Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a cucinare a causa del sistema ad induzione che non permetteva l'uso di più piastre contemporaneamente alla potenza desiderata.

• Jochen (7/5): - Der Pool war schön und die Lage war auch gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und nicht immer sauber und zum Teil ist auch Schimmel an den Wänden. Wie uns von anderen erzählt wurde. Das es leider auch als Party Unterkunft genutzt wird ist total schlecht obwohl es verboten ist. Also mit Kindern die nicht schlafen können,da es laut ist..... Ist schlecht!!!!

• Marta (5/5): - Bello il posto in mezzo alle vigne con parcheggio interno ed entrata singola, appartamento pulito e perfetto per due persone Purtroppo non c'è niente in appartamento, noi ci siamo comprati da mangiare ma in appartamento c'era solo il sale e nemmeno un filo d'olio. Va bene se si fanno più giorni ma per una sola cena è impensabile comprare tutto. Il problema più grande è stata l'errata posizione sulla mappa di booking, non corrisponde a quella reale

• Susanne Grimm (7/5): I think with friendlier management I would go again but next time I will chose a different place - Really liked the location and how clean the place was . I am sure it is even nicer in season as you can use all the facilities. Even the benches and tables outside were already packed away. ( it was still 20 degrees) I had issues with the way I was treated. In Italy it is already after season which I did not realize as it is school holiday in a lot of European countries, so the pool and jacuzzi would be closed . When I asked if we could use the pool one time in the partner hotel , I was told that it would have been more appropriate to book a hotel in a higher category and if it would have been so important to me I should have informed myself beforehand as they gladly provide all the information before. The style is very defensive and does not make me feel welcome. I was just trying to deal with a child that was looking forward to a pool. The kitchen was missing quite a few items , bottle opener , kitchen knifes and boards and when I picked the opener up from the other hotel which is drive distance away , I was asked to return it . In my opinion a bottle opener should be part of a kitchen and I dont think I need to be told to return a bottle opener.

• Marco (8/5): Schönes Ferienhaus mit Luft nach oben - Lage war super und sehr ruhig, Parkplatz im Grundstück, Bad ist groß Pool und Whirlpool waren schon Mitte Oktober nicht mehr in Betrieb, wurde auch vorher so nicht kommuniziert. Fahrstuhl im Haus war vorhanden, funktionierte leider nicht bzw durfte nur vom Personal benutzt werden. Anmeldung kompliziert. Kleinigkeiten bzw Dinge die unserer Meinung nach sein müssten, Toaster und Backofen fehlten, Dunstabzugshaube verdreckt, Herd hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Es fehlt an Gemütlichkeit und ein bisschen mehr Liebe in der Ferienwohnung da könnte man mehr draus machen.

• Carolin (7/5): Wir hatten eine erholsame und schöne Zeit. Weiterempfehlung nur bedingt. - Die Außenlage ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist im Sommer sicher sehr schön. War bei uns schon geschlossen. Ideale Lage für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Sicher mit Kindern, da eingezäunt und unser Sohn dadurch ungestört auf dem Grundstück Laufrad und Roller fahren konnte. Die Ausstattung der Küche zum Kochen war sehr begrenzt. Kein Backofen, nur eine Mikrowelle. Die Fewo 1 wirkt sehr dunkel und riecht muffig, wie Keller. Im Schlafzimmer sind zwei kleine Schimmelstellen gewesen. Durch den Fließenboden ist es immer fußkalt. Ungünstig, wenn Kinder noch viel auf dem Boden spielen/ bauen.
• Neta (8/5): - דירה יחסית גדולה, ממש נחמדה. חדר שינה גדול ומרווח. המתחם נראה נחמד מאוד. בשביל לקבל את המפתח לדירה היינו צריכים לנסוע למלון אחר בעיירה לעשות שם צ'ק אין. בהתחלה זה לא היה כלכך ברור שזה מה שצריך לעשות. לא מצאנו דרך להפעיל את החימום בדירה.

• Michael (7/5): - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war okay. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Parkplätze vor der Türe verfügbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr dunkel, wir hatten tagsüber das Licht an. Das Haus liegt in der Tat in einem Weinberg, aber angrenzend an ein großes Industriegebiet.

• Dominik (8/5): Tolle gepflegte Anlage zum super Preis. - Schöne, saubere und gepflegte Appartement Anlage mit tollem Pool. Leider war im Appartement neben uns eine italienische Jugendgruppe, die die ganze Nacht Lärm und Party gemacht haben, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Kann aber die Unterkunft nichts dafür für asoziale Gäste.

