- Veryan (8/5): Enjoyable 4 days in the sunshine ☀️ - Hubby and I wanted a get away that was easy. The twiins was well maintained clean and well laid out. We had a high floor room as requested over looking the pool. Walking distance from Ibiza town and Bossa with ferry bus at the shore edge. Food was good and we were there all inclusive. Wines were great and drinks on offer. Sunbeds were plenty at high of season. Twiin please please please stick to your strict rules of no towels reserving beds as it’s a god send and would encourage me back!! Bar service in both joy and life were lovely but the pool bar not so good. They often found prepping or doing drinks for waiters more important so you’re left hanging trying to get attention. The bee 🐝 sting of whole stay was the (would like to swear here) staff who was tasked to sweep the pool area in the morning…. With an air blower !!! Started at 8am and finish around 9.30 am all the way through breakfast completely ruining everyone’s calm peaceful morning coffee. This happened every morning. I have video footage. It was so loud you could barely have a conversation on the breakfast veranda it was exhausting! Second day I mentioned it to the reception and they just struggled. Another niggle is the hotel is at the waters edge but the gates directly out are locked so if you fancy a paddle in the sea you had to go out the main entrance and all the way round the side. Seemed a bit silly. Entertainment was entertaining 👌

- Rafael (2/5): Stay away from this awful hotel!!!! - This hotel is absolutely mid. The service sucks, it took forever to get anything. Room service was also unavailable, the rooms themselves were marginal with a bed of that resemble the hospital bed, with pillows that were probably about two dollars apiece. Also, the food quality was OK not great. If you get the all-inclusive, the drinks are limited with cheap alcohol and premium drinks are €20 apiece. The staff really does not know or doesn’t care what they’re doing. Try to book a boat, and they had no clue of when the tour company was going to come back and work so we just bypass it all together. The pool had a lot of rules as well, we had to drink on the side of the pool, even though we had plastic containers, which made no sense. Literally, nobody knew what the hell they were doing at this hotel or didn’t care. Also the elevators took forever, and our extremely small one actually broke down during our stay. Also, to add insult to injury, someone smeared excrement on the floor of one of the elevators during one of our nights there totally disgusting. The only good thing about this hotel is that they did come and make up the room every day I didn’t forget. Finally, the day we were supposed to leave, they started banging on the door, having us get out as quickly as possible, as I wanted to backfill the of the room. Totally unprofessional. Stay away from this dumb one of the worst hotels in Ibiza.

- Charles (10/5): Great Escape in Ibiza - Great location and very clean and modern hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous too! It's a nice and tranquil place to escape the Ibiza party scene too. I would stay here again.

I think the property itself is not the newest but it was well maintained. I think it gets a bit too noisy too early on pool deck with music and pool aerobic class but that is a personal preference since I come to Ibiza for the nightlife and prefer to rest in the afternoon.

- Gregg (10/5): Great hotel in all aspects! - Cant fualt this hotel, massive upgrade from the hotel we stayed in down the road two years ago, in every aspect. All inclusive package with solarium access. Food was 5 star, so much healthy choice on all 3 meals of the day. Would say its the best ive had in all inclusive hotels. Solarium is a must to book prior to travelling, however it is alot more expensive if you upgrade when you are there. No queing for the bar, snacks brought round often, comy loungers and beds on the upper floor also (solarium). Good gym and spa few doors down you can use free as well, inclusing cold plunge and sauna. Rooms were of high standard, very modern and clean. Good powerful showers as well. Good location to Ibiza town and Bossa nightlife. Only slight negative is that the Entertainment was not great, and through the day could do with a bit more atmosphere (after all it is Ibiza) Overall great hotel and would definitely stay again.

- Matt (8/5): - Ibiza is a charming island off the coast of Spain and part of the Balearic Islands. Ibiza is well known for its EDM parties, night life, and quaint towns. It attracts lot of youthful visitors from Europe, Middle East, and Americas. Personally I found it a charming place to visit, shop, and dine. The island is very modern. If you’re thinking it’s Jamaica, the Dominican Republic or Cuba, you will be wrong. This is more like Hawaii or Bermuda. The roads, civil infrastructure, buildings, electric grid, and ports are top notch. The Ibiza Twiin Resort: I found the resort to be a mid level all inclusive resort similar to what you’d find in Mexico, the Dominican, or Jamaica. It’s clean, the food is good, people are very kind and helpful. My room was a queen room The neighborhood was safe and suburban. Aside from rev’ing motor bikes at night and the nightly music/shows at the resort, this was a quiet place (as of the end of April). The pool is nice, the outside deck is clean. The furniture was all new and well kept. The facility was modern and attractive. There was little to complain about except one and thing: everything opens later in the morning - including the pool, deck, cafe’s, coffee shop, bars - 100% of the resort is closed until after 8am. My only regret was not renting a car and exploring the natural island beauty more. The Twiins Resort is a solid 3.5 out of 5, a 5 is a luxury hotel like the Ritz

- Dharmistha (10/5): - Beautiful property with specious room and good location. Our group was vegetarian so the managers at the restaurants accommodated with our special requests. Staff was very friendly. Only thing was that there was no direct access to the beach area because they locked their gates from inside when they could manage with a security guards. It could be nice to get out directly from the property to the beach rather than waking from side street. Absolutely recommend it to the the family and friends.

