Expensive for its condition. - The place was kept nice and clean in general, and the host was helpful and very responsive to any questions. The unit can do with a bit of TLC in various areas. The AC vent in the bathroom doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a long time.

L'accès à l'appartement n'a pas été facile, tous les échanges avec la propriétaire pas sms. Il faut savoir que ce n'est pas un hôtel et l'accueil à la réception de l'immeuble le fait clairement comprendre. Difficulté si vous avez un anglais approximatif. Appartement vieillissant, mais néanmoins bien équipé.

• Carmen (1/5): Horrible DO NOT STAY HERE! - We did NOT stay at this unit. Upon arrival, the property was dirty and unsafe. There was visible mold, broken locks and door handles, stains all over the walls, and torn, dirty furniture. The condition of the unit posed a serious health and safety risk, making it completely unacceptable for guests. We left immediately and would not recommend this property to anyone. No help from building or property manager Was offered for cleaner to come the state of this unit was not something that could be fixed with a clean ! It is NOT unacceptable condition

Nos ayudó mucho. El cuarto matrimonial no tiene ventana ni placard, es muy chico y sin luz. Fue una desilusión y no se percibía así en las fotos. Casi q sería como medio cuarto. El cuarto de las 2 camas dobles perfecto y todo el resto del apt increíble.

There was smoke everywhere after the neighbor next door almost started a fire, and the alarm woke us all up in the middle of the night! The condition of the apartment is poor! Untold renovation! We booked this place 3 months before coming with a family of 6 for a holiday. We came to the condo to find out there was renovation going on outside of the balcony (facade), and this was our first time having something to complain about our stay to the host. At first I thought it would be easy to fix this issue and I asked the agent to change our condo to different one with the same amount of rooms or more and if there was a price difference we would pay for it. They told me that there were no other available options, so I kindly asked for a refund of the 4 nights of 5 nights stay, not the full amount. The answer was no, and apparently, the owner didn't give care anything about the customer experience!!! The condo itself is very old, and it needs a whole new renovation, and right know its all falling apart. The loo doesn't work properly, the kitchen is very unclean, its not the same as it was described, there is no washing machine, there is constant drilling noise from morning untill the end of the afternoon. Agent sent me the screenshots of the owners message, and it seemed like he didn't even care about anything. He offered a voucher for us to stay if we came back, but who would even want to stay afterwards? THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT EVEN OFFER ANY BOOKINGS UNTIL THE RENOVATION IS DONE COMPLETELY!!! -Undisclosed Renovation -Poor Condition of the Condo -Lack of Available Alternatives or Refunds -Misleading Promises -Unethical Practices -Customer Service Response
• Hemmerling (10/5): The stay was good the nfl game was amazing food was great - The location is excellent close to beach and only a short Uber ride to all locations we wanted to go The condo was clean and in great condition The beds are a little stiff for my liking and there are two big dogs right above the condo that started barking early in the am all the days we were there so there was no sleeping in Very loud neighbors

• Trexler (9/5): Awesome place to stay with family. Easy access to the beach, nice amenities on site, and easy communication with manager - The location was wonderful. The apartment offered so much space, and we appreciated the use of the beach chairs. Loved the pool and gym. There seemed to be a little difficulty with communication between front desk staff regarding which entrance we should use on return from beach. Most people use a special elevator but because the location is on the first floor, they weren’t quite sure what we should do as the elevator policy didn’t apply to us.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Nice pool with lots of umbrellas and chairs. Apartment could use some maintenance work and refurbishment; eg - TV stand door was broken and poorly attached to the wall, some of the door handles are loose as well. Checkin staff could have provided better instructions, they mainly said we could get to the room and that's it, we had to find for ourselves how to use the small key to the beach entrance and etc.

