- Shweta (4/5): At first, I was given check-in and then told that my payment was due and they cut off the power - nothing at all At first, I was given check-in and then my bathroom had no hot water & water leaking from the bidet. Then, everyday the power would be cut off if you don't pay at noon which is bizarre. The location is poor, management is bad. Rooms are ok.

- William (7/5): Disappointed. - Hotel was next to the Station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The pool is permanently unavailable for swimming. While the location had much going for it the Hotel itself was little more than a place to stay.

- Ilia (1/5): I will never go back in this hotel - Location The staff are not friendly. We been served by Indian staff. He doesn’t speak English, tried to speak with me in Malaysian. In this hotel Malaysian type of plug, no one tell us about this. When I went to this person to ask about adapter he said:”no have, your problems, there is store”. In the room no have teeth brushes and paste.

- Leah (8/5): Amazing location, but staff should not ask for tips - This hotel was really clean and room was spacious. The reviews of this place had me sceptical but we had a straight forward check in at 9:30pm. Shower was good pressure, comfortable bed. Location is amazing, right beside Jalan Alor/Bukit Bintang! The only downfalls we had was that my bedside light was not working (room 301), the outdoor light outside our bedroom remained on all night that kept my partner up and the security guard (think his name was Mogul) asked us 3 times for a tip after returning our security deposit in check out. I wouldn’t mind but he didn’t even help us with our extremely heavy bags he just let us check out?
- Ian (7/5): A comfortable and convenient place to stay in KL centre. - Convenient and comfortable plus city-centre location No bidet pipe in bathroom (although tap is there). We were only given 1 towel for 2 people initially. No coffee or tea sachets provided, even though a kettle and (very small) glasses are supplied.
- Lloyd (8/5): Very good - It's affordable budget stay,. location is the best Amenities inside the room can be improved
- M.haiqal (8/5): Very good - Clean, classic look. Nearby to KLCC, strategic location. Need to pay for parking. Sounds of construction site & AC unit behind hotel. No bidet in the toilet.
- Kc (8/5): Comfortable and affordable place - Very convenient and economical Check out process

The location is the best as very near to Pavilion, KLCC n Bukit Bintang. Got parking n only rm 10 per day. The lady receptionist is not too friendly.
