- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean and good - a little bit away from city cente - Based on the price, the hotel was just perfect. It’s quite new, everything is working well - friendly staff and not very long from city center. If you’re having a car, parking place is for free. If you have to stay in the middle of the town, this hotel will not be your first choice. If you, however want a nice hotel - a little bit away from noise - even when the hotel is close to the road to Cha am - I will recommend it - even to my closest friend 🙏

The staff were lovely, a big room that was clean, a comfortable bed with a good mattress that was not made of concrete, the shower had strong water pressure and consistent hot water, and a good AC. I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay again
- Marcelo (10/5): Good hotel in Hua Hin - Clean room. Breakfast is good and copious. Friendly staff. Nice swimming pool. Not in the city center but no problem to get around with the Grab app.
- StaffieLancs (8/5): Good hotel - Amazing hotel for the price. We only stayed one night because the location is about 3 miles from the centre of Hua Hin. There is a courtesy bus but you have to tell them the time you want picking up which is awkward at times. The room was big, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and of very high quality for the price. The pool looked small but we did not use it. The staff were helpful too. If you stay here there are a few restaurants on the road but you have to walk a while to find them. If you like an hotel not in the busy part of town this could be good for you.

- Remco2492 (6/5): Good room, but lacking other facilities - We stayed here for 1 night in a familyroom. It has 2 bedrooms and a huge bathroom. The kids really enjoyed the giant jacuzzi. Nothing to complain about. But the breakfast was really basic. The guy at the omelette station was new to his job, but made the best of it. Nothing more to say about this place, because there isn’t much more.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Tyytyväinen asiakas - Tulimme Bangkokista Huahiniin bussilla ja matka meni nopeasti. Aamulla lähtö ja klo 10 oltiinkin jo perillä hotellissa. Henkilökunta oli todella mukava ja osaava. Huone oli siisti ja se siivottiin joka päivä. Kuntosali oli aika pieni, mutta noin 500m päässä oli todella hyvä kuntosali. Aamupala buffet oli täyttävä ja thaimaalaiseen tyyliin erittäin maukas. Hotellilla oli oma uima-allas ja siellä ei meidän lisäksi ollut kertaakaan muita. Poreet olivat altaan päädyssä ja vesi ihanan virkistävää. Halutessaan saimme tarjoilun myös altaalle. Hotellissa oli paljon muitakin asukkaita, mutta enimmäkseen kiinalaisia, ehkä sen vuoksi allas-alue oli vain meidän käytössä. Hotellilta sai kyydin keskustaan, sekä rannalle ilman lisämaksua. Kyydit olivat aina ajallaan. Hotellin lähellä on mukavia ravintoloita, rauhallinen ranta ja "huvipuisto". Otimme melkein joka päivä kyydin keskustaan ja takaisin. Keskustasta oli kävelymatka apinavuorelle, vesipuistoon sekä moneen erilaiseen kauppakeskukseen. Suosittelen Blueport-, sekä Market Village keskusta ostoksien tekoon. Night market oli melko pieni verrattuna samanlaiseen Bangkokissa, mutta ei siltikään mikään huono. Hotelli ei ole lähellä keskustaa, mutta otimme silti toisen viikon tänne. Palvelu pelaa ja hinta/laatu kohtaa toisensa erittäin hyvin.

- WaterfordANDme (10/5): Great hotel and staff in an ideal location - Love this hotel. It's in a great location just close enough to the centre of the city and yet not too congested by traffic. I stayed with my wife and daughter. Also my brother and his wife stayed at the hotel. everyone was very happy with the hotel. The rooms are great clean and plenty if light, I have seen reviews complaining of some tracfic noises. You are in a city , they cant close the roads down for you, but I have to say traffic noise or any otber noise was not noticeable to me. Staff from the front desk to the cleaners are great and the hotel has a courtesy car you can book to take you to the market area and back, it also has a roof top pool on the second floor and a small room to facilitate a small but adequate Gym. The hotel is great , the breakfast is a healty mix of fruit ,cereal to the standard American breakfast. Ideal hotel and a very affordable price.

Personalen, toppen, glada hjälpsamma, städning, toppen, stora fina rum med A. C. Stor balkong inte trevligt att sitta på för all trafik!

