Salle de bain propre aussi Le petit dej était froid et pas très rassasiant. Nous avons demandé de chauffer mais ils ont juste chauffer l'omelette pas le pain, etc.

Mustafa muy buena onda, el otro trabajador que lastimosamente no recordamos su nombre nos enseñó a jugar tavla (backgamon) para el día de lluvia y nos dejaron quedarnos todo el día del check out en el hotel también llovía.

Even though we informed then quite late, everything was handled perfectly in the morning. The location is well located near the centre. The breakfast is also tasty. Overall we're very satisfied. Удобные матрасы и подушки. В отеле можно забронировать экскурсии и полеты на шаре. Освещение могло бы быть немного поярче.

- Magali (10/5): Très bien. - La chambre était très propre et suffisamment grande pour 4 adultes. La salle de bain aussi très bien et dans la chambre. Le personnel est très gentil et a été de très bon conseil pour l'organisation des visites, tour en montgolfières, lessive, navette aéroport... Le petit déjeuner est excellent et fait maison. L'hôtel est vraiment à 2 pas du centre ville à pied, et surtout légèrement sur les hauteurs ce qui rend la vue magnifique, et surtout loin du bruit et de l'agitation du centre ville. Sa localisation est très proche des points de vues pour admirer les montgolfières, et nous pouvons partir randonner/visiter la Cappadoce très facilement. Si vous avez une voiture, il n'y a pas de parking et les rues sont en pente et étroites, il est préférable de se garer dans le centre et monter à l'hôtel à pied, mais franchement, cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous.

- Lissette (8/5): Bien - La ubicación es buena. Cama cómoda, habitación amplia. Bonita terraza, se ven los globos. Buen desayuno. Tapa del baño suelta (leí esto en un comentario más antiguo y aún no había sido arreglada). Escalera empinada y algo irregular, me parece peligrosa. Nos habían ofrecido recogernos en el aeropuerto, pero nunca llegaron. El primer día nos ofrecieron 2 tours con guía en español, alcanzamos a hacer el primero y luego nos dijeron que se habían equivocado en el precio, y que si queríamos hacer el 2do tour, tendríamos que pagar 25 euros más, por persona. Recomiendo no tomar estos servicios adicionales con ellos. Poca seriedad.

Nos tocó la habitación 101, es la primera de todas y se escucha todo el ruido del bar del frente, la gente que esta en la recepción cuando llegan o se van, los que pasan charlando por la calle. Pudimos dormir muy poco las 3 noches.

Al nostro arrivo il ragazzo più giovane della reception ci ha accolte fuori dal portone di ingresso e ci ha spiegato veramente tutto! Davvero davvero gentilissimo! La nostra stanza aveva una vista fantastica su locali e panorama oltre che molto ampia e comoda! Colazione molto buona su una terrazza che permette di vedere la partenza delle mongolfiere ad un palmo di naso! Staff molto attento a tutte le richieste, impeccabili i transfer ed il volo in mongolfiera prenotati presso di loro! Ottima struttura in tutto 🤩 Grazie mille per il soggiorno da favola ♥️ Niente! Era impeccabile!

- Emma (8/5): Good value - great spot for sitting and enjoying the view - Warm with heating, comfortable bed, nice terrace with view of the balloons and town where you can have your own snacks and drinks unlike many other properties with bars and restaurants on their terrace. The accommodation is great. I didn’t like the constant crappy music from next door every night until 12 even if the bar has no patrons. If you like Toto rains in Africa, Abba and the same music over and over again you’re fine. This is an issue across all of Goreme though 😂

- AI (10/5): For the price, it was nice to get a taste of the cave. - The location is great. It's very clean. You can get water if you ask at the front desk. My room was on the first floor, but both inside and outside noises were quite loud. The shower drain pipes on other floors run through my room, so it was quite loud. The breakfast was open for a shorter time than I was heard. It's best to go early.

Room was simple but very comfortable. Bathroom facility was good,toilet seat was a bit loose.Manager was very helpful. Staff was polite and courteous. Breakfast was nice,though not very much variety but enough for a good start for a day.Overall I was happy. Breakfast could be better.

Nuestra habitación con vista a Goreme era muy amplia y cómoda, y en su defecto, la vista desde la terraza del hotel era prácticamente panorámica. Muy bien ubicado cerca de las calles principales de compras. El desayuno completo y rico. Tal vez en ciertos aspectos el hotel está envejecido, pero si le hicieran mínimos arreglos (por ejemplo, la tapa del inodoro que no encaja) estaría perfecto.

