Guest Reviews
- Kathy (10/5): - Very clean and was quite comfortable
- Debra (6/5): - Rather outdated and for the price I would have expected better conditions.
- Jessica (8/5): - Outside appearance not appealing, staff was unfriendly like didn't want to be there no greetings or friendly service
- Barb (4/5): - We wanted to switch to a room with 2 double beds & the hotel was pretty empty, also I am a rewards member but he wanted to charge me more to do that. Not very friendly. Breakfast was from 6-9 & when we showed up at 7:15, they were out of most items. No one working in breakfast area or at front desk. Noisy room from other rooms next door & upstairs.
- Tammi (6/5): - Small rooms. It smells.
- Chery (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean place, comfortable beds. Would definitely come back.
- Amie (10/5): - The staff is absolutely incredible. The nicest, most accommodating hotel service I’ve ever received.
- Marci (10/5): - Customer service was amazing
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good value - Affordable accommodations right on Main Street in the downtown area of Pinedale. Room was comfortable & ideal for a short-term stay. There's ample on-site parking & free wifi.
- Glen (2/5): - Poor staff. Somewhat un eatable breakfast. P one tiny bar of soap and no soap for your heads. They should drop the word quality.
- Jon (8/5): - Property was going through some renovations while we stayed there
- Vikki (8/5): - We had a pet friendly room. Everything was great and the manager was very helpful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice motel. Friendly and helpful staff.
- Rhonda (10/5): - As described
- Gerald (4/5): - Will never stay here againg
- Suzanne G (10/5): - People running the Quality Inn were so cordial and made you feel so welcome.
- Thomas (4/5): - Pool was closed whole time of stay and that was not communicated with us. Pictures on website was not the same as the hotel. Outside of hotel not well kept
- Haris (8/5): - We had one night stay in the town and it is okay small town and room was clean
- Denise (10/5): - The check in was easy and the attendant was friendly and helpful. He worked late and early. Decent breakfast but way too many carbs for me. Many options and good though for majority.
- Larry (8/5): Okay for 1 night - An okay hotel but the lights over our bed did not work and when the toilet was flushed you had to hold the handle down or it would not work
- Mary (6/5): - Needs updating>
- Brian W (8/5): - Very clean. Breakfast is a little small. Good value stop.
- Tammy (10/5): - Front desk was very nice and helpful
- Gene (10/5): - The lady at the desk was very nice, our room is very quiet and clean and spacious and comfortable.
- robert (8/5): - excellent water pressure
- Katie (6/5): Pool was closed. Ok for what we paid. - Was ok for what I paid for this hotel. I did book a 2 room king and got 1 room with a king bed.. The tub was all chipped up. We had to go get more towels from the front desk for the two of us to shower. Pool was closed.
- michael (6/5): - The hotel is older and this has normal problems. The pool was permanently out of commission. My room door didn’t lock and so no key was needed.
- Ken (10/5): - Value
- Karen (10/5): - Very nice
- Derek (6/5): - Our door didnt latch shut. The property was kind of beat down.
- Kim (4/5): - Staff was indifferent and unprofessional, had to ask for toilet paper the first day, no housekeeping service, pool and gym closed, etc. The pillows were nice.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Continental breaks fast very lacking -
Continental breakfasts were toast
Malted waffles and cereal
- Michael (6/5): - Broken TV bathroom door did not lock among other things
- CYNTHIA (6/5): Disappointed about NO Pool - The check in service was great and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was perfect The swimming pool wasn’t open which was a huge bummer for me. Not mention on the website nor after booking seems misleading and faulty advertising. Word is the owner doesn’t really care despite repeated requests to fix it and the managers have to deal with disappointed hotel guests. Another issue is the bright light outside our window all night. Better curtain would solve that problem nicely. We appreciated its pet friendly policy. All in all it was a good but not great place to stay.
- Andrew (4/5): - Weird vibes
- steve (6/5): - the pool and hot tub are not avaible to use
- Timothy and Diana (2/5): - Felt sorry for the girl up front. She was very nice. Pool was broken! Had to vacuum my own room. The girl up front was trying to clean all the rooms wait on customer cook the continental breakfast!! She needs help!!!
- Carolyn (2/5): - The young lady who was the ONLY employee did her best to deal with a bad situation (poor ownership, management), but was unable to keep up with the demands of checking in quests, cleaning rooms, setting up for breakfast, etc.
