The hotel is in between narrow streets which might give the look of a busy dodgy area to some but honestly nothing far from it! It’s super safe and people around were always super nice, I came here with my mom and we both felt super safe! Also the staff of the hotel are super accommodating and kind! We had an issue with our luggage from the airport and the hotel staff was truly super helpful and professional all throughout our stay which was incredible! Will be coming back! N/a

• naor (1/5): Major disappointment: Hidden construction noise, poor English from staff, and no proper compensation. - The room was large and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to a convenience store (which is very handy), and there is staff working around the clock We stayed at Hotel Nafore for our honeymoon, hoping for a special and relaxing trip. Unfortunately, our stay was severely impacted by unbearable construction noise that started in the morning. The loud noise disrupted our sleep and prevented us from resting properly. We were not informed about these ongoing works at the time of booking. On top of everything, the hotel staff did not speak English, which made communication and our attempts to resolve the issue very difficult. When we finally managed to complain, they apologized and moved us to a room on a higher floor, but we could still hear the noise loudly as the entire building was affected. The only compensation they offered was breakfast. Not only were we not interested in it to begin with, and it didn't look appetizing anyway, but a free breakfast is in no way equivalent to a good night's sleep. Instead of enjoying our time, we were left exhausted from the constant disruptions, which completely ruined our honeymoon experience. Finally, we asked for a refund due to the ruined stay, but the hotel flatly refused. The lack of transparency and refusal to take responsibility is highly disappointing

• mujahidah (10/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Nafore Seoul and would gladly recommend it, especially for families. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Have bath tub and hot water shower that were really useful during winter trip. The room was thoughtfully arranged and provided a cozy space for our family of three (two adults and one toddler). The atmosphere was calm and quiet, which made it easy for us to rest after a long day of exploring Seoul. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay feel warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was consistent, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. In terms of location, the hotel is slightly secluded from the main road, but it is still very convenient, which only less than a 5-minute walk away. The nearest subway station took us about 15 minutes to walk at our own pace. We actually appreciated the quieter surroundings, especially when traveling with a young child. Overall, Hotel Nafore Seoul offered a comfortable, peaceful, and family-friendly stay. We truly enjoyed our time here.

• veronique (6/5): - Le personnel de la réception agréable. Excellent emplacement à proximité de plusieurs lignes de métro et de visites touristiques. Hôtel et chambres très propres. Espace de la chambre. Réservation en chambres Deluxe. Equipements de la chambre à revoir : Pas de lampes de chevets ni de liseuses, juste des plafonniers qui éclairent plusieurs points de la pièce. Pas de prises à nos chevets pour recharger nos téléphones. Pas de rangements pour nos affaires (nous sommes restés 7 nuits), juste une mini penderie extérieure avec 4 porte manteaux. Pas de peignoirs comme indiqué sur la réservation. Chauffage par le sol : une chaleur à 30 degrés. On doit mettre la climatisation (en plein hiver !). Salle de bains : Pas de lumière au dessus du miroir. C'est un hôtel un peu "vieillot". Nous avons utilisé la laverie. Le sèche linge ne sèche pas bien les vêtements. Tarifs trop élevés pour l'équipement de la chambre mais nous y étions pour le nouvel an.

Синяя и зеленая ветки отдалены от отеля на расстоянии 10-12 минут. С чемоданом можно легко дойти. Персонал вежливый, помогли с вызовом такси. Есть лифт. Завтрак скромный, но вполне сытный и соответствующий трем звездам и своей цене. Номер просторный, чистый. Отсутствие шторки в ванной комнате не усложняет жизнь. Матрас идеальный, подушки разной формы и жесткости. Ночью кромешная тьма (нигде ничего не светит) - идеально. Была в середине декабря - в номере и в самом отеле тепло.

