Kay (8/5): Good place to stay in Capadoccia. - Lovely building with variety of spaces to sit, on different levels. Good views of the balloons flying nearby. Fridge in our room was welcome, and made no noise. Away from the bus, traffic and tourist noise of the main road. Breakfast was fine. A quick steep walk up from the main street might be a little difficult for the unfit. The air-conditioner units outside and across the courtyard from our room disturbed our sleep a little, switching on and off intermittently in the nights.

Without him, I couldn't manage literally anything. He kindly helped me book all the activities we had in Cappadocia so promptly!! I was with my mother and she even mentioned his name several times after we left Cappadocia during our two weeks trip. I'm so happy that she loved our stay and we are both very grateful to his kindness. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Nothing!
Rieper (10/5): Happy, dass wir uns für das Harman Cave Hotel entschieden haben! :) - Die Zimmer waren geräumig groß und haben sehr viel Platz und Komfort geboten. Die Zimmer waren in einem Cave-Design, was das "Kappadokien" Erlebnis noch mal verbessert hat. Das Frühstück war super lecker bei großer Auswahl. Der Service war ebenfalls einwandfrei, insbesondere an der Rezeption wurde uns bei jedem Anliegen super geholfen. Die Lage des Hotels ist insbesondere für die View auf die Heißluftballoons perfekt, die Dachterrasse ist wirklich der Hammer! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel und können es jedem empfehlen. Es war alles super. :)

Rozina (9/5): Mooi kleinschalig hotel met prachtig uitzicht. - Hele goede locatie met een mooi dakterras met uitzicht op de luchtballonnen. Vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamers. Waterflesjes, dagelijks schone handdoeken. Prima ontbijt. Ik had mijn ballonvaart om laten boeken via het hotel met de garantie dat ik op tijd bij zonsopkomst in de lucht zou zijn. Het scheelde 60 euro per persoon. Helaas vertrok de ballonvaart na zonsopgang. De samenwerking met THK balloons verliep dus niet zoals gepland.
XINGXIAN (7/5): - The room is nice and warm, and the bed is soft. The host really didn’t tidy up the terrace properly. It was sunny on the day we arrived, no rain at all, and the hotels nearby all had nice terraces with cozy blankets. What’s more, the location is very remote, situated uphill on a hillside, making coming and going quite inconvenient. Not recommended if you have elderly travelers. One staff member was really friendly and welcoming, but another just stood by and didn’t offer any help even when we were dragging our luggage at the entrance. The cave-style room was stuffy and tiny, while the non-cave rooms are much more spacious.

Yunzhi (9/5): Unique and satisfied stay - Staff: They reliably helped us find a hot air balloon ride and everything seemed fair. The price seemed to align with what we found online, and the ride felt safe. It was a great experience! Room: The building appears to really have been carved out from a rock, and we had the Deluxe Cave Room on the ground level. This already makes the room a unique experience, while it is comfortable, warm, and not at all damp. Location: Very convenient, just a few minutes away from the center, even by foot. Breakfast: Same buffet-style breakfast everyday, a variety of foods to select from. Not a big issue, the water in the shower takes a while to heat up, and the shower head is a bit high. I am a small person though :p
Michele (10/5): Gorgeous - The hotel is amazing, has a such great view and the comfort is pretty good. All the services I've gotten like the transfer and tour were organized by them and it made my trip so much more light and easygoing, I hadn't any stress to locomote myself or to find some cool activity to do. I would like to thank from the top of my heart everyone who provided me this amazing experience but specially the employer Samet, whom I kept in touch everytime I needed something, he was really helpful at giving me the informations and all what I needed, and as I left to the airport earlier then breakfast, he had the carefull to give us (me and my husband) some sandwiches to eat in our way, very nice from him. Thank you and I'm already missing this place 💜

