I will come back. - Great, helpful and very pleasant staff, who vo out of their way to welcome foreigners who do not speak Korean The fitness room was quite limited. Although, Korean eat very healthy and walk a lot, they are healthier than Westerners. Fitness rooms may be optionnal for them.

- Gavin (7/5): Ok for a short stay - The area is a spacious and fairly quiet area unless there’s an event going on such as a race or protest. The hotel offers extra pillows which was required. The room has and does everything you need it to for a short stay. We didn’t try the restaurants in the hotel. Reception was helpful even if English isn’t their first language and they try their best to please. It’s about 45mins by car from ICN. We had a free pickup included with our booking. Expect to pay about 45,000 for one way back to the airport. Hotel is located about 7-10km from the main attractions in Seoul so we needed to take Uber (which is available in Seoul in spite of a lady on reception telling us otherwise). There’s also the metro available outside the front entrance. But you’ll need to do a fair bit of changing of lines to get to your destinations. Expect to pay about $20,000 in local currency to the destinations.

We had my daughter s family in the same hotel, it was very convenient for us to hang out in our room My husband came to the room without the room key(I had two keys w me forgot to give him), hotel wouldn’t let him have another key so he had to wait outside for 1 hr . Even though they have to be strict I understand.

The staff seams to no be so gay friendly. Me and my boyfriend checked in and was told that they changed the room so we could have 2 beds. The receptionist did think that one double king size bed was not enough for 2 men.

When I first contacted reception, I was told there had been maintenance earlier in the day but that the heater was now back on and should be working. However, even after waiting about an hour, it still wasn’t functioning. I called again and was informed that a staff member would come to check the issue, but no one showed up. I eventually had to go down to reception myself to follow up, at which point I was told the heater would not be operating that day. Only then was I offered a room change. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of clear communication and follow through from staff.

If you want to check in before 3PM, you need to pay extra even if the room is ready. I found this strange and the front counter was asking me to pay. I left my bag and went to meetings instead.
