- Robin (9/5): Prima mooi hotel, goede cominucatie en klantenservice! - in de opmerkingen aangegeven dat een persoon minder valide was en bij het inchecken meteen een invalidekamer gekregen. (dit gaat bij andere hotels altijd mis). Een mooie nette kamer goed bereikbaar met rolstoel en ook echt aangepast met een grotere douche en lager geplaatste klinken en schakelaars. een mooie moderne nette en schone kamer. precies wat we nodig hadden na het horror huisje gartenbungalow in blankenfelde mahlow waar we eerder vertrokken waren. het parkeren was wat duur en je moest om het blok heen lopen.

- martin (8/5): It was better than expected and very good value at this price point. - Great location, easy walking to trains and city centre. Clean German aesthetic, functional, has a certain quality style. The front of the property is quite noisy, as for the inner courtyard or rear rooms.

A nightmare: sirenes, construction and all sorts of noise all night long. Impossible to properly rest. The room is full of dust and not properly cleaned.

Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Great location too with easy access to where I needed to go. When using the shower water leaked out and left a puddle on the floor. Nothing major but slightly annoying.

Good transport links too. - Location was very good, plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Hotel was very clean and kept clean and there was ample room to sit around. Did not use eating facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Only problem was taxi parking as the road outside is busy.

- Andrea (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno in una zona centralissima di Berlino. - Colazione continentale ottima e completa. Ampia scelta tra salato e dolce con un plus, cucina su richiesta di alcuni piatti. Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti da metro nel pieno centro di Berlino e vicina ad Alexander Platz. Letti comodi, camere spaziose e pulite. Il personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Le camera aveva qualche problema tecnico: la cassaforte si è bloccata e una volta sbloccata non era utilizzabile. Il phone guasto, scoprirlo dopo la doccia non è stato piacevole, anche se hanno portato il phone sostitutivo dopo 15 minuti. Il telecomando con le pile scariche....piccole cose che andrebbero intercettate prima di consegnare la camera. La stanza era sulla via principale e per via del caldo eccezionale, con le finestre aperte era molto rumorosa. Palestra essenziale, carente di alcuni attrezzi fondamentali, per chi viaggia per lavoro può fare la differenza.

- Hubert (5/5): Passables Hotel in Berlin aber leider in meinen Augen keine 4 Sterne wert. - Die Zimmer sind groß nur leider sehr trostlos. Die Lage des Hotels ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar wenn man mit der U-Bahn anreist. Das Frühstück ist zu teuer in der nähe gibt es mehrere schöne kleinen Lokale zum Frühstücken bei welchem man(n) nicht 25€ je Person bezahlt und gut satt ist. Das Hotel hat sehr hohe Räume. Das Hotel ist auf alt gemacht was aber nicht sehr gute gelungen ist. Ebenso ist die Luft im Hotel egal ob Lobby Zimmer oder Treppenhaus eher muffigt (sie riecht). Unser CheckIN hat sich um 40 Min verschoben und wir wurden 3x vertröstet. Als "entschädigung" gab es einen Sekt (hätten wir mal lieber den Kaffee genommen). Personal war dann auch etwas pampig uns gegenüber als wir nachgefragt hatten wenn wir auf die Zimmer dürfen

The location is very convenient, everything important is within walking distance and there is a bus stop just nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable, we slept really well, and the room was perfectly quiet — no noise at all. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and having a 24-hour reception was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Very good value for money The only downside was that the room felt a bit too warm at times, and the fridge was not very cold either.

Auch die Lage war sehr gut, durch die Nähe zur U-Bahnstation Heinrich-Heine-Straße und S-Bahnstation Jannowitzbrücke ist das Hotel sehr gut an das Nahverkehrssystem angebunden

Posizione ottima, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto, ma anche ad una distanza che permette di muoversi facilmente a piedi. La colazione era molto buona, con del personale molto gentile a servizio. Nonostante abbiamo ripetuto tutto i giorni che la stanza aveva un cattivo odore, ci è stato detto che era tutto pieno e dato uno spray. Solo l’ultima sera (di un soggiorno di tre notti) ci é stata data la possibilità di cambiare- considerando sarei partita la mattina ho deciso di restare dove ero. Ma prima di partire, ho avuto la piacevole sorpresa di trovare uno scarafaggio nel letto al mio risveglio. Nonostante la comunicazione con il personale, che mi ha chiesto di inviare un’e-mail con foto per inoltrarla al titolare, non ho ricevuto nessun feedback, con neanche delle scuse.

- Thorsten (6/5): Zentral gelegen, gutes WLAN. Personalfreundlichkeit ausbaufähig.. - Ruhiges Zimmer, starkes W-LAN. Auch die Zimmergröße war sehr gut. Kühlschrank und Schreibtisch vorhanden. Möbel in meinem Zimmer waren sehr abgewohnt. Betten super instabil und wackelig. Personal an der Rezeption agierte sehr unterkühlt, hatte freundlich per Telefon angefragt, ob ausnahmsweise ein früherer Check-in möglich sei, weil sich meine Pläne geändert hatten. Wurde recht unfreundlich am Telefon empfangen, weitergeleitet an den verantwortlichen Cleaning-Manager (dauerte ca. 3 min bis jemand sich gemeldet hat), um dann sehr barsch und unfreundlich mit "Nein, geht nur 15 Uhr" entgegengenommen zu werden - und es wurde direkt danach aufgelegt.

- Devrim (4/5): - Yataklar rahat degildi ve duṣ yapacağımız zaman su cok az akıyordu, onun yüzünden çocuğum sabunun işinde ölçek di bir şişe suyla banyo yaparım daha iyi. Odada sanki birisi ölmüş gibi kokuyordu, pencereyi sürekli açıyorduk. Yataklarda sanki boşanan sevgililer gibiydi sürekli bibrinden ayriliyordu. İki tane oda aldık ama birbirinden çok uzaktı. Bazı şeyler paraliydi ve bizim bunun bilgisini vermediler. Yastık ve yorganda sanki fakir evden verilen eşya gibiydi.