• Rudolf (9/5): - Ivm pech met onze auto, moesten wij een nacht in Riva blijven, na wat Babyloniërs spraak verwarring over de exacte locatie, immers we moesten een stuk te voet verder omdat de auto bij de garage stond. Kwamen wij eruit en waren de dames erg hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Gewoon een goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel.

Faktycznie nie ma klimatyzacji, dla nas nie był to problem bo nie trafiliśmy na upały. Ale nawet jeśli, to zachód słońca z balkonu by mi to zrekompensował :)

• Francesco (9/5): Fantastico !!! - Ottima la posizione tra Arco e Riva del Garda, l'appartamento è immerso nel verde tra i vigneti e frutteti. Panorama mozzafiato tra le montagne. Il giardino, la piscina e l'area relax arricchiscono il soggiorno.
• Oemer (5/5): Für 1 Woche als Basis ok, nichts besonderes. - Schöne Poolanlage, Animation sehr unaufdringlich, süße Anlage, schön bepflanzt und gepflegt. Urlauber sind eher Einheimische. Die ganze Gegend ist eher local, das mochten wir. Hauptstraße ist schon teilweise nachts sehr laut, lieber ein Apartment zur Countryside wählen. Zu viele Hunde, bellt der eine, antwortet der andere. Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet. Insgesamt war die Wohnung zwar groß genug für uns ( 6 Personen, 2E, 4K), hätte aber sauberer sein können.

Nel complesso, sistemazione adeguata, ma l'appartamento è piuttosto spartano. Dotazione in cucina molto essenziale, poche stoviglie, frigorifero piccolissimo e con cella freezer che raffredda poco e niente. Il piano cottura in ceramica riscalda molto lentamente per cui non si riesce a cucinare agevolmente.

• Natalja (8/5): - Nádherná poloha mezi sady a vinicemi, tím pádem trochu mimo civilizaci, ale i tak do dvou nejbližších restauraci se dalo dojít pěšky (asi 15 minut), příjemný upraveny uzavřený pozemek kolem vily. Bazén není velký, ale malé děti se tam vyřadily i tak.
• Sebastian (9/5): - Dobra, spokojna lokalizacja, dookoła uprawy winogron i jabłek. Nieduży, ale czysty basen. Około 2 km do centrum miasteczka, podobna odległość do jeziora Garda. Brak klimatyzacji. Latem w upalne dni ciężko było spać z powodu gorąca.
• Gabriele (10/5): Comfortable apartment in beautiful location - Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a renovated residence with pool, jacuzzi, private parking and internet wifi. Beautiful location right outside Arco, surrounded by vineyards and orchards, 5 min drive to Torbole and 10 min to Riva del Garda. Easy check-in (provided by a nearby hotel) and check-out, very kind and responsive staff. Definitely recommended!
• Dusan (7/5): Mit Mängeln aber zu empfehlen - Lage war sehr gut und über einen schönen Radweg ist der Gardasee erreichbar. Für zwei Personen war die Ferienwohnug groß genug. Umgebung durch das nahe Industriegebiet nachts recht laut. Ausstattung der Küche sehr mager. Es haben Kochutensilien (z.B. Töpfe) gefehlt, das wurde aber schon öfters bemängelt. Unsere Wohnung ist ziemlich dunkel. Im Mai darf man lt. Vermieter keine Heizung wohl anmachen und so haben wir zwei Tage gefroren.
• Irene (9/5): Lugar paradisiaco - El lugar es increíble,un oasis entre tanto turismo. La piscina es espectacular y el apartamento está bien equipado para estar cómodo. Nos alojamos en el apartamento que está a pie de calle y al estar cerrado olía bastante a humedad, es comprensible dado que es una zona humeda y no tiene aire acondicionado, y con el calor que ha hecho si no está ventilado huele mucho a humedad. Hay que decir que vino el chico de mantenimiento y nos trajo un deshumidificador (Grazie Alberto!) y el problema de la humedad mejoró.
• Adina (7/5): Secluded apartments with a great pool - Easy check-in, spacious apartment, shutters made it easy to keep it cool even without air conditioning, nicely kept garden, great pool. Guests mostly comply with the requested after 10PM quiet time, which is nice after an eventful day. Although the immediate surroundings were great - apple orchards, vineyard, mountains in the background - the residence is just by an industrial area. Around 10 mins drive from shops, restaurants and the lake, and everywhere is challenging to find a parking space during high season. Ideal for those bringing bicycles with them. Kitchen was under equipped if someone actually wants to cook a proper meal not just just heat up something.

