/5): Remek hely ,remek környéken. - Teljesen meg voltunk elégedve mindennel,ahogy a képeken ,űgy a valóságban is azt tükrözte,nagyon hangulatos,csenges kis utca végén volt,semmilyen külső zaj nem hallatszódott be,kényelmes bugallóban szálltunk meg,gyerekes családoknak is kiváló,és ár/érték arányba verhetetlen! Sok a szúnyog és napnyugta után már előjönnek, kicsit kellemetlen,de ez nem a szállás hibája,ez az egész szigeten érezhető volt. Nem tudok igazából belekötni semmibe.

• Nadia (7/5): - Очень красивая территория отеля, хорошие бунгало в целом. Реально щели в дверях и открытый душ пропускают много комаров и насекомых. Но мы купили два электрических фумигатора, один в комнату, один в ванну, включали по вечерам и комаров не было вообще. Купить их можно в КинКонг маркете недалеко от отеля. Пляж очень красивый, лежаки с матрасами, но купаться в море неприятно - много мусора и мутная вода. Зато бассейн чудесный. А на море лучше выезжать на юг острова.

• samanthacZ6680CN (6/5): Beautiful garden beach resort with room for improvement - Great location right on Phu Quoc's main beach, Long Beach and one of the prettiest beach resorts along this beach. Set within beautiful, peaceful gardens filled with bougainvillea, coconut palms and banana trees (reminiscent of Balinese resorts), with beachside infinity pool, rustic-style breakfast restaurant serving a decent buffet breakfast and lovely bungalow-style accommodations. My 'Double Room with Garden View' had a private terrace with hammock and open-air bathroom out back - showering amid nature. Beachside bar/ restaurant hosted great BBQ seafood dinners every night, dining along the shoreline under the stars. Main complaint was staff; some were unfriendly and begrudged you if you made any justifiable complaints. Plus security was bad (I stayed in peak season). The lovely private beach area meant for resort guests only was overrun on a daily basis by outside guests - (some were truly obnoxious causing big arguments). If they didn't sneak onto the sunloungers, they'd blatantly use the showers, swings and shade under trees, meant for guests. The sole beach security guard was useless; couldn't speak English or Russian and too passive hiding at the back, plus signage didn't make it clear to passers by that facilities were for guests only. On several occasions, "influencer" outside guests just walked their way into the gardens to do photo shoots with no permission to do so.
• Nelson (9/5): Great vacation! - Great vacation - beautiful clean private beach, excellent pool, very good food and drinks at the beach restaurant and sufficient tasty breakfast and amazing garden environment of the hotel. Make sure to have massage there - best price nearby, nice ladies! Plenty of eateries around, per price and quality - recommend the hotel beach restaurant and Tweeny's kitchen that nailed both food and coctails (Pina Colada at least). Door closing system of the terrace door was very creative😆. Worked though, not complaining. At the beach restaurant - one or two items of food/drinks orders were forgotten and needed to be reminded, but that seemed to be the overall topic in Vietnam, not something specific for this place. Not a big thing.

• Magdalena (7/5): - Obiekt znajduje się przy najładniejszej części plaży na całym Long Beach. Plaża jest codziennie sprzątana i bardzo zadbana. Bungalowy są bardzo ładne, komfortowe i dobrze utrzymane. Dużym atutem jest basen dla gości z pięknym widokiem na zachód słońca. Śniadania są bardzo smaczne i oferują duży wybór dań. Hotel oferuje usługę prania w cenie 100 000 VND za kilogram, co jest dość wysoką ceną, szczególnie że w okolicy znajdują się pralnie, w których można zapłacić około 25 000 VND za kilogram. Obsługa hotelu nie zawsze dobrze komunikuje się w języku angielskim, co momentami utrudnia porozumienie. Przy dość wysokiej cenie za nocleg (jak na Wietnam) hotel dodatkowo pobiera opłatę za wodę butelkowaną dostępną w pokoju.
• Sonja (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel! - Die Anlage liegt direkt am Meer und hat einen eigenen Strand. Zur Hauptstraße sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und es wird viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Die einzelnen Bungalows sind über Wege inmitten eines wunderschönen Blumenmeeres gebettet. Die Bungalows sind nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend und mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet. Täglich gibt es Zimmerreinigung, frische Badetücher und Strandtücher. Bad und Toilette sind halboffen. Hygieneartikel gibt es ebenfalls. Pool und Liegen (kostenlos) sind gepflegt und Duschen stehen zur Verfügung. Am Strand gibt es ein Restaurant wo man gutes Essen, Getränke und Cocktails zu vernünftigen Preisen erhält. Mopeds kann man direkt im Hotel mieten. Die Preise sind vergleichbar mit den umliegenden Anbietern. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und wirklich sehr nett. Für ein 3 Sternhotel aller erste Klasse. ABSOLUTE EMPFEHLUNG