- Delma (10/5): - It was quietly and they welcomed you
- Nadine (2/5): - After seeing the room I had to leave! The bed was dirty! Top layer was made and bottom sheet was half way down the bed. After closer look there was dirty and hair everywhere. They offered me another room but the smells and vibe had me out quick!
- Laurel (2/5): - The noise between units is VERY high. Thumping coming from stairs and upper unit and could every word being said in unit next to us.
Breakfast food very limited, chairs still on tables and very poor set up. No one at desk except a young boy. Lady appeared after ringing bell. Wouldn't recommend this place and will not stay here again.
- Erne (10/5): - Located on the West side of Pinedale, the hotel was recently refurbished and is pleasant and comfortable with good parking and a C-Store right next door.
- Megan (6/5): - Room wasnt clean. Stains, hair, dirt etc.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do Not Recommend - Cleanliness was terrible. The whole thing was “under construction”. Looks like it’s been this way for a few years. Pool and hot tub was broken. Service was a joke. It was the cheapest place in town. I guess you get what you pay for. Do not recommend.
- Dawn (2/5): - Only stayed one night.
They didn't have key cards. So someone has to let you back in your room every time you left.
Breakfast was very poor.
Front desk person was still in her bath robe at 9:00 in the morning.
- Sue (2/5): - The place is very rundown.
- Lori (10/5): - It was exactly what we needed 😊
- Brandi (2/5): Don't Do It. - Hotel was gross. Pool was closed and we were not informed until after checkin. After seeing the room we left and found a new hotel. Woman that checked us in was in a bathrob with no bra.
- Gay Lynn (10/5): - We were on a motorcycle trip. The night manager let us park the bikes under the entrance awning. The room was very clean. There was a convenience store next door we could go to without having to take the bikes back out. Enjoyed our stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Check in was quick and the room was fine. The elevator seemed to be malfunctioning (we were on 3rd floor) and disappointed the advertised hot tub was not working.
- Lawrence (8/5): - The pool and hot tub were closed. The one reason I booked this hotel was because it stated it had a hot tub. The covers on the chairs in the rooms and breakfast area looked nasty or installed by an amateur. Replacing the chairs would make this property appear more presentable. The breakfast items of coffee, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, milk, yogurt, fruit, bagels, and pastries were well stocked and available as posted. Hotel was quiet and seemed safe.
- Laura (8/5): - The room was clean and roomy. The owner was friendly. They had quiet a few choices for breakfast but the only hot food was instant oatmeal, waffles and bread or bagels that you could toast. The owner had a little dog that barked occasionally which didn't bother us but some people might not like that. I was able to have my dog there so I was happy that they were a pet friendly hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and the price was good.
- Elisa (4/5): - Gentleman who checked us in was pleasant enough, he did not indicate anything about breakfast (which was bare bones) and two motorcycles were parked haphazardly at the entry and remained there all evening and morning. Room was mediocre, mattresses definitely need changed out as do light bulbs above vanity. Could use 2 bars of soap please.
Breakfast area, furniture is old and needs replaced, chair seats were badly reupholstered and when chairs was pulled out to sit down the top of it came off. Garbages in this dining area were almost completely full and breakfast had just opened 7 minutes ago.
I never comment on places, ever - yet this hotel needs a lot of help.
- Larry (6/5): - Clean quiet and good staff.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Bathroom - The bathroom tub was yucky! The mat in the tub had what appeared to be mold on it! Plus the mat looked to be taped to the tub! No way was I getting in this shower!
- Esteban (10/5): - Nice
- Denise (8/5): - Hotel was good. Breakfast wasn't hot but staff actually checked to see if anyone wanted anything else before breaking it down.
- ANNA (10/5): - Fast check in.Everything what we needed- comfortable bed and hot shower.
- Sheila (10/5): Best breakfast ever - Very comfortable. Breakfast was world class!
- Stephan (6/5): - Needs update.
- Tina (10/5): Clean room - Easy checkin. Lobby was clean and room was very clean. The breakfast was good. Thank you!
- Jason (10/5): - Very nice!
- jeremy (2/5): - Dated
- Terri (2/5): - This hotel was very disappointing. We were traveling with children that look forward to an evening of swimming and the pool was out of service. The room looked as though it was barely cleaned. No kleenex in the dispenser. Very little amenities. Breakfast was also less than satisfactory. Very little options. It didn’t appear clean. Will not be back.
- Belinda (10/5): - Nice room. Clean- comfortable.
- Wayne (10/5): - Great stay. Thanks.
- Carrie-ann (6/5): - Pool and hot tub were not working. We were told by staff that management refused to fix it. The continental breakfast was poorly executed as well.