- Howard (6/5): Nice room, modern hotel - Enjoyed my stay at Riche Hua Hin and will return. Did not like the highway noise but there is nothing that management can do about that. Did not like the wifi setup and management needs to change and it is possible to improve. Constantly had to log in and register the password several times daily. This is not acceptable. The wifi works well in the lobby, sometimes not well in my room. Not acceptable. Please address this issue, I see from other comments that this is an ongoing issue with your hotel. The breakfast buffet quality was ok, but not hot. Should be improved. I did appreciate the shuttle service, very convenient. The staff is friendly and tries their best. Female manageress is very professional and helpful.
- lovinitonphuket (10/5): Great Hotel - This hotel is comfortable, clean and thoroughly enjoyable to stay in. I was driving across Thailand on a motorcycle and this was one of the gems I found along the way. My only regret staying here was I did not stay a couple nights. The room was spacious, clean and well kept. There was a fridge with a pay per use mini bar, cold AC, satellite television and a kettle. Family mart is right next door making it convenient to stock up on supplies and grab late night snack. There is a service station half a km either direction from the hotel and it's about a 5 minute drive to the beach.

Room was okay but felt like it needs a thorough cleaning and removing the smell of an old hotel. The wifi did not work which even after letting them know no one bothered to fix or let us know what the problem was. Definitely not staying there again!!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): OK hotel not great for the price. - The stay was ok, comfortable but the wifi is poor, bathroom is very small and has no box or curtain, then it get all wet. pillows are hard, the pool is in the edge of main busy street. The breakfast is not good. Horrible coffee, no cheese, no yogurt, not hot milk to compliment the coffee, Just rice, rice and rice..... The hotel is really far from the beach and down town. Not a value for price.
- B FAMILY (10/5): Excellent stay - A very nice hotel, nice and modern.. Good spacious and clean rooms, lovely infinity swimming pool. Ok breakfast maybe lacking choice a bit but was sufficient. Location: a little far from the town/beach however the hotel runs regular free shuttle transport so was excellent and very efficient. Staff: very friendly and helpful to every need.. Only the guy working in the restaurant could do with some customer service training! I cancelled an order after the manner he presented himself.. Everyone else went above and beyond for the guests and it was very pleasant.. I would recommend this hotel to all.

- Toetaeks (8/5): Large and clean room - I stayed 2 nights here. It is very large room and clean. Wifi is very bad. You cannot use Wifi in room. The breakfast is good if you compare from room price. There are a small pool and gym on second floor. The location is a bit far from center of Hua Hin but if you have own car, it is ok. The staff is very good.
- Verified traveler (6/5): 6 lane highway out front - My major criteria for hotel are price, location, and fitness facilities. Having breakfast included in price is a plus. 1. Price was okay for the quality-nothing special. 2. Location on 6-lane highway was a drawback but fact that hotel operated a regular songthaw into town was good. 3. Fitness facility is bare bones with no free weights and low quality treadmill. Recumbent bike was adequate. Pool okay for dip but not for lap swimming. Check in room key not working but fixed within five minutes and never a problem again. Staff didn't realize that they offered a special discount for seniors on trip to Water Park (Vana Nava) though that was handled. Staff also didn't realize that there was only 1 bus daily to Pattaya and gave us misinformation so we missed the bus. However, staff was able to get us to another location for van to Pattaya and price was about the same so no harm. Breakfast is ordinary. Will try another location on next trip to Hua Hin though Riche was fine, if not exceptional.
- VivianL2335 (6/5): An average hotel - First thing have to say is the hotel are quite new, clean and comfortable. I have to say the cons are the hallway outside hotel rooms are no carpet at all and it will cause much more noisy sound. Besides that, my friends stay in other rooms used the blanket to wipe his blood due to he was injured accidentally by a knife and hotel charge him a 300 baht for penalty or something and the reason from staff is the blanket cannot clean anymore.

The location of the hotel was quite far from town. But the hotel has provided free shuttle(thru & fro) to Clock Tower(town), Beach and Plearn Wan. Keep it up with this! 💪 There is a convenient stall nearby (walking distance). Remember to read the menu charges. The drinks are not Free Of Charge. Kindly take note.

