David (1/5): Terrible service. - Decent laundry & breakfast. Terrible service. We booked a room in March - 2 x queen beds & sofa bed. Arrived at hotel in September to find that the room only had 2 queen beds. Complained to reception to be told that room type overbooked & nothing they could do. Asked for additional room so we all had a bed - refused to give us one unless we paid another $149 (despite the hotel being half empty). Offered us a folding bed which had to be put in front of the bathroom. We asked about a refund so we could go elsewhere - denied. Hampton speak about making guests 100% happy - Guaranteed; an absolute joke! Spoke to April, the GM the next morning who said she wasn't able to help. Why have a manager if they can't manage? Finally offered $20 discount, which is insulting. Avoid this hotel as service is awful & I'll not be staying at Hampton hotels in future.

We asked for a room on the side away from the interstate and were told all those rooms were filled. The three story hotel had 31 rooms on each level and there were maybe 10 vehicles in the parking lot so not sure why this request was denied.There was black mold in the shower. The thermostat did not work. Breakfast was only fair with the oatmeal all water. Overall not what we have come to expect from a Hampton.

Rick (4/5): - The bed was comfortable, but that's about all this property had to offer. The staff seemed disappointed we showed up for our reservation. We were given the "Governor Mason Suite", but I don't think Governor Mason would be proud of that. The whole building is hot and musty, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, the blinds were broken, and if you sat on the end of the bed the whole thing started flipping up. This was a mobility access room so the whole bathroom was a shower. It was supposed to be divided by a shower curtain, but since that was a foot off the floor the whole floor got wet and stayed wet. We stayed here because we thought a king and sofa bed would be roomier than the two queens we had at Lucille's on the way in. But at this point, this has been a pretty consistent standard at Hiltons so I'm not sure how they got rated so highly. Keep on driving 15 minutes to Lucille's at Weatherford.
gingerc387 (4/5): Smoke Smell Anyone? - If you are a smoker then go for it. We aren’t and we mistakenly thought all Hilton properties were smoke-free. Nope! We always ask for top floor. Well it was between heavy smoke smell and/or a skunk . The entire floor reeked ! The hallway, our room (supposedly a non-smoking room). We even tried a towel at the base of the door to mitigate the smell. No luck! We finally moved rooms. The 2nd floor was better but I don’t know if we will ever stay here again and we are Hilton Diamond Members. The clerk was very nice so this isn’t on her. This is all on the hotel! I don’t get any public facility allowing smokers to ruin their facility as there is NO way to get that smell out!

Breakfast was good with good variety but on top of all that, April at the desk went above and beyond when I realized after driving 3 hours away, that I was pretty sure I had left my iPad sitting in the bed. She stopped what she was doing to go up and get it and call me back to verify she had it safe and sound. Then Walt took the time to ship it back to me the following Monday and call me again to assure me it was on the way! Great/honest folks, who care! It doesn't get much better. usroadrats (10/5): Super super clean! - We spent 18 days traveling thru the mid-west. Staying in a different hotel every night. TheHampton Inn in Clinton Oklahoma. Was by far the cleanest and friendliest of all the hotels we stayed in. In fact it may be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in.

Darren (10/5): Baseball Travelers - Very friendly front staff! Nice room, cool ac! Bed a bit squeaky. We were visiting for a baseball tourney just north of Clinton. Very accessible and right next to interstate. Clinton did seem to shut down as a town around 9 pm. Didn't get back to room after games until then, bout the only option for food was Dominoes, which was fast and good. Overall, would recommend!

Ate dinner at Lucille's across the parking lot (liked the fried porkchop) with dessert at Braum's. Slept well. Soft towels. Bagel toppers for breakfast. Friendly staff.

ravonnaj (2/5): Would not stay again. - Room did not appear to have been cleaned at all. No toilet paper, no soap, the bed had crumbs in it so I am sure it was just pulled up instead of changed. Went to the desk and they said they would take care of it but they never offered to change the bed. We had stayed 20 days earlier and had some issues that time as well. Internet didn't work but interestingly enough their internet did so it was really an issue of someone not knowing how to reset the internet.

patriciawf2015 (2/5): Not great - My reservation was cancelled as I tried to book in. The booking was done through Expedia, and I was told that no 3rd party bookings are allowed. So here I am, over 18000miles from home only being told this now.... I had 2 choices, either find somewhere else or book another room (remember, this has been paid for and I now have try and claim a refund). We booked another room because of time and also not knowing anywhere else, it was Clinton after all. I let my travel agent know and he was surprised as this is the first this has happened to him. When he contacted the hotel, he got a totally different story from a different person... The room was nice and big, but the bed hadn't been made properly, nor the linen changed from the previous occupant which made for a very uncomfortable night. The noise from the other guests was awful which is not the Inn's fault, but just added to a restless night. The two washing machines didn't work on the 2nd floor but 3rd time lucky, we managed to get a machine on the 3rd floor to work. Just frustrating after a day's driving. They did however recommend a great restaurant. I just think there must be better places to stay.