- Melissa (6/5): - They advertise a pool and hot tube and it was drained and closed. The breakfast was very limited and the coffee was like water . The rooms were clean and up to date but my toilet seat was cracked and pinched u every time u sat on it...
- Angela (8/5): - Doesn’t over charge, most hotels in area are older. Easy access
- Jeannie (8/5): Sad no pool - Everything was good except for the fact that there was no pool or hot tub, which is primarily the reason I chose that hotel the website didn’t say anything about it being permanently closed
- Saravanan (8/5): - Good.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - It was great
- Carlton (6/5): could have been better - We had difficulty checking in and co worker had to change rooms twice due to issues. Towels are very small and thin, bathroom run down...on a good note the beds are comfortable.
- RONALD (10/5): - A convenient location close to Jackson. Cost was reasonable. Did not like that staff didnt advise us of a planned power outage for the town. But they provided us a flashlight to use while the power was out.
- Tommy (6/5): - The pool is closed and there is no fitness center.
- Rhonda (8/5): Good stay for a weekend - Place is clean and roomy, and bed quite comfortable. One of the lamps was missing a bulb.
- RoadKingMaster (8/5): Good for the price - I am completely satisfied for the price I paid. Room is bare bones basic, but clean and comfortable. Hotel itself is dated and can use some “sprucing up” Best deal around in my opinion. I am happy with my stay and I would come again. I don’t have a report on the breakfast until tomorrow morning.
- Dean (8/5): Driving home to Indiana - Nice clean and comfortable. Water pressure was low but all was good for a quick stay while traveling
- John (4/5): - Advertised hot tub and pool. This was false, as the were both under renovation and unavailable for use.
- Charles Granville (8/5): - Continental breakfast would be nice.
- Edmond (10/5): - Receptionist was very friendly:-)
Room is clean with a comfortable bed!
- Cristal (10/5): - Good location
- steve (6/5): - Pool and hot tub were not operational
- Ernie (10/5): - The room was clean and comfortable, the front office fellow was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel was next to a 24-hour C-Store so parking was a little dicey, and a neighboring room had two BIG dogs who were loud every so often. I'd be happy to book there again. There was a great restaurant right across the street.
- Rhonda (10/5): Wonderful stay - The hotel was well kept, the manager at the desk was wonderful, he took excellent care of us. Breakfast was good,
- Alexander (10/5): - Very clean
- Bernard (8/5): - It's a declining property but the staff are great and the place is clean
- terelyng (4/5): Door did not feel secure. - Room 113 felt kind of sketchy because the door did not have a safety latch, and the front desk told us a tip on how to open the door easily.
The basic room was clean, and the towels smelled fresh. The bathtub drained very slowly.
Would we stay here again? Probably not because we did not make the reservation and there are other hotels brands in town that we tend to use.
- brandon (2/5): - The room was clean and there was a good breakfast but had an emergency happen at the end of our first day that required us to leave early. Even though we offered to be out by 8 a.m., staff said a refund for the following nights was impossible, despite the fact that staff asked us to come back hours after our original check in time.
- Roger (8/5): - Business center needed refining, printer out of toner, had to update Windows in order to use computer. Someone had switched B and N keys on the keyboard. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was very clean.
- Samuel (8/5): - Nice convenient, good price!
- Jesus (8/5): - Very friendly and helpful front desk staff
- William (6/5): - Building permeated with cooking odors. Front desk staff dressed unprofessionally and kept interaction to a minimum. Facilities tired - chipped toilet seat, chipped bathroom tile, leaky bathtub faucet. 1990s decor. Pool closed ro maintenance.
In this case I paid for what I got - a relatively decent and chep room that allowed me to clean up and get organized after 5 days of backpacking.
- Chapin (10/5): - The staff was polite and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. Wonderful value for the money.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very comfortable hotel room. Clean and nice. Dog friendly. Manager was very nice.
- Arnold (8/5): - Close to conviences
- Erin (6/5): - Definitely needs updated. Hotel is clean but hot tub was cold.
- Roderic (10/5): - The motel did exactly what they needed. I like the location of it was easy in an out very clean.
- Nancy (8/5): - Nice comfortable room.
- Dinah (6/5): - On the internet the photos of their rooms showed a small frig and a small microwave. Our room had only a frig. The freezer part of the frig was broken, having to be propped. up. We were disturbed twice by staff members knocking on our door, but not giving a reason.
The room was comfortable. The breakfasts were better than expected.
