- Kury Akin (8/5): Comfortable and central - Great location in the heart of the city and wonderful staff. Cold water was provided but hot water would have been useful too. Even better would be a kettle in the room. Some lamps in the room would also be useful. The reading lamps were a bit strange.

- Lesley (9/5): We enjoyed the hotel very much and had a lovely stay in Cuenca. - The breakfast space and food was very good. Great location. The price was amazing for the quality of the hotel. We like the older building design but sound does carry. It was quiet at night but sound does carry in the building. We were glad we had the junior suite as it was large and had the benefit of two windows for ventilation plus a ceiling fan. If creaking floors and hall noise bother you and you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. No street noise heard and it was quiet at night but the building is older so sound carries.

- Robert (10/5): Excellent stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Would return - This hotel is perfectly situated within easy walk of the Old Town and main Cathderal. The staff go the extra mile and especially helped with printing boarding passes when online with phone didn’t work. The beds were very comfortable. I have only positive things to say and I would return. This Canadian was impressed of the value received for a three night stay The room didn’t have much of a view. It was interior which was fine. The sitting area had a lovely view and balcony to the street.

Se trata de una vivienda histórica restaurada con mucho gusto. Es un hotel con pocas habitaciones situadas alrededor de un patio. La atmósfera es silenciosa y tranquila y las habitaciones constan de camas muy cómodas y un baño impecablemente limpio que consigue relajarte o revitalizarte de forma inmediata. Todo el personal es absolutamente encantador y extremadamente amable, pero quiero agradecer especialmente su labor al conserje que nos atendió durante las tardes y la última mañana de nuestra estancia. Gracias por su buen hacer, su amabilidad, su sonrisa y su profesionalidad para solucionar los pequeños imprevistos que acontecieron a nuestra llegada. En cuanto a los desayunos, estuvieron deliciosos y cerca del hotel hay una rica y muy variada oferta gastronómica. No hubo nada

- Manuela (9/5): Eine zentrale Unterkunft mit historischem Flair. - Ich finde das historische Gebäude wunderschön. Man fühlt sich in eine andere Zeit versetzt. Die Lage ist extrem gut. Man ist mitten im historischen Zentrum und es liegt zwischen zwei Tramstationen, so dass man einfach mit dem Tram an und abreisen kann. Da der Verkehr regelmässig kolabiert in Cuenca ist die Tram die bessere Option als das Taxi.

- roxanne (10/5): - What a beautiful hotel! I felt like i was in Italy, yet right outside was Ecuadorian chocolate and coffee. And everything else. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. It is on a VERY busy street, so i would not want to be driving there, and ther room I was in was next to the reception area, so it was noisy. Ask for a room farther away if noise bothers you.
