• Malin (7/5): Tolle Idee, klasse Design und Produkte - sollte noch zu Ende gedacht werden un Standard der Zimmer an Preis angepasst we - Tolles Design, super Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Super um Ruhe zu finden, mitten in der Natur. Die großen Zimmer waren zwar sehr schön, das Standard Zimmer aber sehr klein, Bett unbequem und es war extrem kalt - generell im gesamten Hotel schieb es keine Heizung zu geben. Badezimmer und Wellnessbereich wurden nur übergestrichen und sind sonst noch auf Stand der 90er. Farbe blätterte ab, Kalkflecken und schmutzige Fugen, was der einzige Minuspunkt bei dem hohen Preis ist.

• Stefanie (5/5): schönes interieur aber investiert lieber in Service und Frühstück als Hay Möbel - toller Ort, man kommt direkt runter. das interieur konzept ist sehr schön stimmig - die Massage bei Clemens war fabelhaft - das Frühstück war erneut eine katastrophe. wir mussten eine 3/4 stunde auf Brot warten um dann festzustellen dass es innen gefroren war, bei Eiern und Rührei das selbe, keine Brötchen. die Gäste hatten echt Hunger und haben auf alles gegeiert was aufgetragen wurde am ende waren viele zu recht hangry. es war mein zweiter besuch und beim ersten war es das selbe Trauerspiel - wegen SPA sollte man nicht kommen, das Becken ist sehr kurz, zum Schwimmen also nicht geeignet, die Sauna war ok aber ohne Lichtstimmung, Musik oder Aufguss, der Ruhebereich (Wintergarten) viel zu kalt - die betten sind viel zu weich - die Bäder sollten renoviert werden - die kommunikation ist nicht gut. wir hatten diverse Absprachen vorab per mail abgestimmt und als wir ankamen wusste niemand von irgendwas, das war sehr anstrengend
• K (5/5): Geheimtipp für den den Sommer, dieses ehemalige Gutshaus - Der Blick vom vom Frühstücksraum über die Terrasse auf die Landschaft. Das Gutshaus war sehr schön ausgebaut. Hervorragend war der Innenpool. Den hatten wir für uns alleine. Auch von da aus der ländliche Ausblick, aus der bodentiefen Verglasung. Das Frühstück passte zu dieser Gegend. Kein TV in den Zimmern. Wer Sonntag bis Dienstag bucht, bekommt kein Abendessen. Restaurant ist da geschlossen. War mein Fehler 😄 . Und Anfang November. Das billigste Zimmer ist ok für Wanderer...
• Sarah (8/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön im grünen und ist sehr modern gestaltet. Es fühlt sich direkt nach Urlaub an. Das Haus eigene Restaurant ist auch sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Leider fehlt es an Service, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und super, aber überlastet. Es sind zu wenige, um solch ein Hotel gut am laufen zu halten. Dies führt dazu, dass beim Frühstück oft Dinge fehlen, es bei der Bedienung länger dauert und leider auch die Zimmer nicht richtig sauber waren. Aus “Nachhaltigkeit” werden u.a. Saunahandtücher nicht getauscht bei einem ganzen Wochenendaufenthalt, wenn muss man 3,50€ zahlen, das ist sehr unhygienisch.
• Silke (7/5): Wer Natur und Ruhe sucht ist richtig da - Das Hotel liegt etwas abgeschieden was wir aber so wollten. Natur pur Wunderbar ruhig und alles wirkt etwas entschleunigt.Der Spa Bereich ist schön.Sauna direkt daneben. Wir hatten Glück das wenig Besuch da war und es daher recht ruhig war..könnte mir vorstellen, das es bei guter Hotelbelegung sehr wuhlig ist Frühstück war gut. Brot selbst gebacken ....sehr gut. Was mich leider störte,das keine Brötchen im Angebot waren. Die Betten waren in einem Podest eingearbeitet und ich habe auch gut geschlafen. Leider war trotz des Herbstwetters die Heizung in den Zimmern wohl nicht angestellt. Daher wurden die Bäder natürlich auch nicht richtig warm und die Handtücher..Bademäntel etc noch morgens etwas klamm. Angesprochen nach der 2.Nacht und es wurden an diesem Tag wohl erst die Heizungen angemacht was mich wundert ,da ja kalte Nächte vorhergesagt waren.

• Beth (10/5): - So happy to have discovered this interesting and beautiful hotel! We chose it because the price was good and we suddenly needed to stop as we were traveling in the area. Ots more than we expected - really an historic renovated very cool place. The owner has given great detail to everything. Gorgeous artifax, furniture, attention to tiny details, including freshly baked sourdough bread at the excellent breakfast (we bought some to take with us, the crust was so good). The pool is small but just fine! Sauna was good. We ended up staying longer than we thought and once we were moved to a room with screens on the windows, it was a perfect stay. We met the staff and

Weniger wäre mehr. Man kann in einigen Zimmern die Fenster nicht öffnen. Kann nicht richtig lüften. Stickig. Viele stechende Insekten unterschiedlicher Art. Haben entsprechend viele Stiche bekommen. Im Ruheraum war es viel zu warm, 32 Grad.

• Melanie (7/5): Good - The pillows on the bed were way too soft. Like sleeping with no pillow at all. But the Retreat itself is beautiful and so relaxing. The sound of nature all around you is so peaceful. Also very kid friendly for our next trip with our child. The interior design is really well done too.

• Johanna (9/5): Great location with lots of potential. - It was all fantastic, the furniture and the atmosphere overall. Loved the design of our room. Our room was located directly at the terrace where people were sitting. That was way too close and felt a bit as if we were on a silver platter. As far as we can tell, this is the only room with this disadvantage. It felt like a lower category, which doesn't exist.

• Die_genießerin (9/5): Stylish and quiet escape into nature - This was such a wonderful place to spend a prolonged weekend at! The place itself is located in a tiny village among fields and between two lakes. It was so, so quiet. The hotel is desiged and furnished to make one feel incredibly comfortable and chic at the same time, I loved the furniture and colours. It actually looked better than in photos. The staff was friendly and helpful and I have had the best massage of my life in the nearby smaller house that belongs to the hotel. Also, the food served was incredibly tasty (that sourdough bread!) and the menu was put toghether really well. The breakfast was not as lavish as in some other places, but everything that was served was excellent. We will defeinitely be coming back! The only thing that really did not work for us was the bed. It was very soft (maybe some people enjoy that...?) which made our back hurt and was simply not comfortable. In addition, it was weirdly loud so the tiniest change of position immediately woke up the sleep partner (or oneself). Had the bed been more comfortable, this would have been a clear 10/10 stay.

• Gutshof (10/5): One of the best nature & Spa Hotels between Berlin & Hamburg! - One of, if not the best, SPA Hotel between Berlin and Hamburg. Outstanding design and food. Something we have been waiting for a long time! Great Lobby and rooms. Super nice staff. We will definitely come again!
