- ZUBAIR (10/5): - Absolutely breathtaking 360-degree views of Oia from this luxury property! We felt like we had the entire village to ourselves, without the crowds. Unlike other hotels, we didn't have to wait in line to take photos - every angle was a perfect shot. The property itself is stunningly aesthetic, with impeccable design and attention to detail. The food was top-notch, with high-quality dishes that exceeded our expectations. Every staff member, from reception to the bar, breakfast, and bell boys, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Worth every penny, we'll definitely be back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay ❤️. Just one small feedback there are no signs pointing to Aspaki when you arrive on the street. Having something there would be beneficial for the guests. But google maps was great help!

Highly recommend star experience. We were in the river pool room, which had an amazing view of the Caldera with an enlarged outdoor patio and swimming area. Loved every moment.

- Donald (10/5): - The hotel staff was so accommodating. They arranged airport pickup, then concierge carried our bags up and down lots of Santorini steps. The receptionist was so nice and explained in detail the benefits of our room and ordered our breakfast for us. They also did the same as we were leaving. The views were one of the best parts of this hotel. We loved our balcony and heated plunge pool to watch the sunset. Shopping area is close by as well. We had such a great time and will stay here again if we return.

The Aspaki Executive hotel had an incredible location in Oia right next to the famous three blue dome churches and was walkable to delicious restaurants! The hot tub, delicious breakfast and view from our balcony was breathtaking! But most of all was the staff! I am amazed by the Greek hospitality… every single member of the staff was so attentive, warm, kind, thoughtful and engaging! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be pampered and truly have a once in a lifetime experience! Thank you so much for having us and we hope to be back very soon!

The property is very clean, very comfortable, the entire staff is so warm and welcoming, the food they prepare on the property is 5 star, and the view from the hot tub is absolutely stunning! Lots to do within walking distance. I loved shopping of course! The staff arranged car service to and from airport and also touring. I can honestly say there was nothing I did not like except leaving! We will definitely be calling Art Maisons Aspaki our home away from home and the staff our extended family in Santorini! - Bishoy (10/5): - By FARRR the best place I have ever stayed at. Best location, best design, best food, bestest of best staff. It starts with them being great communicators before your arrival date, to picking you up and carrying your bags when you get out of the cab (which they can schedule for you), to serving you in a super awesome way! Example: when we got there and finished checking in and getting a bunch of details, we went to sit by the pool to soak in the beautiful view the propriety has to offer, and within less than 60 seconds someone brought us ice water dropped it off and asked if we need anything at all. The rooms are so clean and well designed: you sleep in a cave and shower in a cave, this is all after you take a dip in your private hot tub with a stunning view of the caldera and the water… I am honestly speechless about the design The food is also phenomenal. Their included breakfast has everything you could want and they always bring it so fresh and quick. You can of course eat this from your private balcony or at their restaurant (both of which have great views). They have such an amazing view that people from other hotels line up outside this one to try to get a good angle to get their own pics… this also applies to their private sunset view area (which requires reservation so please plan in advance). People were literally piled up above each other while you can have your own free space to rom around and enjoy the spectacular view of the sunset. Must go!

They said since it was done through Expedia I don't get to choose so that was disappointing but other than that everything else was great. So my advice is if you want a specific room make your booking through their site instead of somewhere else.

- James (10/5): ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! - My wife and I traveled to Santorini for our 30th anniversary, and I cannot express how great the Aspaki was. The property in Oia overlooks the Caldera, so there was not a bad view from any of the rooms, but ours was especially beautiful. The only thing that rivaled the property itself was the staff. They have a private sunset viewing platform at the Oia Castle which is awesome to avoid the large crowds that crowd the castle rooftops every night. We included breakfast in our booking. We had breakfast on our terrace every morning and started every day taking in the beautiful view of the Caldera and Aegean Sea and the food was amazing and never left us wanting. Despina, was amazing. She helped with booking tours, transfers, and helped to accommodate our smallest request treating as if it was our most important. Nefeli, was great. She helped to ensure that we had a wonderful experience, and Sergio tended to our every need. They collectively, and individually made us feel as if we were their only guest. For first time, or repeat visitors, the Aspaki property in Oia Santorini is a must!!! We are already planning our return and this is the property we plan on staying.

Also there was little privacy in the outside space which was easily overlooked. Staff are excellent, location is magical and the style is 5* Overall very happy with our stay.
- AmoGill (10/5): - Just got back from this Gorgeous place. We had such a wonderful stay. It was perfect from when we were picked up at the airport to when they dropped us back. Aphrodite & Nefeli were both so welcoming and helped us to plan and book tours,taxis & make reservations. We were served a beautful breakfast every morning by the lovely Maria. Nothing was too much for and she always had a lovely smile and personality. We received fresh bath and beach towels daily, they even tidied up behind us. On my birthday they organised a beautiful cake to be served to me at Breakfast. I had a rose delivered with y morning Latte. They all made us feel as if we were their only guest. The views are the best in Oia from the balconies and pool area, the sunset from their sister hotel was just stunnning. I can not reccomend this place enough and can not Wait to revisit. on a last note we would also like to thank the gentleman who was always running up and down the stairs bringing us drinks water and food. Again nothing was too much. Sorry we cant remember his name. And the genleman who carried our luggage which was very heavy in the swealtering heat all the way up the stairs and to the taxi!! what a star!

