- Sami AL ZEIN (1/5): Never consider this hotel, in short! - We liked their prices, another hotel in Revalstoke was unaccessible due to severe weather and road colsure. But then we regret our decision to book with them! After we booked through booking.com and paid in FULL, we got a call after 45 mins from the reservation while we were driving, around 25 mins before arrival asking us if we are coming or not, because there is a guy with a dog is taking the last room!! We told the lady that we are 25 mins away coming with our 2 cats, since we booked a pets friendly room as mentioned in their page on Booking.com. The lady then told us that this hotel is dogs only and they cannot welcome us!!! Nothing mentioned on their page regarding this descrimination between cats and dogs, and when I asked the lady how come the dogs are welcomed and cats are not? she just said this is what we have and closed the line! I had to call Booking.com to get my money back and I requested to report the hotel to be removed from Booking.com. I sincerely thank the Booking.com representative (Muhammad), he told me not to be afraid and that Booking.com has my back, then he cancelled the booking and refunded me the full amount. We had then to look for another stay location (spent 3 hours on the road to find somewhere else! Such a terrible experience, strongly recommend everyone to consider other options in GOLDEN, BC

- Rhea Mae Mendoza (1/5): Not recommended for family with small children. - The location was the only thing I liked about this place. The facility is practically falling apart. The rooms, the elevator, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. I wouldn't recommend bringing your children here. I requested for bell boy to be delivered but was told to go pick it up myself. Travelling with children is a handful and I was kinda hoping for a better service considering this was rated as a 4-star hotel. The towels in the room were still wet. Housekeeping didn't come once to clean our room during our 3-day stay. There was no in-room service for food. Water dispenser in the lobby was dirty so had to buy water bottles from the store. I doubt their ice machine had their filters changed accordingly either. The pool & hot tub was dirty and had so much chlorine, it burned my eyes.

- wdcrowe1 (8/5): Nice place - Very nice hotel. Very clean very modern. We had a kitchen had ours to be honest. I’m not sure if they all have them or not, but it was very modern and well equipped. The only thing missing was dish towels in a dish rack or some paper towels. The room is very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful the pool and hot tub were really clean. The whole area was nice and in fact, we were the only ones in there.

We also were ok paying more for the night as we planned on the continental breakfast …. The dining area was in disrepair and the breakfast was shut down. Wanted to fill water bottles from the guest services station, also empty. Tap water smelled like sewer. Not impressed.

- Bri (6/5): - Upon arriving at the hotel I was told that I didn't book a pet friendly room, I have always put in my special requests when I am booking through expedia that I will be traveling with my dog and therefore need a pet friendly room (I double checked my reservation and this was included)and this was the first time I had issues. The front desk did accommodate me and switch me to a pet friendly room, unfortunately this room was smelling so much like pot I couldn't stand it. They did accommodate me again and move me to another room... this room however the door didn't lock. At this point I felt like a huge inconvenience so I mentioned it too the front desk and they didn't seem to get the fact that the door was not locking after it had shut. I mentioned this upon check out and notes we made. Traveling as a single female and not having a door lock when I exit my room is a huge safety issue as it would be for anyone staying at a hotel. So for a hotel that was $340 after tax (and pet fee) I definitely don't know if it is the place to stay if there are other choices

- Sharon (8/5): - This was a nice property in Golden, BC. The room includes a microwave and refrigerator. There is pool and hot tub as well as free bikes. Did not eat at attached restaurant, but ate at two restaurants nearby that had delicious food. This is a good place to stay while visiting Yoho National Park.

- Rosie (8/5): Good place to stay - Wi-fi was a little slow and the freezer didn't freeze our ice packs. Other than that, things were good. Great having a good restaurant next door.