• Lea (8/5): Nettes Hotel in guter Lage - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut: sehr zentral in Seoul, mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Zwei U-Bahn-Stationen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war frisch und gut. Auch der Dachgarten im zehnten Stock ist ein Highlight. Handwerklich hätte das Zimmer sorgfältiger gearbeitet sein können; es gab einige unschöne, unsauber ausgeführte Stellen. Auch ein Duschvorhang wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Da der Gesamteindruck des Hotels jedoch positiv war, ließen sich diese kleinen Mängel leicht verschmerzen.

• Wendy (8/5): - The room was simple, but very spacious and tidy. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. They were accommodating when I arrived from a later flight (after midnight). The location was also quite convenient, as it was an easy walk to a bus stop or metro. The only complaint I have is it is hard to find the location initially, as it is located in an alley. Easiest way to locate it (especially by taxi/uber) is to look up ‘Hotel Venue G’. Then you will easily notice a sign that points to the direction of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast is straightforward (but great for setting you up for the day), and for what you pay everything is good value. Great central location, easy to walk and reasonably near to the subway, although taxis are reasonably priced and accessible. Overall a very good stay

• Stanimirova (9/5): Very cozy and clean hotel, with kind staff. I would come back to it in the future! - Location is great, close to the city center, even though it's surrounded by old back alleys, very quiet. Our rooms were spacious, with French windows, well equipped. Excellent breakfast - opulent and varied. All staff were very kind and cooperative. Towels were changed every day and fridge filled with water bottles. Easy money exchange machine in the lobby. Appreciated the washing and drying machines, irons, as well as the water dispenser in the lobby. I guess the hotel doesn't have wall insulation because once the A/C stops, the summer heat penetrates in a few minutes. But this is an issue in most places in the city, and I guess this is why A/Cs in all stores and food places work at uncomfortably cold temperatures in comparison with the outside heat.

• Mustafa (4/5): Kann man als Single machen, wenn man einen kurzen Aufenthalt hat - Das Bett war ok, Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar zurückgezogen aber recht freundlich. Die Zimmergröße wunderbar und das geräumige Bad und die Toilettengröße sehr gut :) Das Frühstück könnte man besser gestalten zb. auch was für Muslime oder Vegetarier bereitlegen, damit diese nicht jeden morgen Cornflakes essen müssen. Die Minicroissants waren alt die haben einfach die vom Vortag dahingelegt. Überall Schweinefleisch. Die Klimaanlage war doof entweder war es zu kalt oder zu warm. Mit Familie ein Minus. Lobby scheint etwas dreckig über Spinnenetze und FLiegen. Gegen schaut bissgen rau aus.

• 수명 (10/5): - 호텔이 매우 깨끗하고 방은 쾌적하고, 직원들은 모두 친절, 교통또한 매우좋았다. 종로3가 을지로3가 두 노선 모두 이용할수 있고 또 바로앞에 173번버스는 명동까지 바로 간다. 조식도 너무 괜찮다. 특히 가족들이 많이 보였다.그만큼 편하고 안락한것같다. 다음에 오래 숙박하기에 좋을것같다.

The hotel is located near several historical landmarks It was difficult to find the hotel as it is located in a smaller side street. The taxi left me in the back road because the driver was not able to find the exact location. We also thought that having the A/C directly above one of the beds is probably not such a good idea as it got quite chilly for that person
• Lucy (10/5): Perfect stay - Perfect location for visiting all of the top sights in Seoul and very close to the Gwangjang market. The room was spotless and cleaned every day as long as the "clean room" sign was left on with 2x500 ml bottles of water being provided daily as well. The room was very large. While it doesn't have "luxuries", all necessities are well taken care of. Beds were very comfortable and soap, shower gel, shampoo are provided. I also noticed some people had complained about taxis not being able to access the hotel. While the hotel is on a street with no cars, another hotel is just a few metres in front on a busy street and taxis can be called / drop offs can be made to that location without extra hassle. The laundry room seemed to always be closed even though I went during its open hours (08:00-19:00).
• Breshna (10/5): - The staff were amazing. Went above and beyond. The hotel overall was clean, but some minor stains on bedsheets but we didnt mind too much. Great location, public transport easily accessible

• Ding (10/5): - The location entrance is hard to find, even local driver with GPS cant find it.