- Chang-Siam (10/5): VERY GOOD GREAT SERVICE - Stayed at the Riche Hotel after my booking at the Saly Resort Hua Hin had to be cancelled as the Saly Resort was still in the process of being finished and was not fit for guests to stay in yet. The Riche Hotel Hua Hin I would describe as a boutique hotel it is very new and everything is very clean and well run the beds are very comfortable and the shower and toilet are spotless the rooms are quite spacious with a flat screen tv and wall mounted air con unit which worked very well. They have a small swimming pool and fitness room on the second floor both of which are all new and clean. I stayed from Wednesday until Sunday nights with breakfast each day which was a very good choice of cereals, fruits, cooked food tea coffee toast buffet style help yourself to as much as you want. I cant find any faults with this hotel but I don't know if they offer a special weekend deal for Thai's but Friday and Saturday nights it seamed to get very busy with people from Bangkok
- alexanderkR8088ZQ (4/5): is not as u expect - the rooms are nice but be careful which water u drink because of the bad english from the stuff u can"t exactly say. also you come and the wnt diposit 2000bht nobody told u in the booing before. When u ask to pay the room the already did it with our credit card even if we wanted to pay cash and then really had to ask to get an receive. Also when the offer transport u can't be sure its working if u stay better ask ten times!!

- 552tatianak (4/5): Bad service, weak noise insolation, not friendly, undiscent awful charges!( Be careful staying at this hotel!!! - When check in hotel asks for deposit 2000 bat. When check out they charged me as of 1200 bat for dirty towels 300 but for each telling me they have no own laundry service. Absolutly awful, strange, crazy!!! When asking on reception for motorbike parking the answer was - 300 bat per day. But when check out - no charge for statement. Very strange! Never stay again at this horrible hotel. It is positioning as 4 Star hotel, but it should be estimated like 2-3 stars. Noisy. Very bad hospitality, cleaning. Tiny swimming pool. Bed linen was changed just 1 time within week...Very far from beach, centre, restaurants, malls and entertainments.
- Junichi38 (6/5): Ordinary hotel - We stayed 1 night here, it was just ok, except for some mosquitoes in a room...hotel provides free shuttle bus to bus hon town, but they were not kind and informative enough, so we didn't know if we needed prior booking for the shuttle to come back to the hotel in the evening. We thought the bus will come at the time shown, and waited in town center, but it didn't come, so disappointedly we took a local bus to come back. Slight communication problems, but it caused some trouble for us later...

- dancN4224AR (4/5): Beautiful hotel but not recommended!! - The price of the rooms in this hotel are really good. We have been lucky with our hotels on this trip and we're still surprised at the luxury of the room, the comfort of the bed and view from our balcony, plus the pool was beautiful and a sun trap all morning. Unfortunately that's where the good story ends. On our 1st day we noticed the hotel had already taken full payment, out of the wrong credit card (although it was the one I booked with so nothing illegal) but I had been assured the day before that no money had been taken and I would pay at the end! Inconvenient but easily forgiven misunderstanding. After this I tried to get room service (which comes with a 20 something % interest), I wanted noodles, I was passed too 3 different people and no one could understand English, until I finally got someone who could say "ok I understand" and put the phone down and I got nothing! Again understandable it's late and I'm in Thailand, but throughout the week the language barrier became a daily problem, which we are used to as we have just come from Vietnam, but the staff here seemed unwilling to try to over come this obstacle and seemed almost annoyed everytime we tried to talk to them. Language would be no problem at all if they smiled and laughed and tried to figure out what we meant but the staff here did not want to know and looked at us like we were stupid if we tried to speak in Thai even when pointing at the menu so they knew what we were saying! I have spent a 5 nights here and learned NO Thai and made no friends at the hotel which is very unlike me!!! Not normally one to write bad reviews but rude staff really spoil what could be a lovely hotel!

- robert (6/5): Neither here nor there! - The Riche was new, 1 month new, and with some 'kinks to work out. 1st day there was a buffet breakfast, next 2 days, a menu breakfast; not enough guests it seems, and some were unhappy. Hotel is a long way from main beach area, but provides a shuttle; more guests would make current set-up problematical I think. No buses to center. Very small 2nd fl.salt water pool, room for only 3 chaise chairs. Staff was fine.And rate for 2per. was $48! Too much for the location. Oh, and nice balcony but no table/chairs?
