- Diana (10/5): Bliss - We loved our stay. It went by too fast. Thank you! Staff was super friendly. The Bungalow was super cute. Couldn't figure out the ice machine. Stove worked fine. Weather was perfect. We slept in every day. Daughter loved the queen bed. I slept on sofa because I couldn't do the stairs to loft but my brother loved the loft . It was cool and he had the whole space to himself.

- Angela (4/5): - The location was good The mattress felt like one step above sleeping on a box spring. There was a bad smell next to the entertainment center close to the connecting door. They had a plug in air freshener there that I had to unplug through the duration of our stay. The bathroom sink was rusted and the paint was chipped all over. The handles would not turn off normally, you had to find the right spot to get the water to turn off on both hot and cold.

The location is decent and the best part about this resort is the golf cart rental next door to drive to the beach. This place is OLD. Looks nothing like the photos and everything is so small. I’m a 5 foot 5 inch woman and I was squatting in the shower for the shower head, the whole room gave “cleanish but old” beds were beyond uncomfortable and overall would not recommend this place to anyone. Ended up checking out early and went to a Marriott in Corpus for comfortability.

We usually take our travel trailer and stay in I t at the park for a weekend getaway but this time we stayed in a room. We asked for coffee from the office on Saturday night and they told us they would bring to us but we nevsaw any or never heard anyone knock on our door. Hmm.

- Andrea (9/5): Clean and welcoming - Everything was clean and ready. No issues. Jennifer was at the desk upon arrival, and explained things very well. Rooms were clean, linens clean, we brought our own pillows out of habit. Their pillows are more firm and my preference is soft. This is not a problem for me to bring my own. Pool was incredibly clean. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which helped us through our weekend. AC was perfect temperature upon our arrival. There was something behind the building that was loud and ran continuously, but once we closed the bathroom door, it eliminated the noise.

We didn’t use any of the facilities other than our room, but we didn’t really need to. It’s not a fancy, expensive, luxury hotel, but it doesn’t need to be. We just needed a room to sleep The only complaint I had was the bathroom sink. It was a real slow draining sink.

- D3979KGjimb (4/5): Pool heated by the sun? - The “heated pool” is not heated. The hot tub is hot but one cannot do laps in a hottub! When staff was asked when it would be up and running again, they hadn’t a clue! They used to keep up with repairs but seems like they are not spending money. Will probably stay at another park in the future where the rates are lower. The lawn service from past years isn’t working this year and the grounds show it.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the AC was loud. It made a loud weird noise the whole night. There were cigarettes on the window sill and outside the door. But other than that everything was great! I just ignored it

Also that it’s was by a CVS we forgot a few items so we walked across the street. At night we wanted ice cream there was also a convenience store. There was also a Mexican restaurant and a Whataburger. We did not eat there, but we did have options. They also called me and asked what floor I wanted so I was really happy about that and they just didn’t put me on the floor. They want it. What I didn’t like about the property was that prior to this stay time we had a discount being that our daughter attended A&M Corpus College. We were moving her in that weekend she was proud she came into the property with me to show her badge to the person at the front desk that she was attending Corpus to help us get a discount. I was really hoping that that was something that we good continue to do.

- Troy (10/5): It was great, I would definitely recommend to others and book another stay myself. - Staff was very proactive when I let them know about pests in the room and immediately scheduled pest control. The shower in my room(127) was leaking (I forgot to let staff know). I seen roach in the room (the staff was grate, on top of it, immediately schedule pest control) Some guests a few rooms down from me were smoking marijuana outside (forgot to notify staff). If that’s what you choose to smoke that’s fine just smoke it in your car. I know it’s becoming more common but still illegal for recreational use so keep that in mind

- Sara (8/5): Highly recommended dog friendly stay by the beach - Very easy check in and out, location close to the ferry and 5 min drive to the beach, very comfortable and well equipped dog friendly apartments. No breakfast options in the resort
- Hatch (1/5): - Had a lovely time sitting outside. Great stay if you like hot and humid with a lack of AC, or enjoy bugs and mold in the room! Air conditioning was not working in the 1st room. On call person was very rude when I let him know it was an issue. AC was showing error code OC/EL (which if you google the AC unit will work for a FEW moments and then cut off, which is what we were experiencing) but I was told SEVERAL time it was user error. The 2nd room did have working AC but was infested with MOLD AND COCKROACHES. Staff was always pretty rude when I brought up the cleaniness of the 2nd room.

- Isham (9/5): Great stay, it was quite due to being off season. Great price & would def stay again. - Great location, near the Ferry as we traveled to and from Aransas Pass each day for a permanent jewelry show. We enjoyed the porch rockers in the evenings, rented a cart from the place next door one afternoon and spent a few hours cruising the island and the beach. We were able to purchase ice on site, the AC was cold and the fridge had plenty of space to chill our drinks. The room was clean and comfortable aside from a little mold in the shower.
- Ariel (10/5): Friendly staff ! Amazing rooms , very clean. I stayed in the cottage this time and it was so cute and refreshing - Very clean and the people are very friendly here! I’ve stayed in both the cottage and other rooms here each time I go ! This place doesn’t disappoint. It’s quiet too and they have a nice pool ! The cottage is great if u have three or more ppl or just small cozy for two. Perfect location as well. I wouldn’t change anything!

- Maria (8/5): - Great location, super quiet. Shower curtains are too short for the showers, water was all over the floor every time. Our ac unit was leaking I’m sure due to the humidity but water was on the floor. We used all the clean towels in 1 night.

They were very dirty. - The pool The room 106 we stayed in was not cleaned right there was dog hair everywhere , freezer/fridge did not work that good and that also had hair and rust all in it. The shower head is full of mold. Also from time to time it smelled like sewer in our room