• Sam C (4/5): Beautiful beachside garden resort with much room for improvement - The resort itself is beautiful and great location on a more scenic part of Long Beach amid coconut palms; IMO one of the prettiest resorts along Long beach. Rustic-style accommodations and breakfast restaurant looked out onto a peaceful, lovely garden setting amid bougainvillea, banana plants and coconut trees - set-up reminded me of similar Bali-style resorts. My delightful Double Room with Garden View had a nice private terrace with hammock and open rustic bathroom at the back..., showering amid nature. Open-air breakfast restaurant at heart of the gardens offered a good buffet-style selection and the lovely beachside restaurant offered a lovely seafood BBQ every night right on the shoreline. Infinity pool looking over the beach gorgeous. s Resort offered free water dispenser so no plastic bottles in rooms or restaurants. Not too far from the town centre and along a laneway with decent dining options. On these positives, would book this resort again; .however... Resort was proudly committed to environmental practices, such as complimentary water dispenser, yet dished out plastic straws at the beachside bar and the dining area in the sand was riddled with discarded cigarette butts. My pre-booked hotel transfer didn't show up at Phu Quoc airport, so I had to contact the reception to get someone to collect me, waiting over half an hour for a disgruntled taxi driver to arrive. Disappointing resort staff: as I complained about my airport transfer, a cleaning staff barging into my room unannounced and resort security, I was given the cold shoulder by several staff and found some quite unfriendly. As the resort's private beach section was so alluring during Phu Quoc's manic high season, big problem with many obnoxious outside guests invading here on a daily basis: if they couldn't hog the sun-loungers they'd blatantly use the swings, showers and shade under the coconut trees meant for resort guests. The beach "security guard' was useless: couldn't speak any English or Russian and didn't notice outside guests sneaking in, was way too passive sat at the back of the beach and perhaps a bit long in the tooth for such a job. There's also not enough strong signage informing outside guests this is a private beach area, like other more savvy beach resorts. Security was an issue throughout, I stumbled on several outside "influencers" doing photo shoots among the resort gardens when they should've been stopped from entering.

• grphenix (8/5): Very cool location - We just stayed there last week for 8 days and had a great experience once the loud Russian groups left which wasn't the hotels fault. We really enjoyed the size of the hotel and the location as it was very close to some fantastic restaurants nearby such as Tweens Family, the spice house right next door which had amazing sour dough pizza. The Garden restaurant was good as well. The resort had an excellent morning breakfast restaurant with a good variety with flavourful dishes. Their beach bar was just okay and could use more enthusiastic servers and more atmosphere. We learned there was better places with cheaper prices nearby. It's also a very quick walk on the beach either way to live music either the cheeky traveler or sunset beach. Both good spots. The front desk and cleaning staff were excellent and efficient. If web ever come back to Phu Quoc again, we would definitely stay here again. The saddest part was seeing the litter washing up on shore every day which our hotel did an excellent job of keeping clean. Always had lounges available at the pool or the beach with lots of shade!

• Samantha (8/5): Lovely Resort Stay in Phu Quoc - Lovely bungalows with a great size. Superb location (take Bus 17 and get off at KLC Holidays, then it's about 5min walk). Located off the beaten track with direct beach access. Lovely pool area. Superb (vietnamese) breakfast with big variety (no day had exactly the same display of foods). Cleaning staff try to defy mosquitos as best as possible. Night market is accessible by foot or via bus/grab etc. A lot of restaurants in the direct surrounding area. Supermarkets in the side street on the way to the hotel for drinks/snacks. I was charged for a bottle of water which I hadn't consumed (but couldn't prove). According to staff I drank it on day one, but I only made use of the free water dispenser at the breakfast location. Though it's located in a side street, there is a lot of loud music in the evenings/nights from a hotel "nearby" (couldn't locate it). Beach is meant to be only for hotel guests, and despite a security guard being there, external visitors are not being asked to leave. Overall the island and the hotel are very attractive for Russian travelers. One has to be accustomed to their behavior to not get annoyed by it. Cleaning seems proper superficial during stay. After the first night I had asked for a proper cleaning because I was sick the first night (sheets needed changing because of a fever etc), bathroom needed cleaning etc, but none of the requests was fulfilled accordingly.

• Remigio (9/5): Bellissimo soggiorno molto confortevole e rilassante - Struttura molto ben curata che affaccia direttamente sul mare. Le camere(casette indipendenti) sono accoglienti e pulite, la spiaggia e' letteralmente fantastica con lettini di legno sotto le palme e bellissimo ristorante con tavolini direttamente sulla sabbia. Vicinanza di poche centinaia di metri con centro abitato con molti locali e negozi. Ottima qualita'-prezzo. Cattivo odore di fogna sulla spiaggia in certi momenti della giornata.
• Fred (9/5): - Die Anlage ist etwas für Naturliebhaber. Der Strand und der Pool sind herrlich. Viele Liegen, auch unter Palmen Frau Ho von der Rezeption ist eine Perle Auch das Strand restaurant mit dem Kellner Jerry ist super. Die Zimmer könnten etwas moderner sein. Andererseits Kühlschrank ein gutes Bett- was braucht man mehr.

Frau Ho von der Rezeption ist die nettesten Person, die wir in 3 Wochen Vietnam getroffen haben. Die Bungalows sind sehr naturnahe. Etwas wenig Steckdosen. Das Meer war an 2 Tagen nicht so schön.
• Peggy (10/5): - Wundervolle Lage direkt am Meer. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereites Personal! Der Pool ist ein Traum. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant welches direkt am Strand ist, war sehr lecker. Es wurde täglich saubergemacht. Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack ein wenig zu weich. Mosquitospray ist unabdingbar da die Biester durch das offene Bad leicht ins Zimmer gelangen. Ich habe mir einen Stecker dafür geholt und hatte somit Ruhe.

• Horst (9/5): Klasse tropische Gartenanlage - Supertoller tropischer Garten, gemütliche und saubere Bungalows mit Open-Air Dusche. Gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Der Privatstrand war das sauberste und breiteste Stück auf 1 km. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt ! Die Unterkunft und Hotelstrand ohne Beanstandungen, aber der öffentliche Strand war teilweise sehr vermüllt was nicht zu Strandspaziergängen motiviert hat. Schade
