• Martha Berenice (4/5): Tarifa por mascota - El personal fue amigable No me gustó que al llegar me encontrara con la sorpresa que el costo por hospedarme con mis perras fuese de $350 por cada una + $500 de depósito, solo necesitábamos parar a descansar de un viaje largo en carretera y que al final el costo de la habitación equiparara el costo de la estancia de mis mascotas. En el anuncio no es clara la tarifa, la leyenda especifica que puede incluir un tarifa extra, la chicha de recepción tardó en encontrar la politica cuando la cuestioné, me parece que esto es poco claro para el consumidor tanto por parte de Booking como de Best Western. De haber tenido una opción fácil de cancelar mi estadía que ya estaba cargada a mi tarjeta de crédito a través de la plataforma, pues el hotel me dijo que si quería cancelar debía ser a través de Booking, si no hubiese venido cansada de 10 hrs de carretera, con hambre, cansada, y pasadas las 9:00 pm hubiera cancelado mi estancia. Sin embargo tuvimos buen trato, con ganas de ayudarnos, simpatías por parte del bellboy, y meseros del restaurante.

• Fernando (8/5): - Our stay at this hotel was, for the most part, excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also perfect for what we had planned. We would have given this a five-star review, but the room was missing a refrigerator, which was a significant inconvenience during our stay. If a mini-fridge had been available, it would have been a perfect experience.

• Kelcol (3/5): Satisfactory for our needs - Location was excellent, a street or two away from the centre of Villahermosa and two streets away from the river. Dinner and breakfast staff were pleasant. Where do I start!! We arrived at the hotel around 7.30 pm. We were allocated our rooms on the first floor which were next to the lift and at the top of the stairs so that every noise at reception and tv programme could be heard. My room had a small window, which I think, looked onto a shaft. Every water movement could be heard. Sleeping was very difficult. Maids were talking loudly outside our doors around 6.30-7am, my friend had to tell them to be quiet. On the basis of an excellent review of the hotel for food we decided to have dinner… big mistake. No white or rose wine. Cocktail menu extremely limited. Menu choice limited. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, yoghurt, rolls, butter, cereal and a choice of something cooked. Unlimited amounts of American coffee but no latte etc

• Naama (5/5): Passable - Staff was nice and breakfast was generous It’s on a main road and our room was not the quietists. Room itself is lackluster with harsh lighting. We stopped in Villahermosa for one night on our way to palenque, from our limited experience it’s not a charming town.

• Gea (1/5): Mouldy rooms and tip extortion - The location is good. But not worth it, the walls were covered in mould and the staff were forcing services. It was quite an unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. From the get go the staff were forcing service which is awkward enough, extorting tips for unwanted help. Then they tried to charge us for the breakfast included in the room price. We had to complain at reception and ask for the money back. The room was mouldy, there was no sink in the toilet. We would stay away from this place.
