All lights kept coming on middle of night and made sleeping impossible for one night. Smoke alarm kept beeping all night. 5 nights at this hotel and every night asked for a glass of wine (red or white). Didn’t have any ?? They hoover outside your bedroom door at 7.20am and tap your door for cleaning at 8am! Felt like a 2 star in terms of facilities

Le personnel est d une très grande gentillesse et toujours prêt à nous servir. Près de la gare de Gambir pour prendre les trains un peu luxueux pour Yodja Rien
• GEORGE (8/5): Met all expectations - would have a stay there again but not a long term stay. - Poached eggs on toast, though breakfast menu was good but nothing special. View from window was the back yard where staff parked their motor bikes &. etc. It was a very scruffy place.

• Pim-Uma (9/5): A Comfortable, Well-Located Stay with Great Value for Money - The hotel feels new and well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent - right in the middle of the city, which made getting around very easy. I also found the pricing very reasonable for what they offer, so it felt like great value for money. The wash basin in the bathroom felt a bit small, and the water didn’t drain very easily

• Mobaireek (10/5): جميل و مريح و هاديء - النظافة و الهدوء و الطاقم البشوش و المسبح البسيط و رحابة الغرفة ربما كانت غرفتي في اطلالة غير مناسبة فعليا .. لان عند تنظيف العامل مشاتل النباتات كان قريب من النافذة جدا وفي الصباح الباكر ولولا وجود الستارة لكام هناك انتهاك للخصوصية !!
• Paul (10/5): Clean, comfortable and good looking hotel - Very clean looking hotel. The lobby is beautifully designed with nice wall-art. The staff is so polite to open the door for you, hail taxis and help you enter or exit the car. The cleaning staff is friendly, polite and hard working to make the rooms clean. My compliments to them. Overall I had a really good stay, close to all the shops, government buildings and the Monumen Nasional. No noise from the roads. Recommended stay! The only minor point of criticism is the elevator not having an AC, but don't let that keep you from not booking here

The staff were incredibly friendly, very helpful, and extremely patient in assisting with all our meeting needs. They were responsive, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The food was also excellent — delicious and well-prepared. Our team really enjoyed it! Special appreciation to Mas Randy and Mas Wildany for their outstanding support and service throughout the meeting. Thank you for making our event successful and comfortable. Highly recommended for both meetings and stays!

It's within a 15-20 minute walk to Gambir station. It's a busy inner city hotel so not very homely but that wasn't what we were looking for.

• InAfricaAndBeyond (10/5): Cool and centrally located family hotel - The hotel is conveniently located in Central Jakarta, close to the city’s main attractions, and they organised an interesting walking tour for us. We stayed in the Games Centre Suite, which is a cool suite to stay in with kids. It’s inspired by games like Mario Bros and Tetris. The food at the hotel was great too.

The hotel is strategically located and ideal for corporate travel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with reliable Wi-Fi that supported my work well. Special appreciation to Vica from the Front Office for her professional, friendly, and efficient assistance during check-in and check-out. Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety, perfect to start a busy workday. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for business and corporate travelers. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta.