Hind (10/5): A True Cappadocia Cave Experience with Stunning Views - We had a really great stay at Harman Cave Hotel overall, and I would absolutely recommend it. We arrived very late (around 2–3am), and everything was handled smoothly. The team had been very responsive on WhatsApp before arrival, and nothing felt like too much trouble. I had requested extra duvets and pillows in advance, and everything was ready for us. They also helped with the luggage, which was very appreciated after a long journey. The highlight of the stay is definitely the cave room. It is truly exceptional a real cave experience. I highly recommend staying at least two nights in one of these rooms because it’s something special. The atmosphere is unique, cozy, and you honestly don’t feel like leaving the room. The balcony adds even more to the experience, offering a beautiful panoramic view over Göreme and the fairy chimneys. It genuinely feels like being in another world. The room itself was very comfortable. The heating worked perfectly (central heating), and we never felt cold inside, even though the weather outside was quite chilly. The bathroom was practical, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent. The terrace is also one of the strong points of the hotel. It offers a wide, almost 360° view, including Pigeon Valley on one side and the rest of Göreme on the other. Even though we didn’t get to see the balloons due to the weather, the view was still beautiful and worth it. There are just a couple of small points that could be improved. The breakfast was a bit basic at the beginning of our stay still filling, but not very varied. It did improve later when the hotel became busier. I was also a little disappointed that the terrace wasn’t decorated during our stay, as other nearby hotels were setting up carpets and cushions even with changing weather. It’s a shame because the view is amazing and the space has great potential. That said, these are minor details compared to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It offers an authentic cave stay, beautiful views, and very kind service. I would definitely come back.
Hind (10/5): A True Coup de Coeur, Balcony, Jacuzzi & Pigeon Valley Views - This stay was truly a coup de coeur for me. During our visit, we had the chance to experience two different rooms within the same hotel starting with a cave room and then moving to a room with a balcony and jacuzzi and both were exceptional in their own way. The highlight of the second room was definitely the balcony. It opens directly onto the Pigeon Valley and offers an absolutely breathtaking view. Sitting there feels unreal, almost like being in a movie. The room itself is extremely spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully designed. You also have a private jacuzzi (spa bath), which is perfect after a long day of walking and exploring. Everything works perfectly, and it’s a great touch for relaxation. The space is very clean, with a large mirror, comfortable armchair, and plenty of room for luggage and personal belongings. The comfort level is excellent throughout. The room stays warm enough, and you can easily adjust the temperature with the AC if needed. It’s a place where you truly feel at ease and could easily stay longer without hesitation. The location is also very convenient. It is only a short walk (around 5–10 minutes) to Göreme town. There are two easy routes: one peaceful path leading towards the bus station and town center, and another through the hotels and cave area with beautiful surroundings. Even traveling with an elderly companion, the walk felt manageable and not difficult at all. You can also easily reach Pigeon Valley directly from the hotel, which is perfect for a short walk or a scenic break. There are also nice restaurants nearby, and plenty of spots to simply sit and enjoy the view. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about this room experience. Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with luggage or any requests. They consistently went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. I liked everything

Would recommend. - The room we stayed in was exceptional - we stayed in the fairy chimney cave, which felt very much like living in a cave, unlike other rooms which have square wall. It was a very unique experience, with excellent balcony views overlooking Goreme. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I felt the breakfast could have been better. Options were quite limited. We were also a bit disappointed that the traditional turkish carpets weren't on the rooftops - one of the reasons we selected this resort was to take pictures on the rooftop with the carpets, overlooking the hot air balloons.

Teresa (10/5): Magical perch atop Cappadocia - One of the best rooms ever! Loved the breakfast overlooking the city. Loved the rooftop patio- we used it all the time and it was so special. One of the most unique views ever. Loved having a big bathtub and multiple hang out areas. Walked to town each night. It was snowing a lot and sometimes the tiles got a bit slippery. Some common spaces are only accessible by outdoor space. Maybe some salt would help when it snows especially to access common areas.