The only downside is that they have closed the gate where the pool gives access to the beach, which doesn’t seem to make any sense restaurant breakfast is OK. I would give it seven out of 10 rooms. Very friendly stuff prices very reasonable.
- David (10/5): Wonderful short stay - Great location close to airport but on the beach. Made welcome from moment arrived around 4 hours before check in time. Able to use all facilities and all inclusive food and drink before check in and after check out. Great range of food and drink included. Rooms very clean and a good size. Bonus was the evening shows between 21:30 and 22:30.

Although they play music it’s chilled music in background. But my balcony was on top of this I did complain the staff was abrupt and said I had to vacate my room at 10 am in morning . There’s always been an issue when you get single room they supposedly have no view or balcony

- Joseph (10/5): - My honest review is this is such a great hotel right on the beach and with really friendly staff. I took the all inclusive deal and I have to say the food, drinks were really good. I think all the staff I met went above and beyond in their duties and I was really impressed all the way. I made use a lot of facilities and I thoroughly had a great vacation.The hotel also puts on loads of live entertainment during the day and evening, I was expecting the money paid would cover all that but it did, i So I immediately went from a Im on short break to I’m on a five star vacation vibes, I also enjoyed waking up early in the morning and running a 10k on the beach reach the two ends of the beach and returning to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would be staying here on my next trip to Ibiza definitely. The local area also had clubs, restaurants, beach restaurants, places to rent vehicles or mopeds, supermarkets next door etc. I love Ibiza anyway.

Beds were like sleeping on a cloud, morale of staff was amazing and entertainment was full of spirit. People complained on reviews it was weak and music wasn't the island club vibe. All the places have noise restrictions, they gave an amazing vibe and good prime up before you go out for your island adventure

- Chris (6/5): - Overall a decent hotel in a really good location. Some negatives were that the WiFi didn’t work at all so make sure you have data. Hotel was so large and so many people it was difficult to get a seat by the pool most days. There’s beach access but no loungers on the beach for the hotel itself. Vibes were off, no music at the pool and even at night there was a show which was mostly for kids and no music after. All inclusive ends at 12 so if you’re going out you’ve got a few hours where you have to pay for the drinks. The positives were the all inclusive option saves so much because ibiza is so expensive. The staff and service was excellent, the views are beautiful and the location is great. Food was good especially the snack bar.

In the rooms (I was on the joy tower) there is a smell that seems to come from the sewer. It goes away once you turn on the AC. The rooms feel a bit outdated and most importantly the mattress was hard and uncomfortable especially for the price you are paying.

MASSAGE was excellent Cons- NO CONTROL OVER AC (set by hotel at 22 but it NEVER GOT TO THAT TEMP!) Mechanics said it's old AC machine...our room was always 24-25 drgrees- that alone is reason i wouldn't stay here & info should be in clear print before booking (was comped dinner buffet & used only once) NO BEACH ACCESS IN FRONT OF HOTEL- there's a gate & pathway but no one can use it !! instead you must walk 10 min through hotel & around street ..because .the gate is tlocked & even though they have security personnel they just hang out at front & talk to reception BEACH IN FRONT IS GROSS- MUST WALK 15-20 minutes to clean sand/ water or cab for 5 minutes GYM IS A JOKE- hilarious from 70s - everything in spa broken & dirty

Nice and clean swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. Just to note - it's not allowed to invite external guests due to security reasons.

We purchased "all-inclusive" but that did not really mean all-inclusive as some drinks, food etc was "not included". Next time we will book with a true "all-inclusive" resort.

- Jordan (2/5): - Only got moved here because my Expedia booking didn't exist when I got to my original hotel. Customer service refused to rebook it since prices had gone up (duh, my booking was made weeks ago) so I got put here. The wifi works only in rare circumstances. The laundry takes 48 hours and there were still many large wrinkles on my button-ups. The room service is extremely light. Basically your bed will get made and you'll get a new towel and that's it. The floors and walls of my room were not clean. The bed was uncomfortable, I sank low in it and woke up with back pain and I'm merely 185 lbs. Strict no guest policy and the buffets were not great.

A good vibe round the pool, perfect chill out days. Staff were all amazing and were happy to help with any request. We will definitely be rebooking.
