A TV a cabo funciona perfeitamente, o quarto e o banheiro são espaços bem dividos e que nos acomodaram muito bem, a temperatura da piscina é perfeita, no ponto - ressalta-se a necessidade de melhorar a limpeza da água. O staff é um espetáculo à parte: todos muito atenciosos e dedicados a oferecerem o melhor. Certamente voltarei. Não teve nada em particular que tenha me chamado a atenção. O hotel é realmente muito bom. A localização não é a melhor, mas sempre conseguimos facilmente táxi.

Hotel é confortável, limpo, organizado, repleto de colaboradores educados e solícitos que tornaram nossos dias maravilhosos. Destaque para os funcionários da recepção, que, num gesto de generosidade (não me deixando sem bateria para tirar aquelas fotos fantásticas da ilha) emprestaram por dias seus carregadores de celular, já que esqueci o meu em casa. Muito obrigada! Quanto à comida, um espetáculo. Tudo bem feito, prato generoso e saboroso. Café da manhã bem variado e tudo muito gostoso. Na chegada ainda fomos para o Chá da tarde, que estava maravilhoso. Só elogios.

- Yves (8/5): Uma estadia boa que atendeu nossas expectativas em geral. - Nós gostamos do tamanho (espaço) do nosso quarto, da jacuzzi no nosso quarto (temperatura ficava do jeito que a gente queria e também era bem espaçosa), e gostamos da localização do Dolphin pois ficava bem no centro da ilha. Não gostamos do custo benefício do restaurante no hotel (preço bem acima de outros restaurantes em Noronha e a qualidade e quantidade da comida ficaram abaixo do que esperávamos), e também não gostamos da falta de rede no nosso quarto pelo valor que pagamos (estamos cientes de que isso não era incluso no quarto mas essa seria uma adição que nós achamos válidas para o conforto do quarto - chegamos a mencionar isso para a recepção).

Todos os detalhes são cuidadosamente pensados, café da manhã excelente e café da tarde cortesia muito caprichado também. O caminho do hotel até a área comercial da cidade é uma grande subida, inviabilizando as idas e voltas a pé. Recomendo utilizar os taxis que funcionam super bem e rápidos.

Do motorista do transfer Flávio, passando pelos recepcionistas Igor e Kelly, o funcionário do café da manhã do Restaurante Acqua (Flávio DJ), as camareiras que deixam o quarto impecável, os funcionários do almoço e jantar o Restaurante Acqua (Weslley, Jonatas e Dani) até a Dona Gal, dona o Hotel, que está lá sempre checando se tudo está funcionando com o padrão Dolphin!! Almocei e jantei no Restaurante Acqua e os pratos são deliciosos!! O café da manhã é bastante variado, com muitas opções de tapiocas, crepiocas, omeletes feitos na hora!! Foi a minha 2ª vez em Noronha (2013 e 2025) e certamente voltarei e farei a reserva no Dolphin Hotel!! Nada.

- Renan (9/5): Excelent stay - The staff was super friendly, ready to help with anything needed. The room was spacious, comfortable and very well decorated. The shower was amazing! The hotel has good infrastructure, with a nice pool area, very good bar service and restaurant. I was there to celebrate my birthday, so they even managed to prepare a small birthday cake for me. I'd definitely repeat my stay if I'm back to the island in the future. Nothing too serious. The wifi connection could be a bit more stable. The only problem we faced was with access to the room. The magnetic lock on our room was not very well installed, so it ended up not locking the room sometimes. We had to triple check if the room was locked before we left.
- Min (8/5): - Great property in general, friendly staff and a very comfortable stay. The pool was on maintenance while I was there, so didn't really get to use it, but also wished they had a hot tub instead of 3 pools. The steam while a great concept didn't work either. I liked the fact that it was a 15mins walk from one of my favourite beach Conceicao where you can spend time watching the sunset there. Given the fact that there is supposed to be 'no plastic' and eco-friendly, I would just recommend to have a water refill station for self service instead of needing to get someone to do it, they were always willing and happy to assist but this would save some time to have a drinking water refill station.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Pricey for the service. - The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. The dinner is meh. I couldn't understand why there was such a radical difference. However, the service could be better for the prices they charge. There is no one coming around the pool with mid-afternoon treats. There are no extras. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned each day. The hotel is centrally located and near the best beach.

O café da manhã é muito bem servido no restaurante do hotel (o peixe na telha do almoço é ótimo). Além disso é servido um chá da tarde que pode ser desfrutado após os passeios. Alguns detalhes surgiram durante nossa semana no Dolphin, mas foi tudo solucionado prontamente. Parabéns à toda a equipe!

There’s a cat which got “adopted” by the hotel and it walks around and begs for food from the guests. The pool isn’t really clean, there’s dead bugs in the water and the hot tub isn’t hot. The food on the hotel’s menu is more expensive than other restaurants on the island and the quality is way cheaper than them.