La posizione è ottima sia per chi vuole utilizzare i mezzi sia per chi vuole camminare. Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo raggiunto il centro sempre a piedi, l'appartamento dista 10 minuti da AyaSofia. - Maria (9/5): Muy atentos y estancia cómoda. - El personal del hotel muy atento y amable, nos ayudaron en todo momento y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros tanto durante la estancia como en relación con las actividades que teníamos pensadas. El hotel está limpio y la ubicación es buena, aunque muy ruidosa. El desayuno está bien. El ruido tanto de dentro del hotel por la noche, como de la calle.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre de Goreme, à proximité de nombreux restaurants, cafés et d’une colline depuis laquelle on peut observer les montgolfières et le coucher de soleil. Le petit déjeuner est cuisiné sur place par une gentille dame et propose un large choix : salé et sucré.

- Loreto (10/5): - Tienes un montón de opciones para comer alrededor, con todo a mano. Muy buena ubicación. Camas cómodas y lugar con poca ruido.
- Serife (10/5): - Otelden cok çok memnun kaldik. Heryer yürüme mesafesinde. Otel gayet temiz, çalışanlar nazik ve ilgili. Biz aile olarak kaldik yeniden kalabilecegimiz bir otel.
- Cristina (9/5): - La struttura è in una strada abbastanza tranquilla di Göreme, relativamente comoda da raggiungere con i bagagli e soprattutto per salire ai punti panoramici per vedere l'alzata delle mongolfiere all'alba. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. La camera che abbiamo avuto era spaziosa e dotata di aria condizionata funzionante. La colazione è buona e ricca. La struttura avrebbe forse bisogno di qualche cura in più e di essere un po' "rinfrescata": la terrazza, ad esempio, molto bella, è un po' disadorna e trascurata.

The evenings are beautiful with a little breeze and lots of - It was in the heart of Capadoccia, near by cafe’s and restaurants. Walking around on high and steep streets of hills of this city is not easy anyways, but we found many amenities just within ten to fifteen mins walk. This was an ideal location for us. Otherwise you can ask the management to arrange for a tour for you with their reliable transportation tours. No air conditioning! It was some of the hottest days during our visit, the manager tried his best to keep us cooled off so he arranged for a fan. We couldn’t leave the windows open as they were not netted.

The breakfast is excellent, and a special thanks to the kitchen staff, who were incredibly friendly and prepared delicious meals😋.As well hotel staff, they were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel ^_^

- Ana (9/5): Superb - It's well located, great views to see the balloons in the early morning. The breakfast was really good and the service of the woman so nice and kind. The room is comfortable and clean. We stayed in the first room of the entrance and unfortunately there's a lot of noise form outside.
- Jane (5/5): Passable - All the staff were pleasant and happy to answer questions and help. Attractive spacious room. From 9.30am every day several next door restaurants played loud music continuously (except during call to prayer). We asked for a quieter room but were advised that none of the rooms escaped the all day/night soundtracks. We have spent 3 weeks in Turkiye, this is the only hotel that did not include Turkish coffee with breakfast ( only Nescafe instant).
- Hannah (9/5): Great place, would highly recommend. - We had a gorgeous turkish room, and the accommodation had beautiful rooftop views where you could see the balloons. Great location, able to be picked up by all tour companies. They were able to help with a camel tour which was fantastic. Great breakfast and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help in anyway.

- Andres (10/5): Best place to stay in Cappadocia - Totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia! The staff were super friendly and helped us organize all our activities, like the hot air balloon ride and tours around the area, at fair prices with great companies. The breakfast was amazing, and the whole place was really clean and beautiful. Loved the vibe of the hotel, and I’d 100% stay here again!
- Albistegui (10/5): Amazing! - The manager/receptionist was lovely, very helpful with absolutely everything. He helped us arranging the tours, let us stay longer after the checkout and always seemed very keen on helping us with whatever we needed. The bedrooms are decorated in a traditional-rustic style which makes the experience authentic and local. The hotel is close to bars and restaurants. Last but not least, the breakfast is generous and the views from the terrace astonishing! Nothing, everything was perfect.

Breakfast on balcony is delightful. Nice location and quiet. Also have water and kettle!! Will be back No cleaning every day but can be done on demand

Banyoda sicak su vardi ancak Odamizda tek sıkıntı duşun telefon kısmı arizaliydi yetkiliye ilettim sorunu çözeceğini düşünüyorum... Teras şahaneydi sabah gün doğumunda balonları rahatlıkla ve keyifle izledik ardindan 8 deki guzel kahvaltiya geçip çaylarımızı içerken yavaş yavas geri dönen balonları izlemek çok guzeldi ... Teşekkürler

Cozy and warm atmosphere ( outside was 0 degrees at night!). The breakfast on the top roof terrace was nice. The hotel is worth the money.