johnnyu69 (4/5): Don't blame the guest and make excuses - Was recently passing through TX on a trip and stayed the night at this HI. It didn't start well as I entered the room and after a few minutes heard fairly loud music (at 1:00 AM). Turns out it is the outside drive up music that Hampton Inn greets you with. I called down to ask if it could be turned down and the front desk said they did not have control over that. (Hard to believe) She offered to give us another room. We had booked a double room and so walked into the new room and it was a single bed. I called down again and she offered to give us two rooms. I accepted. Woke up, got in the shower. Shower head was dysfunctional. The water barely came out. Wasn't a real shower. Next I went downstairs for breakfast. Bad! The fresh fruit appeared spoiled, there was NO hot food (for at least 20-30 minutes), and so I had some OK oatmeal. Seeing as the rate that night was $168 ($155 for Hilton Honors Members), I thought that was high. I called the front desk from the road later to share my experience and this was their response: 1- The music didn't seem to bother the other guests 2- They gave me 2 rooms for the price of one. Not true. They had to because the room I paid for was not usable. 3- Regarding the shower the manager said sometimes in the mornings when everyone is showering the water pressure is low. Or it could have been calcium deposits in the pipe which the maids can't control. At this point I could tell I was getting nowhere as the manager somehow blamed me for poor maintenance and inadequate management. There you go. My experiences with Hampton Inn's are usually excellent. This was an exception. 3-
marmie1a (4/5): Not as good as it could be - First of all it was hard to get to off of I-10 and find the road to turn right on. Leaving was worse…trying to get back on I-10 east was tricky. Road noise was awful. Breakfast was poor. Potatoes were rubbery. Bagels were stale as were blueberry muffins. I have eaten much better at other Hamptons.
Robert D. (4/5): - The room we stayed had no curtains only an opaque shade that allowed outside lighting on the hotel to fill our room. It was not dark. It would have been easier to get some rest with a dark room which we did not because of the light. The noise was very loud from the room across the hall. Doors opening and slamming all night long. I believe they were selling raffle tickets all night long because they would open the outside door slam, take their money and give them their raffle tickets. Very noisy and we felt uncomfortable and unsafe that people we constantly coming and going. We also were uncomfortable confronting them. Could have gone poorly.

The set up of the facility plus it’s many amenities and amazing staff gave us the rest and security we needed after a very long day of driving. We had a AAA eligible rate as well which was icing on the cake!

F6042GUandreag (10/5): Best nights sleep - Best bed ever! The beds in this hotel must be brand new. Our bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. The pillows were also wonderful, fluffy, yet held their shape. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would stay here again.

Dizneylvr1971_10 (6/5): Clean, but loud - We stayed here one night on a cross country trip in two rooms. The room was clean, but it seemed there was some sort of party in the pool area downstairs. It didn't even look safe with how many people were in it. My kids were disappointed that they didn't get to use it. Upstairs in our room, there was constant running in the hallways and slamming of doors over and over again. Blessedly, the noise finally stopped around 10. I'm assuming because most of the kids went to bed. The breakfast was fine the next morning. I'm sure the party is not a nightly occurrence here, but management should have limited the numbers in the pool and controlled the people running the halls repeatedly all evening.

Nuelina (10/5): - The staff and service was excellent. Check-in and check-out was seamless. I just hope there instructions on how to check-in thru the app if the reservation was done thru 3rd party. I wish they would post a rule to not be too loud and no jumping in the pool area.
Mgitsme (4/5): Noisy bed - I wanted to give 5 or even 4 stars. Sadly I have been here 6+ hours. The room is clean. The walls are NOT thin which is great. Staff, very friendly. It’s the bed that I came for. After 7 hours of straight driving , often in pouring rain, I finally laid my head down. Every time I have rolled over I am awaken by a strange noise. It resembles the sound springs could make on an old school mattress. Much deeper sound then that but similar. I have spoke to the person at the desk. Will need to contact the manager. It’s 5:30 am so I will do that in a few hours. The heads up is that I don’t know if this is a fluke to this particular bed in this moment or if in general the mattresses at this hotel are somehow of a quality that is fair less then you expect from a Hampton Inn. I’ve stayed at many in my life time. This is the 1st time anything has been disappointing. Sorry if I were u I don’t think I would take the chance.

Kathy (8/5): - Quiet location for good rest. Room was on the 3rd floor - Nice, clean comfortable rooms but the moment you exit from the elevators and into the room areas, the aroma of cigar/cigarette smoke was pretty heavy. I realize it's all non-smoking. Wish other people would respect that.
RetiredBeachers29526 (10/5): Enjoyed an Excellent Night's Stay!! - My wife and I were traveling through the area, and stayed at this location for one night. The hotel is currently having remodeling done, but that wasn't a problem for their guests. Our room has yet to be totally renovated, but it was still fine. The room was comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities a modern traveler could ask for. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The Breakfast Area was well stocked with a nice variety of breakfast options and the area was kept clean. Of special note, we'd like to express our thanks to the lady at the Front Desk, Lisa, who is a wonderful individual and a terrific representative of Hilton's Hampton Inns. She was pleasant, upbeat, efficient, hard-working and very professional. She is a great asset to the hotel and her interactions with her guests, is very much appreciated.

Jitterbug26 (8/5): Typical Hampton. But good value for the price - Typical Hampton Inn. Newer carpet, which was nice. Older dresser, bathtub, etc., but in decent shape. Bed and pillows were quite comfy. I liked that they had hooks right outside the bathroom door to hang today’s clothes, your nightgown, etc. I do wish they had a few extra hooks in the bathroom for toiletry bags, etc. I HIGHLY suggest that you request a non-highway facing room. Cars whizzing by at 80mph are fairly loud. I slept okay - my husband did not. Lisa who worked the morning shift at the front desk was very friendly. Lucille’s Roadhouse in the parking lot is worth checking out. I felt it was more diner-like than roadhouse, but the atmosphere was good and my salad was tasty. And it was definitely convenient after a long day of travel!

S4160UKroberth (10/5): Great stay in every way - This is an outstanding hotel in every way. The staff, property, neighborhood were all outstanding. I got the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time. So quiet and peaceful. We could not have asked for anything more,during our stay.