- Sascha (10/5): Amazing stay- wonderful stay in paradise - The Dolphin Hotel and especially its staff made our stay and 40th birthday outstanding. The warm welcoming at the reception was amazing. The Hotel itself is around 10 walking mins from the downtown. They organized everything for us and made everything happen. The complex is amazing, beautiful and clean. Even as we ran out of gasolina the hotel staff came to check on us. The whatsapp group is a very nice idea and very appreciated. At the end even a personalized goodbye card, made the goodbye not easier (meant in a good way). The breakfast in easter just amazing and with love decorated. The tapioca amazing as well as the detox juice. The Pool has a view to the traditional mountain. The only reason to book another hotel would be the view to the ocean. A special thanks to our barman Jonas Clavis. He took care of us amazing and is a nice positive with a very positive aura and good heart. THANK YOU all !

Staff do hotel sempre gentis, agradáveis e com boa vontade para ajudar no que for preciso. É aconselhável carro para tudo, não tem restaurantes ou praias que dê para ir andando em poucos minutos, mas voltaria me hospedar lá facilmente.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lo mejor: las chicas de la recepción siempre dispuestas a resolver cualquier inquietud de los huéspedes Las instalaciones son muy confortables y todo está impecable y funciona bien Lo peor: la ubicación y los precios, si bien la vista es buena (se ve el morro do pico), para llegar a las playas hay que recorrer un buen trecho, los taxis cobran de 25 a 35 reales el viaje, el ómnibus cobra 5 te acerca un poco pero no del todo y tiene una frecuencia muy baja (aprox cada 40’) y el alquiler de un buggy sale 310 reales x día y el litro de nafta 7,40 reales (100USD=400reales) Comer también sale muy caro

- ZEZI (10/5): Pousada excelente perto de 2 praias. - Fui com minha esposa varias vezes a Fernando de Noronha, preços aumentaram muito. Pousadas da moda estao caríssimas. Pousadas familiares e baratas sao muito arriscadas pelas condiçoes muito precárias de localização imprecisa e acomodação simples na ilha. Está pousada( dizem que nao existem hotéis na ilha) é muito interessante pelo preço intermediário e pela infra estrutura com piscina e 2 jacuzzis, é bastante arborizada e com bela vista do morro do Pico ao fundo,perto da praia da Conceiçao e do Boldró com caminhada de 15-20 minutos. Proxima do Projeto Tamar local de palestras. Exelente atendimento e quarto bem confortavel. Muito bom chá da tarde e exelente café da manhã.

The only issue we had was at checkout. The very friendly woman wanted to charge me for a beach towel they couldn’t find in the room. Thank God Karina (sweetest front desk EVER, with the best the recomendations!!!) remembered we gave them the towel to dry and they never gave it back to us.... we’ve traveled the world and stayed at amazing hotels... never once was I accused of taking/losing/missing a towel before.... other than that, the place is great. I’d go back....
- Charles (10/5): Great pousada - Very nice pousada. clean. pool is very nice to have. good food. rooms a little small. wifi not great in some rooms, but can easily walk to the veranda or pool area for better signal. front desk staff very helpful.

- JULIO MOYSES (6/5): Não vale o preço que cobra - O quarto é bom e o banheiro precisa ter janela ,WI-Fi não funciona no quarto ,mas o que decepciona é a área da recepção , café da manhã e piscina , precisa MUITO ser reformada , está fora do padrão do preço cobrado, Roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade, o melhor do Hotel é a Gerente Carol e seu esforço no atendimento diferenciado com boas dicas , Outra decepção foi não permitir 1 hora mais no Late check out, sem necessidade solicitaram a saída Às 12:00 horas , pois a maioria dos voos, que chegam na ilha chegam após Às 14:00 horas . Minha Sugestão opte por pousadas mais simples , pois tem mais o perfil da ilha .
- Giuliana (10/5): Maravilhoso!!! Super recomendo - Desde o momento da reserva do hotel até a despedida foi tudo excelente. A princípio eu tive um problema quando fiz a reserva, por erro meu, e assim que entrei em contato com o hotel eles foram extremamente atenciosos para que tudo desse certo. A recepção no hotel foi ótima, o quarto super aconchegante e limpo. O colchão, travesseiros e lençol super confortáveis. O café da manhã e café da tarde deliciosos, tudo feito com muito capricho. Decidimos fazer 2 refeições, 1 jantar e 1 almoço, super recomendo. Todos os ingredientes de primeira. Todos os funcionários do hotel foram super atenciosos, do tipo amigo, de encontrar fora do hotel e conversar e dar dicas de praia, etc. Já viajei para outros lugares, resorts e esse foi o único que me senti em casa. Parecia que estávamos em família. Super recomendo esse hotel!

- JANETE GOMES (10/5): Excelente opção - O hotel é muito bom. Café da manhã justo. Banheiros bons. Chuveiros ótimos. Tive especial atendimento da recepcionista josie e do pessoal do café da manhã. Único ponto negativo esqueceram trocar toalha de banho ( reclamei e colocaram outra). A internet não pegava no qto que fiquei mês a internet na cidade não é tão boa !
