I also want to say THANK YOU, to the lady that was in charge of breakfast on Monday, May 18th 2026, I didn't get her name, she was nice enough to heat up milk for my husband for his coffee, cause the milk was kept in frig and coffee would get cold! • Nathan (1/5): The worst experience I’ve ever had out of any restaurant, hotel, air bnb, or any part of the hospitality industry. - Literally nothing. Upon entry it looked like a murder shack, the front desk lady was extremely rude, there were at least 3 helicopters going up and down (we only stayed for five minutes before leaving). Our bed sheets were wet and there were small stains on them, the door was not properly sealed to where bugs could join you during your stay free of charge, I went down within 5 minutes of getting my key and knew it wasn’t a place we could stay. My wife felt unsafe the entire duration of being there and the management is terrible, wouldn’t offer us a refund because “the room was clean” even though their highly deceptive pictures of the outside do not paint the story of this place.

• Emiliia (8/5): Overall, I really enjoyed everything and would gladly come back again. - The room was fresh and clean, with plenty of space and light. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent — filling and varied. The air conditioner was new and worked well with both heating and cooling. The water pressure and temperature were great. The parking was free, and there was plenty of space for cars. Excellent value for the price. The only downside was that the pool was a bit far from the hotel, behind the parking area, and rather small.
• Gustavo (8/5): Hotel com bom custo benefício - Gostei do quarto, tinha tudo o que eu precisava. Cama é decente, banheiro é bom, shampoo e sabonete disponibilizados são bons. O café da manhã é razoável. Poderia ter mais coisas no café da manhã e a reposição dos items poderia ser feita de forma melhor até o horário de encerramento do café da manhã, pois perto desse horário tinham poucas opções. O espaço do café da manhã é limitado considerando o alto número de hospedes.

• NEMERSON (10/5): Ótima estadia para um curto período, alguns dias. - Ótima localização, perto de tudo: restaurantes, farmácias, supermercado, lojas, parques. O café da manhã estava muito bom, muito além das minha expectativas, considerando lógico o padrão americano. As camas foram muito confortáveis, o quarto com micro-ondas, frigobar e poltrona torna-se bem agradável.

• Jeremy (2/5): The pictures sell the room, the rooms don't. - The size of the room. My towels weren't clean, they had folded up inside. There was no overhead lighting, making the room dark. Electrical outlets only half worked. My desk lamp didn't work, which added to the darkness.

• Lindsey (8/5): It was clean, mostly comfortable, and convenient! - It was clean, and very close to the parks! There was a large gap in the door so the light and noise always came through. And there was a helicopter tour company that basically shares the parking lot so it could be loud during the day. Not really a big deal since we were at the parks most days, but just something to be aware of.

Deixei minhas malas até o final do dia do check out e guardaram para mim... Até no site eles foram ágeis e atenciosos. Café simples, mas.bem gostosinho. Café da manhã, cheguei às 9:30h 2 já não tinha quase nada... Fui falar com a moça e ela foi bem ríspida.... Aí depois que eu fui mais firme ela apareceu com mais comida.

• David (4/5): Great location, not great experience with the room. - Great location, close to everything. Rooms had a nice setup. Despite the rooms nice setup, they weren’t very clean (they had a lingering musty smell). There was also a lot of repair issues/the rooms are due for a lot of maintenance. The pool was closed for the foreseeable future (something that wasn’t in the listing. The listing said they had a pool as an amenity) so we had to drive to their other property.
