- Lizbeth (6/5): It was good but not a great experience. I've had stays at places where they go above and beyond. - I liked the cleaning staff because she was very nice. I just wished they had a courtesy room to take a work call and NOT try to charge me $$$ for a 30 min call the same rate as a whole day charge for a conference room. The manager stated the owner made sure it was rented at a good rate but that was not the case for me and they could have let me borrow it since all I needed was a quiet room for a call. I would also like to add that there were not enough towels in the room and the shower drains take forever to drain.

- Fernando (7/5): Foi uma boa estadia durante o periodo de trabalho. - Gostei das acomodações embora eu particularmente prefira quartos mais iluminados, mas é uma preferencia pessoal minha, o café da manhã é bom com uma identidade bastante "mexicana" e um pouco diferente do que estou acostumado no meu pais, porém me agradou e a equipe é expetacular além de esbanjar simpatia e serem muito prestativas, há disponibilidade de máquinas de lavar onde você pode lavar sua própria roupa gratuitamente desde que você tenha seu próprio detergente. O hotel não oferecia venda de detergente para lavar roupas nas máquinas de uso livre disponiveis (pelo menos durante as duas semanas que estive lá) embora o aviso na lavanderia dissesse que sim. A iluminação dos quartos é um pouco escura prefiro lugares mais claros, embora não seja de todo ruim me incomodou um pouco.

Las toallas grises y deshilachadas ni para mi perro, el baño con tina🥺 por Dios a quien se le ocurre ponerla tan alta pues para salir de ella es peligroso, un muy mal aspecto son las toallas creo que desde ahí es hasta asqueroso y además manchadas de amarillo.

- Mariana (8/5): Agradable y cómodo - Lo más rico del desayuno es que hay muchas opciones para elegir y van variando algunos de los platillo; si te quedas dos o tres noches está super bien, pero más allá los platillos se vuelven repetitivos y terminas hartando. Aún así, están muy bien las opciones. La habitación fue muy cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Solo detecté un olor feíto cada vez que prendía la cafetera. Un punto importante es que no hay microondas, ni en el cuarto ni en el comedor, lo cual se agradecería mucho si llevas tu comida y quieres calentarla. También creo que hacen falta más opciones de té y pancito dulce, pero quizá eso ya es pedir mucho, solo que estaría muy bien.

- samcadams (10/5): Awesome stay - The friendly and helpful staff took care of our large group. We loved that breakfast went until noon and that coffee was available all day. The location next to the mall was a huge bonus. We just which the bar had been open for mixed drinks.

En la noche bajé a comprar unas cosas a las máquinas expendedoras y a las casi 12:00 am el olor era insoportable. Luego en la mañana bajé a desayunar y fue la misma experiencia.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Experiencia - Nos hemos hospedado muchas veces en este hotel, normalmente una buena experiencia garantizada, peeeeeero, está última ocasión no fue así, no había frigobar, no hicieron el acomodo de habitación ni resurtido de jabón, shampoo o toallas, etc, las toallas que estaban tenían aspecto desgastado (no nos habían invitado tocado así nunca), la cama rechinaba con sentarte (tampoco nos había pasado).... Cabe resaltar la atención de personal en recepción y comedor, fueron muy amables como siempre, atentos y profesionales.