- Verified traveler (10/5): One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! - My husband and I had an absolutely incredible 2-night stay at the Art Maisons Aspaki in Santorini. First of all, the property is STUNNING, with gorgeous views of the ocean, caldera, and the iconic white buildings that line the Oia cityscape including the famous blue-domed church right next door. Our beautiful room came with an outdoor hot tub and a lovely balcony where the staff brought us a delicious breakfast each morning. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Nefeli (we think that's her name - apologies if we misspelled it!). When we arrived, Nefeli briefed us on the island and we told her that we really wanted to go on a boat tour of the caldera, but saw that the forecast for our second day might be rainy. Within a few minutes of getting to our room, Nefeli called to tell us she had found a tour for us to go on that afternoon so we wouldn't miss the experience. This was truly a fantastic hotel, so if you're willing to splurge a bit, it's absolutely worth it!
- Stacey (10/5): Best spot on the island! - It was amazing! So accommodating and a great staff. Also, it’s right by the famous blue domes so you can get amazing photos without all the crowds. I suggest getting the cab to the hotel(about 50 €) because they take care of everything!! All and all just an amazing time.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - What a great staff and location. When we checked in, we noted that it looked a huge coffee stain on the chair which they chabgevpnce we pointed it out. Also our room flooded the first night. The staff was attentive and tried everything in their power to solve and rectify the situation. My biggest disappointment though was that we scheduled a massage privately but cancelled to use the hamman only to find out at the last minute that it wasn’t working abd that our massage would be cut short. All that being said, the staff was great, the breakfast was some of the best food we had, abd the room was gorgeous!!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great staff and hotel - Visited Santorini and stayed at the Aspaki Excutive Suites part of Art Maisons group. We had an amazing holiday, Santorini is a beautiful Island but the accommodation and staff made the holiday even better. All the staff we had dealings with were helpful ,friendly and accommodating a special mention has to go to Nefeli , no job or request too big and the personal touch was very much appreciated. The Aspaki is off the Main Street and therefore you can not drive up to the accommodation. You get dropped off at a specific point then the hotel staff carry all your luggage and escort you to your hotel. ( this is the case for most of the Oai hotels off Main Street). We had an exclusive suite which was extremely private with amazing views of the Aegean Sea and the Caldera. There is NO direct sunset view but you can see the sunset views either visiting the sister hotel or choosing a spot in certain parts of Oai. Price included breakfast which was served overlooking the sea and the menu had extensive choices. You can also have lunch at an extra cost. Most evenings we booked a restaurant in Oai and this is where Nefeli helped given personal recommendations and booking the table a must at this time of year.
- Khan Sohail (10/5): Everyone needs to stay here - The staff at Aspaki Art Maisons is wonderful. They did not hesitate to make my wife and I feel at home. They even setup a private viewing best seat in the house, to view the sunset in which 5 other couples were allowed among a sea of humans. The staff also booked our dinner reservations making it extremely easy for a couple to not lift a finger. The facility is super clean and private with breathtaking views of the Caldera. It's hard to leave the balcony because of how beautiful it is. If one is traveling to Santorini, this is the only place to stay.
- Dane (10/5): Perfect view-excellent service - It was our first stay in Santorini and we had done quite a bit of research before settling on Art Maisons. We wanted a great view of both the Caldera and sunset along with an authentic room and hot tub or pool. That is really not possible, but this hotel offered the perfect compromise, as their sister property has the perfect view of sunset and they literally have the iconic view you see whenever you google Santorini. It is the most relaxed and content I have ever been. We had Amazing, personalized service. Nefeli and the whole team were dedicated to making our trip perfect. It is the perfect location and our choice when we return.

Special thank you to Nefeli at front desk for taking care of all our activities, buggy rental and finding us the best Sunset cruise. The hotel has the most incredible views of all of Oia. After exploring Oia, was the best decision we made was staying at the Art Maisons Aspaki Hotel!

- Kris and Angie (10/5): Best hotel in Oia - Treated like celebrities during our stay. Daniella, Julie, Sam amd Elias were very helpful and gave us valuable tips for our stay in Santorini. The hotel has everything to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Mediterranean and Oia, overlooking the blue domed churches from our hot tub on the balcony. Breakfast was delicious.

Nicely appointed rooms with all the amenities that you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Large Balcony with hot tub, lounges and views that will take your breath away. You will not want to leave this hotel!
