- Gemma (10/5): Beautiful place in the Berg! - Esme, Andrew & Conny’s hospitality was amazing! We stayed for 5 nights in 2 different rooms, the standard room then the Luxury cave suite (both were great but the cave suite is out of this world! Jason, the chef is so passionate about food & that really comes through in the meals, the food here is truly lovely. All staff were so friendly & the local tips provided by Andrew set us up to ensure our time was spent perfectly whilst staying in Drakensberg. The farm has loads of cute animals, such as donkeys, 2 pet pigs (R2 & D2), sheep (Neo comes running when called) horses, a mule & cows! Oh & not forgetting all the cats! We loved it here & were sad to say goodbye. I can’t recommend Antbear Lodge enough & will defo stay again. Thanks all!
- Per (8/5): Spacious and creative room in amazing environment - Great and very personal service. Stunning environment. Very spacious and cozy room, with a relatively small bed. Food was fresh but rather ordinary. Very child-friendly establishment: baby-sitting can be offered, there are animals to pet and the friendly and service-minded staff really made sure to cater to our son's every need. The room price is a bit hefty, but the environement is truly amazing. Recommended!
