• Evelyn (1/5): Ño estuve alojada en ai hotel, pero si me cobraron la estadía - Nada, servicio pésimo estafadores los clientes ño podemos ser una burla Al llegar hacer el check in ño habia Nadia en la recepción, en la puerta habia un papel donde decía que podia ir a su hotel hernano q quedaba más adelante pero ahi supieron decirnos q no habia reserva a su hotel hernano a mi nombre eran las 12:00 de la mañana y tube q eñ ese momento tuve q buscar y quedarme en otro hotel pagando mas de lo q tenía planeado y encima de todo es que la R sera desde el 23 al 25 de abril ya se había cobrado nunca meoresari. Servicios y hasta ahira tebgi respuesta de su parte

• Luis (1/5): Bochornoso, simplemente un momento horrible, salimos de ahí que todo nos picaba y con ganas de vomitar - NADA, jamás volvería y no lo recomendaría a nadie Lugar asqueroso, sucio, con un olor muy desagradable, sábanas sucias, con sangre, habían aplicadores sucios en la alfombra, paños sucios y de color negro, no hay jabón, abrimos el tuvo para lavar las manos y el agua salió café, no hay ducha pero por donde sale el agua para bañarse, tardamos más de 10 min intentando abrirlo. Habían cucarachas, las cortinas rotas y caídas, en el baño caía agua de arriba en el techo, supongo que alguna fuga del cuarto de arriba. Éramos dos familias, dos habitaciones y ambas estaban en las mismas condiciones, en el baño al levantar la tapa, habían restos de caca, en la cama había papel higiénico enrollado, las paredes con huecos. Nosotros solamente queríamos un lugar donde pasar la noche porque estábamos de paso, pero fue imposible estar ahí una hora, no se podía dormir con el olor tan desagradable. Tuvimos que perder el dinero y retirarnos. La atención de la persona que nos atendió, fue algo así de peor que lo que describo de las habitaciones. Lo que percibí fue que esas habitaciones las alquilan a personas que llegan a drogarse, habían restos de cigarros, NO LIMPIAN NADA. Es un lugar ASQUEROSO. Y peligroso, la electricidad es un peligro. NO VAYAN, no pasen un momento como el que tuvimos que pasar nosotros.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and wasn’t clean at all, had mold growing in the corner of the floor. Wasn’t no toilet paper, no towels, no rags. Very terrible customer service

• Daniela (1/5): Hospedagem do horror! - A localização é o único ponto-chave da hospedagem. A acomodação está destruída, o piso do banheiro está no cimento. Além de sujo, cheiro de mofo e de cigarro. As roupas de cama não são trocadas. Não dispunham de papel higiênico, sabonete, shampoo e muito menos toalhas e tapete para o banheiro. Quando fui pedir, o funcionário me disse que elas não tinham voltado da lavanderia e ficou por isso mesmo. Na segunda noite o cartão não abriu a porta do meu quarto, fazendo com que eu procurasse outro hotel para passar a noite, já que a recepção fecha às 18hs e o telefone de contato deixado na porta para quaisquer eventualidade, não funciona. Meus pertences pessoais tais como roupas e medicamentos ficaram presos lá e eu tive que passar a pior noite da minha vida. No dia seguinte o funcionário só chegou às 10 da manhã e agiu como se nada tivesse acontecido. Não fiquem nesse hotel… é roubada… ele não deveria nem estar vinculado ao booking.

• Aubrey (2/5): - This is a place for a quick, very dirty, rendezvous. There are no towels, no wash clothes and no hand towels. Cockroaches literally crawled out of the drain when I was washing my hands. I was relieved that I had camping gear in my trunk so I could lie my sleeping bag/blanket on top of the bed. Unless you’re a working girl/guy of the night I don’t think this is the place for you.

Cock Roach 🪳, smelt of death, smelt of urine. Sheet has menstrual blood on them. Fridge full of mold. It was the most disappointing thing I've ever seen in my life.

• Steph (4/5): - The room was extremely dirty. walking up to the room was an experience, hoes and dirty appearing residence were everywhere. The shower area was nasty. I spent as much time as i could away from this room. carpet needs to be pulled up and burn along with curtains, bed and bed sheets. Honestly just burn down the whole room and close the facility. if you are dead tired and you can not drive another inch i still wouldn't suggest that you stay there, in this case your car my be a safer cleaner experience .

I told the front desk and they told me to contact hotels.com about a refund. Hotels.com tried to contact the manager and they didn’t answer. So I got screwed out of money.

We had pictures of cockroaches and rewuested a refund but due to poweroutage the clerk said she couldnt do anything and the manager couldnt be reached. Thin towels, no washclothes, no coffee pot. The bugs were discusting. I set a travel mug of water by my bed. Only a small opening in lid. In morning there were ten dead coackroches in the cup.

• Joella (2/5): - I booked this room for my sister who was evacuating from the hurricane. The pictures looked decent enough online and I didn’t see any reviews that just screamed ‘red flag’. I’ve also stayed at other hotels in Orlando in a similar price range and have had no issues so the low price wasn’t a big red flag to me either. She has no problem checking in and was told she was given one of the nicer rooms. The room she was given was disgusting. It wasn’t even the torn apart floors, curtains ripped and dangling from the rod, the old bathroom with the holes in the tile or the cigarette burns and stains all over the bedspread that really was the kicker. There were large, live roaches crawling up the walls and a freezer that hadn’t been cleaned or defrosted in the whole time it had been owned with roach guts in the gaps. She also didn’t have a door that didn’t lock. I l would never ever recommend this hotel. Needless to say, she left quickly and when she told them why at the desk, the lady told her she’d never find anything available and she got what she paid for.

Waited over 30 minutes for them to come help us as the worker was busy smoking in the car, we were told they have no rooms because their locks are all messed up. Then we were sent to another hotel the ambassador inn, at their urging owned by the same person per them, only to be told again no. Im working to get a refund and have them removed from Expedia. Save yourself the hassle and skip it

• Gustavo (2/5): - Literally straight out of a bad horror movie. Stay away. I was told I was given one of their best rooms (202) and it had stains on every fabric, holes, bugs non-functional locks, and it was almost unbearable the amount of cigarette smell inside.
• Jeremy (1/5): I felt like I walked into a giant ashtray - The room smelled so strongly of years of cigarette smoke that my person and everything I brought into the room reeked after leaving. Literally, even my backpack needed to be washed. There were bugs in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom. The sheets of the bed seemed to have cigarette burns in them along with many other stains. By far the most disgusting room I've ever slept in. I actually decided to leave at 3 in the morning after waking up multiple times due to the smell. I don't know why I stayed more than a minute. My recommendation is to read the reviews for this place and understand this is not a couple random people with a bad experience, but actually the norm for this hotel. Pay more money and go to a nicer place or sleep in your car.
