Gostei da comodidade em estar próximo ao local do evento em que fui, em um bairro bem tranquilo. Acho que o restaurante/cafeteria fez falta, embora eu tivesse ciência do fato ao escolher o local. Apesar de haver uma Padaria próxima, é bem cômodo fazer a refeição no local, mesmo pagando um pouco a mais.

- Michele (5/5): Passable - The location was convenient, the staff were pleasant, and the rooms were clean (though curtains could be cleaner and less dusty. Every time I opened or closed I sneezed a lot) The stay was passable, but I would not return or recommend this hotel. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, air conditioning aimed directly at the beds made sleeping uncomfortable, and the beds were smaller than expected. The restaurant was closed with no breakfast available, something we were only told at check-in. Travelling with my 64-year-old mother, this mattered, and advance notice would have allowed us to plan. The same applies to the lack of basic in-room amenities: no water, coffee, tea, shampoo, or conditioner which are all standard at this type of property.

A TV é boa, com bons canais. A localização é excelente, próximo de restaurantes. O chuveiro é bom, mas desregula um pouco se usar a torneira do banheiro simultaneamente. O quarto é enorme. Tem amenities com touca de cabelo. Tem ducha higiênica no banheiro. Tem tomada dos 2 lados da cama, mas é necessário desligar o abajur. Tem estacionamento gratuito no subsolo. Não tem café da manhã, pois o restaurante está em reforma. A academia também estava em reforma. O banheiro é extremamente pequeno e apertado, apesar do quarto ser gigante. O braço do sofá está quebrado (quarto 85). Os móveis e instalações são muito antigos. O hotel precisa ser renovado.

Fiquei sem água para escovar os dentes e tomar banho da noite até a manhã. Tive que chegar atrasado ao meu compromisso esperando a água voltar de manhã (situação foi normalizada por volta de 8:30h). Descobri que estava sem água apenas quando já estava escovando os dentes, de noite. O custo de uma garrafa de água mineral é de 10 reais (o que já absurdo) e tive que usar para escovar os dentes. Não pude tomar banho naquela noite. No check out os funcionários não fizeram nada para remediar ou compensar essa situação. Agiram com normalidade, como se fosse uma situação típica e evitaram tocar no assunto. Eu imagino que isso tenha sido um caso pontual, mas quando esse tipo de situação acontece, o estabelecimento deve fazer algo para remediar a situação. Algo deve ser oferecido em troca para apagar a má imagem. O que vi foi o inverso disso: sentimento de "nada pode ser feito, então faça seu checkout logo e vá embora".
