deern789 (6/5): Not my first choice - Well the chlorine in the pool was so strong it burned my eyes. The pool area and spa were dingy and it looked like there was mold on the walls. The sign out front says we love our guests but that falls a bit short. The manager spoke to me like I was dirt because I was trying to save money and booking through trip advisor. I work in Traverse every week so when I have days together I book a hotel. I need to save as much as possible. Hallways were cold. Beds are very hard.
C3097LJmaxw (2/5): Ringing - People smoke pot in their cars and all you hear is diesel engines wringing all night long and the staff does nothing to stop it. Plumbing is destroyed and air conditioners don’t work. Don’t stay here

They had fresh cookies at the front dedk for anyone wishing to imbibe The breakfast options were limited to an array of carbohydrates that was a bit limiting so we had to choose other breakfast options. Pleasant stay but would have enjoyed a few more healthy items available for early risers not wanting g to get a breakfast out. Everyone working there was excitement helpful and kind.

Nick (8/5): - While this is an older facility, the rooms were clean and pleasant. It is in a convenient location to discover the Mission Peninsula (and its wineries), downtown Traverse City and the State Park Beach. The breakfasts were what you normally expect in hotels these days. Towels were above average, beds were comfortable. The only negative I have is the smell from the pool (chlorine) permeated all the hallways throughout the hotel. Otherwise I would stay again.
markhP4419NZ (2/5): WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE EVER! DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL COSTS! - I have a bad back. When I travel, which is quite a bit, I bring an inflatable air mattress and sleep on that. It accommodates my back better than most hotel beds. I sent an email to Blossom and all I asked was, "is there room in my hotel room for an air mattress?" Some jerk replied with "you have TWO PEOPLE REGISTERED, a third person will not be allowed in our hotel. We have strict covid policies!" I thought, WHOA DUDE...hold on here a sec. First off, we aren't in any covid emergencies. Second, don't assume I'm bringing someone ILLEGAL into your apparently posh hotel. It states my two queen room SLEEPS FOUR. This idiot THEN CALLS ME TO SCOLD ME. It took about 4.5 seconds of his smugness and scolding about the rules and I WENT OFF. Called him every name in the book. At that point, I couldn't care less. I have never EVER encountered any hotel that gave me grief for not only wanting but needing to bring an air mattress. EVER. I told him what to politely do with himself and went off some more, replied to his email with more irate truck driver language and I hung up on him. He replied to my email that "he doesn't need to take that abuse" when I said yes you do and you will take it and proceeded to call him names that I made up. What an idiot. Never EVER encountered such rude customer service. He was arrogant, smug and i WOULD LOVE to punch him in the face!....he is in the wrong business and I'm not done with them yet! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
Amy (2/5): - I arrived at the hotel at midnight, and the front desk girl was very mad I disdurbed her sleep, and she refused to let me check in, she found the excuse that the name in the system didn't match my ID. I said my friend helped me book the hotel, how about you refund me first and I book another one? She said no refundable, and I had to leave the hotel. I said YOU must refund me first, this is the credit card I paid with. She said you raised your voice and made me not comfortable, no refundable, and I was not allowed to come to this hotel again. She called police to kick me out and not refund me let me leave at midnight 1am without checking in. The police came, and checked my ID, and i told police she didnt let me check in also she didnt refund me the money.police let her refund me and i warned to sue her, she suddenly changed attitude and told the police everything was ok, and let us check in. She saw me as Asian face, she was racist, she even insulted me, have you have stayed in a hotel before? HORRIBLE experience. Racist hotel and staff. Foreigners don't go to this hotel. the front desk girl was so rude to a Asian customers.

Website should include a map to the location; the information given was inadequate.

Susan (6/5): - This hotel was just ok. We didn't like that the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The outside of the hotel looked kind of rundown. The inside had a strong smell of cleaning product when you walked in. Breakfast was nothing great. The front staff wasn't at the desk when we arrived and wasn't there when we came back. They also weren't very friendly. Seemed like they could care less.
Cheryl (8/5): - The place is very clean, beds are comfortable, staff very friendly, convenient to everything, parking is easy. The only disappointment was the pool, hot tub area. My daughter and I like to relax in a hot tub on vacay. There was a very strong odor, vinegar like, that burned our eyes and it was difficult to breathe. I believe I read a response to a past comment, that it is due to the cedar lined area. Even so, it was not good.I am not sure if it needs better ventilation, but it didn't seem healthy :). We tried 2 different nights thinking maybe the 1st night, was a fluke...no luck.

Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotel smelled terrible. Pool was disgusting, dirty, and smelled raunchy. We stayed in a suite with a spa tub. The spa tub was inside the bedroom, not in a bathroom. The entire room smelled like mildew, floor was covered with stains, and dirty. There was only one window air conditioner/thermostat in the bedroom, the separate “living room” area did not have its own unit. You have to leave the doors between the rooms wide open in order to have any climate control in the living room area. It was a hot weekend when we stayed, the living room area was warm the whole time, so we spent all our time in the bedroom, where we could keep it cool. We booked the room for 3 nights, we tried to check out after the first night and stay somewhere else due to the disgusting hotel. However, the general manager refused to refund us for the other 2 nights if we checked out. I am an ex hotel general manager and never heard of a hotel that would refuse guests the opportunity to check out early. Do not stay here!
