• David (5/5): Won’t stay again - Parking at $50 was very expensive for location. Lots of building works on going. Very noisy with thin walls. Not clean. Some clientele obviously druggies

• Quanita Taurua (3/5): unclean and substandard - Location was fine, had a cafe near that we realised two days in, not much information given by staff about anything so we had to figure it all out ourselves. The size of the room was good and the washing and dryer facility was appreciated. We were delayed check in after 2pm, our room was not clean, and when they came to clean it it was still gross and floor wasn't vacummed, stain on floor that was still wet. The window in the lounge leaked, so we couldn't sit on the couch as the water was dripping in all night and wet the couch, there was a puddle on the window sill and when we sat on couch the water dripped on our heads . Room service didn't come daily so towels were not stocked. Over all really disappointed.

• Liliana (1/5): Not worth the money we paid - Only the balcony We had the two bedroom appartment. The room smelt, both toilets didn’t flush properly, the couch was full of lint, everything was so outdated and old, needs a full renovation, definitely not staying there again

• Andrew (6/5): Was 'fine' for the business stay I had but, wouldn't rush back. - Nice Layout The room had a bad smell that took 2 days to clear with open door. Bedding was minimal and pillows poor. The Air-conditions need servicing and quality of air was poor.

• Asha DInesh (1/5): Stay would have been better with the correct manager with customer care skills - Location was good Our apartment was reasonably clean when we got there. We asked if the apartment would be vacuumed daily as we would be cooking. Allayane kindly agreed and was vacuumed the the 2nd day. After that the manager MJ refused to vacuum the apartment. We asked if we could have the vacuum so we ca vacuum the apartment and keep it cleaned again MJ said no. In the end we had to live in an apartment unclean. Any self contained apartment should have adequate utensils then there should be at least a vacuum. There was no dust pan and brush either. There were cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards and bedrooms. We have videos and would love to share with you. I had to vacuum the apartment after pleading with the cleaners to leave us their Vacuum. We will be taking this further to Brisbane council and any other authority to look into this matter due to hygiene concerns and poor management. We have emailed to the CEO of Booking.com off Booking Holdings. It would be prudent for booking.com to investigate this apartment and take it of the list before further customers have to deal with such poor unhygienic accommodation

• Taylany (4/5): Precisa de manutenção urgente - Atendentes na recepção bem educados solicitos Já fiquei neste apartamento mais de 3 vezes e desta vez foi decepcionante , precisa de manutenção urgente o microondas. Estava enferrujado. Velho , , o ar condicionado para que há meses ou anos não é limpo nem lavado o filtro do ar , cheio de pó e sujeira espirrei muito , e o que mais me incomodou foi o sofá com mal cheiro estava muito fedendo o sofá impossível de ficar sentado nele , comprei um spray para tentar tirar o odor mais não adiantou muito , por favor vocês só pensam em ganhar dinheiro e esquecem da manutenção , peça que lavem esse sofá , troquem o microondas velho custa tão pouco , e limpem o ar condicionado , obrigado
• Aaron (4/5): - It was a hassle to have to park and then get keys, whwn parking was not easily assessable (disappinting when you have to pay for it). Self check in should be considered. Rooms and furnitishings are outdated and old..not like the photos.

• paulreid23 (10/5): Be more than happy to stay there again - We booked in for one night (a Saturday) and only checked the reviews AFTER having made a non-refundable booking. If it had been half as bad as a lot of the negative reviews claimed, we were quite prepared to leave and swallow the loss. But in our case it was more than fine. The room and bathroom were clean, bed comfortable, secure parking a reasonable cost, it was quiet and everything you needed was there. YMMV but on the day we thought it was excellent value for money and would be happy to stay again if the occasion arose.

One of the best I have encountered, and they made my stay even better. You are very lucky to have a staff member with such a great attitude. Nothing I can think of.

The checkin process required a lot of personal information over the phone late at night which I didn't feel was necessary considering the room was already paid for and I was a returning guest.

• Christevie (1/5): Long story short, DON’T stay here. - Nothing it’s filthy. During my whole stay here the toilet was broken and was running 24/7 the noise was so annoying. Could barely sleep. The place smells, no YouTube, Netflix or ANY streaming services on the tv just boring and old tv channels. The couch was old and smelly, I was itchy after sitting on it. They are stingy with toilet paper, one small milk box provided for tea and coffee. The “clean” dishes were dirty, I had to clean it myself before use. It was a really BORING stay overall, didn’t realise how important it is to have YouTube, Netflix and other streaming services on the tv until I stayed here. Not worth the price AT ALL. Don’t stay here! If I could give it 0 stars I would, absolutely disgusting. -100 out of 10.

• Anthony (1/5): Absolute terrible customer service - Location Absolutely terrible experience and unacceptable customer service Check-in was listed as 2 PM–11 PM. We arrived at 10 PM and found the building locked with no staff present — just a random piece of paper on the wall with a phone number on it. No proper signage, no secure reception, nothing. When we called, we were told to send our passport or driving licence, and then photos of the front and back of our credit card through a link sent by text. We had already fully paid through Booking.com, which clearly warns guests not to send sensitive financial information through external links. It felt unsafe and completely unprofessional. We were on the phone for nearly an hour. The staff member was rude, put us on hold without warning, and refused to let us speak to a manager. When we explained we didn’t feel safe sending full card details and asked what we were supposed to do, we were told: if we didn’t provide our passport and credit card photos, we would not be allowed inside. When we asked what that meant — should we just sleep outside? — the response was essentially that there was “no other solution.” There was no prior warning on Booking.com that late check-in (after 7 PM) required sending passport and credit card images via an external link, and no proper correspondence explaining this process in advance. Guests should not be pressured late at night into handing over extremely sensitive personal and financial information just to access accommodation they’ve already paid for. Would not stay again and would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially for evening arrivals.

• Brianna (2/5): - Booked a 2 bedroom apartment months ago, once we arrived we had to wait for our room to be cleaned. Once it was cleaned we were then told that they had a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 adults and then had to catch an uber and move to another set of apartments to be able to fit us all.
• Michael (5/5): Great Location, friendly staff, but room amenities left something to be desired. - Excellent location. Great views. Good gym facilities. Little or no kitchen utensils and cups. No dish cleaning materials. No exhaust fan in shower. No extra rugs or pillows. Existing pillows were very poor. No floor cleaning apparatus. Only 3 uncomfortable lounges in pool area.

• Lynn (8/5): Great location for me. Helpful staff - Location works well for me train station about 5 to 7 mins walk away. Around the corner from units are a few nice little cafes and IGA which also has nice take away meals. Butter chicken and rice yummie Room 312 could do with a lick of paint on the walls, it appears some damage has happened at some stage which appears to have been filled and rubbed down but not painted. Also the lounge coffee table and bed side tables have seen better days. This did not distract me from my stay just my opinion.
• J (7/5): - Good location, surprisingly spacious apartment with a decent sized balcony, nice staff. Parking available. Good enough value for money. I’d happily stay again. If I were to be picky I just didn’t like how there was no glass door on the shower. A lot of water splashes out.