The beach chairs and towels were very helpful! Guards were a little strict with our teenage girls. Followed them to our room often.
• Jared (1/5): DO NOT STAY: Filthy with bugs. - Near the beach DO NOT STAY: Filthy with bugs. I had to move out, and my wife and children were grossed out. I was asked to self-exterminate, and after I moved out a few weeks later, they said they would have put me up somewhere else but didn’t offer it to me while I was there. FOLLOW-UP TO OWNER REPLY: I stayed for a few hours and then left. They did offer to clean the filth but asked me to use the poison above the fridge to exterminate the bugs Bookings.com has the proof if needed. They offered a voucher for the future, so that is true, too; I am not lying; I have no need to lie.

The rooms were big enough for my big family. The parking garage is a little far. It took me a long time to find the lot c but it was manageable. • Stephanie (7/5): Nice place but facilities are subject to extra fees and availability - Very nice place to stay, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there for 4 days. If you have a car, this is an excellent location. Otherwise, buses are plenty and easy to use. Swimming pool is great. Although the access to the swimming pool and the gym was included in the description of our booking, we had to pay a supplement upon arrival to be authorized to use, directly to the check in desk (a bit more than 40 USD, confirmed by the owner when checking with him). This is not in conformity with what was agreed when booked on booking.com. Also, as a family of 5 people with teenagers, sheets to use the sofa bed would have been appreciated and there was nothing as such which was available. Finally, the parking lot is not of easy access and, as someone else was using it at the beginning of our stay, we lost several hours in order to finally be able to use it.

• Silvana (8/5): Condominium versus Hotel and keep in mind ‘you get what you pay for’ - I have always stayed in hotels when I went to Miami Beach, but since I needed 3 bedrooms this condominium in Sunny Isles came up as an option when I used Booking.com. After reading the reviews of all the condominiums and hotel rooms, I settled on this condominium. This was a good choice for my friends and I as we had advantages such as free parking, a kitchen, a balcony, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a pool that was surprisingly not crowded. We were always able to get lounge chairs at the pool. It was a short walk to the beach - about 5 to 10 minutes which included crossing Collins Avenue at 193rd Street. The other advantage was that the property manager responded quickly to my text inquiries. Additionally, with respect to a condominium versus a hotel room if something stops working such as a dishwasher, you can’t get another room as it is a condominium. It would have to be fixed while you were there if needed for your stay. You just need to be aware of the differences. Also, just like a hotel room you get what you pay for. Meaning the location, appliances, pool, amenities, etc are usually tied to the price. THESE ARE THINGS TO BE AWARE OF NOT REALLY COMPLAINTS. Third bedroom: does not have windows, or air conditioning, is small, bed not as comfortable as the others. It has access to the second bathroom and a ceiling fan. Balcony: faces the guard station so you see the cars entering. And people are below if they walk past you so not private. Parking: is free, but it is a walk within the compound. However, not too far. Also, after check out you can’t use the parking spot. You need to valet it for $20 with your luggage if you are staying to enjoy the pool before you go to the airport. With respect to your luggage, after checkout, you can also pay $10 per piece to store it. There was a $40 resort fee which I paid upon arrival. Public beach access is very close and we found we could also rent chairs at the Ramada Inn/Marco Polo hotel for $10 per day. We chose that option, but Beach chairs were available at the condominium. With respect to a coffee maker, I would have preferred a Keurig as I have at home. There was a 4 cup coffee maker with filters - I purchased coffee and it was good for me. Two of the coffee cups had tiny chips so just be careful as house keeping can’t catch it all. There is a cafe and mini mart at the site. Prices are higher than a supermarket, but worth the convenience. We had a car, but walked to a couple of restaurants which were not too far and not too close. They were under a mile. We crossed Collins Avenue and went right so that a sidewalk was always available. There are traffic lights so safe to cross Collins Avenue, but you have 25 seconds to cross. Another point is that many restaurants that are frequented by foreign tourists in Miami include the gratuity ranging from 15-20%. They call it a service charge. Some wait staff don’t mention it and tell you they do not get all the money, but it is a gratuity and when I was a waitress we shared our tips with the bartenders and busboys.