• sabrina (8/5): 4 giorni bellissimi - Posizione splendida tra le vigne, il giardino di sera è splendidamente illuminato da tante lucine e dispone di 4 tavoli con panche per mangiare fuori, top. Vicina a tanti bei posti come Riva del Garda, Arco, Tenno, lago di Ledro che definirei meraviglioso. Appartamento ampio e comodo, bellissimo l idromassaggio, vicino alla piscina, perfetto dopo trekking o bici. Tanti piccioni che sporcano la zona della piscina, presenza eccessiva di bambini non controllati dai genitori ( alcuni facevano il bagno con le ciabatte) e nessuna reception presente in struttura . Però devo dire che lo staff è molto efficiente e gentile, ho inviato un messaggio su WhatsApp e mi hanno risposto subito e risolto un piccolo problema.

• Jasmin (9/5): Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Lage und wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Berge und in mitten von Weinbergen - Die Lage ist gut, leider keine Fußgängerzone erst ein Stück ca. 150 Meter die Straße entlang bis ein Fuß-/ und Radweg kommt der zum Gardasee führt zu Fuß ca. 40 Minuten, genügend Parkplätze, es war immer Platz am Pool, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher vorhanden, Reinigungskraft brachte selbständig frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche ( waren 14 Tage dort), gepflegter Außenbereich Küche ohne Backofen, viel zu kleiner Kühlschrank für 8 Personen, Herdplatten können nur einzelnd benutzt werden, kein Toaster, Appartement nur 1 Badezimmer für 8 Personen zu wenig, Stühle haben keinen Filz unter daher Lärm aus allen Zimmer zu hören wenn die Stühle über den Boden gezogen werden, Fahrstuhl defekt

Lägenheten var rymlig och välskött, fint med en liten uppsättning av böcker att läsa om man vill. Poolanläggningen var väldigt angenäm och skön att svalka sig i. Läget är mycket bra så länge man orkar promenera en bit, eller behöva köra för att komma till samhällen där man gärna hänger om dagarna, t.ex. Arco och Torbole. Kall bubbelpool

• Małgorzata (10/5): - Miejsce stworzone do wypoczynku. Gaje oliwne i winorośla otaczają ogród. Widok na ogromną górę, która tworzy klimat. Zagwarantowana cisza i spokój.. Apartament wygodny, dobrze wyposażony. Basen i jacuzzi. Przytulne stoliczki, przy których można wypoczywać kub spożywać posiłki. Piękne miejsce!!! Dziękujemy za gościnę 😃

• Rebekka (8/5): - Eine ruhige Unterkunft, umgeben von Weinbergen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Wir haben den Pool sehr genossen. Es gab ein paar Lauben, unter denen man schön sitzen konnte. Die Atmosphäre besonders am Abend war sehr gemütlich, wenn diese beleuchtet waren. Sehr schnelle und gute Kommunikation. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame Zeit und raten die Unterkunft gerne weiter. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas spärlich. Zum Beispiel keine Salatschüssel, nur 2 kleine Löffel…

• Ewa (9/5): Pobyt był udany. - Wspaniała lokalizacja, czysto, przyjemnie, apartament dobrze wyposażony, przyjemny basen, choć zimna woda w jacuzzi nie zachęcała do korzystania. Nie podobało mi się, że dzień przed zameldowaniem otrzymaliśmy informację o dodatkowej płatności 50€ w przypadku nieposprzątania apartamentu. W środku była jedynie szczotka, brak mopa czy odkurzacza, którym można byłoby posprzątać.
• Sylwia (9/5): Polecam - Czysto, wygodnie, my mieliśmy duży apartament na parterze. Blisko do jeziora ale najlepiej mieć samochód. Fajny basen, parking na miejscu Brak klimatyzacji Wiatrak i okiennice trochę ratują sytuacje
• Eliška (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita, klid v okolí a příroda, parkování ve stínu, na soukromém pozemku za bránou. Soukromý bazén a vířivka, dostatek lehátek a míst k odpočinku. Vybavení kuchyně pro vlastní vaření nebylo zcela dostatečné. Pouze 1 hrnec, jedna pánev.