Oleg (10/5): I’ ll be back… - Anywhere you go, it’s within 15 min walk. Town is very small. Very quiet area - good sleep. Bedroom was big, bathroom was even bigger (relatively speaking) with jacuzzi. Breakfast is Turkish, so a lot of cheese, eggplant, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, eggs, french fries , fruits, tea, coffee, juices, milk. Very good in MHO. Employees were wonderful: 1. when I visited 5 rental offices in town and all were empty, I came back to my hotel, front desk said not to worry, we will have you a rental car within an hour. In 55 min a car was out side the hotel, paperwork was done in 5 min, it worked out perfectly. 2. When my hot balloon ride was cancelled for weather, front desk saved the day again. They got me a ride with different company- again everything worked out great. 3. After I checked out they allowed me to store my bags for as long as necessary (6 hrs). Nothing.

The check out time is 11:30 am, I had a flight at 9:00 pm and I requested for a late check out till at least 2:00 pm which I’ve got in many countries but as Harman Caves is a boutique hotel they couldn’t accommodate my request as there are fewer rooms.

Trisha (6/5): Stay was ok - We arrived at Harman cave early in the morning. There was no one at reception at that point, but someone turned up shortly after. We asked for towels to freshen up but were told we would have to wait for check-in. The reception staff made an exception and allowed me to use the wifi before check-in. We were allowed to get a cup of coffee from the breakfast buffet. The hotel itself is uphill, so not recommended to those who have mobility issues. Breakfast was ok with limited variety. The evening staff were friendly. The room itself was very comfortable as were the beds. It was not value for money for the facilities on offer. For some reason, one of the staff decided to spray water onto the floor while we were seated in the courtyard with no regard about spraying water onto us.

The riom was amazing and very comfortable. The hotel had a panoramic terrace with beautiful views, and we were able to watch the balloons at sunrise. The A/C had a problem, and although I informed the hotel, no proper action was taken. This did not spoil our stay because the outside temperature at night was nice, and we could sleep with the balcony door open.

879rishabs (10/5): Convenient Location for Balloon Views, but Be Prepared for Some Challenges - We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Cappadocia and found the location to be quite convenient—just about 300 meters from downtown. However, it's important to note that the walk back up to the hotel is quite steep and may not be easy for everyone. There are Indian and other international restaurants located nearby, which is a plus. The hotel breakfast, however, was average at best and quite disappointing for pure vegetarians, with very limited suitable options. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. We had a room on the top level and had to manage two floors, although the staff were helpful in assisting with the bags. The family rooms are okay—nothing luxurious, but comfortable enough. Bathrooms are basic, not particularly impressive, but this seems fairly standard in Cappadocia. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a decent experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location—excellent for viewing the hot air balloons in the morning, which is truly a magical sight.

We stayed in the cave suite, which was spacious, though the furniture felt a bit outdated. Each morning, we enjoyed the stunning views of Goreme and the hot air balloons from the rooftop. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly. However, our ground-floor room faced a small courtyard, and we could smell cigarette smoke, which triggered my allergies. It would be great if there was a designated smoking area. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we might consider staying here again.

966shalabha (10/5): Unforgettable - Harman cave hotel is located at probably one of the most strategic locations in Göreme since the terrace view is the USP of this hotel. The balloons rise just behind the hotel and give a panoramic view of the entire city. Goreme works on a simple principle, that’s higher the height, better is the view and the price. It has a simple yet filling breakfast buffet which starts at 08:30 and goes until 10:30. The menu would remain the same for all days but you can order eggs for breakfast and they would be more than happy to help. Be ready to prepare some warm clothes as it gets really chilly at night and in the early wee hours of the morning. The reception is a cute little cozy room where you can sit, relax and wait for your vans even for hot air balloons in the morning. Another thing is that they have no lift and you’ll have to carry your luggage with the help of receptionist if you’re assigned an upper floor. The guy at the reception is always ready to help with anything that you may need. Anyhow, none of the hotels have a lift in Goreme. Huseiyn took an extra step for us at the reception for fixing my frame as it was broken into two and I was almost left with nothing since I have a myopic eye. Also, you will have to walk a little uphill if you intend to go for long walks in the evening. Goreme city center is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel and is a convenient place for food and buying souvenirs. Overall, a good hotel but the prices are a little on the higher side because of its location.
