It’s the only hotel where our family genuinely felt settled and comfortable, not just accommodated. From my very first phone call, the manager, Amanda, stood out for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond. While it was evident she cared about earning our reservation, what impressed us most was how consistent that kindness and professionalism remained throughout our extended stay. It’s clearly a reflection of who she is — and that same spirit carries through the entire staff. Exceptional customer service feels increasingly rare these days, which makes My Place feel like a real gem. Every staff member treated our family — children included — with patience, respect, and sincere hospitality, something we noticed and appreciated daily. The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, especially for longer stays. Having a full-size refrigerator and a stove cooktop right in the room made an enormous difference for our family and added to the feeling of being at home rather than in a temporary space. Combined with the very competitive pricing and the always-available free coffee, these touches elevated the experience even further. We truly can’t say enough good things about our time here and would gladly stay again without hesitation.

Even have laundry on site, which was also spotless. Only ding i could think of is that the mattress could have been a little more comfortable. It wasnt a deal breaker, but it could have been better. Overall a great extended stay if you're looking for a reasonable room with a kitchenette than look no further

I didn't like that you couldn't really make use of the kitchen because there was no silverware, glasses, plates or pots. There is an option to buy all these items at an additional cost at the reception. Who travels with equipment like that? Basically we enjoyed only the large fridge.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe staying there. The inside of the building was clean and well maintained. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. Only time I heard any of the other guests was in the hallway. It was also very nice to have a full sized fridge. Overall very good experience and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Dickinson, ND.
