- Hian Kwee (8/5): - Good location
- Samuel (10/5): - Bit of a chew in and out but very safe.
- Daniel (10/5): - Great and comfy stay
- Ramsley (10/5): Outstanding - It's was so amazing...
High-rise floor..
Excellent views..
Inside room electrical, needs some servicing..
Others...
Outstanding.
- Ye Wint (6/5): - Room requires renovation, doors are not having working door stoppers, some door handles are spoiled and need urgent replacement.
- Kyriacos (10/5): - Near of everything.
- Henry Yi (6/5): - You get what you pay for. Definitely not a 4 star property, more similar to a motel on the interstate. Rooms are aged and bathrooms can use more cleaning. Don't believe the pictures
- John (8/5): - The suite was very spacious and well-kept, although a bit dated and aged. Housekeeping service and property staff were very helpful.
- Kee (10/5): Spot on - Clean and comfortable. Great view on the 40th floor. I will definitely back again
- Sammuel (4/5): Beware their workers - Stay for 2 person.. in the end giving 1 towel.. and their workers is very dangerous.. ask me for the deposit rm100.. and in the end he told me will bank transfer.. company never bank transfer to me..
- Verified traveler (2/5): Service NoT Good and Not As Advertised ! - im stay here for solo trip and already order for king size bed. But they gave me 2 double single bed. can u imagine just staying 1 person so i need combine the bed with my own. Already request for change as i ordered but they refused. Will not staying with this company Again. First and Last !!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely room! - An amazing room with a fantastic view. We really enjoyed our time there!
- Huggy (8/5): Room is good but the reception is not good at all - over all the room and facilities are good but its really bad as there is no reception and there is no one to help you unless you make a call and someone will come and pick you up to your room. if you don't have any local number than you are in trouble.
- Nicholas (8/5): Yes nice but... - Everything was nice except two staff . The lady manager sent somebody inside to check water pipe without to let me know. And the staff of maintenance was in front of my entrance door for more than an hour and i was able to feel i disturb him that i am still in my room. I paid to be in that room and was only fir one night... then staff who opened me the doir and help me with my luggages. He started to ask me if i arrive from east tower from another rental company. I did not answer and he looked at me angry.
- Miguel (10/5): Excellent location and truly delightful staff! - The serviced suites are the best location for those coming from Singapore by bus, as the bus stops right in front of the adjacent Berjaya Times Square Hotel (also, buses going to SG pick up passengers here). There's a pool, gym, sauna and steam room you can use. Also, there's a mall below. The mall is connected to Imbi LRT station, so it's really convenient. One station away is Bukit Bintang, where you can find malls like Farenheit 88, KL Pavilion and Isetan, among others. From KL Pavilion, it's less than 10 minutes away to KLCC/KL City Park and Petronas Towers via an air-conditioned pedestrian walkway. Most of all, the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Ms Agnes, in particular, has been particularly delightful!
Thank you, Times! I'll definitely stay in one of your suites next time I'm in KL.
- Dewain (6/5): Centrally located apartment hotel - Pros: Part of mega complex mall, shops, restaurants, theme parks, big apartment, transportation, club
Cons: No front desk, water heater not working
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Well located for shopping and sightseeing.
Great stay as a temporary home away from home.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible people & place to stay - Will never return to this private suites and very poor customer service.
- Laz (2/5): Never again! Worst accommodation ever. - Suites are managed by people who care less about your stay but more about revenue and hospitality is very poor. My check-in was delayed as nobody showed up to greet or provide the keys to my paid room and was about an hour of waiting whedn someone showed up reluctantly.
The room was dusty and not very clean hence will never book here again.
- Zee (8/5): - Very happy with the suite. Will surely come back again
- Verified traveler (4/5): Location great, not what the pictures looked like. - This hotel would have been amazing, 15 years ago. I don't think they have done anything since to fix/update.
Room smelled of shisha/hookah smoke. We had to battle to get extra towels for pool/sauna and we only did get 1 more for the both of us.
Coffee mugs had been used as ash tray.
Shower leaked everywhere. Hot water was intermittent.
Room was huge though. Don't pay more then $30usd for this room.
- Alexander (2/5): Worst hotel ever - Service sucked. No reception to meet you, had to ask around to find a random person who called down the manager after lots of confusion. After that no information of the facilities... And could not change the temperature in the room. The rooms look clean but smelled awful.
When checking out there was no place to store the luggage. Even though the guy who helped to check me in the first time and who contacted the supervisor when I checked in... He could for no reason contact him when I wanted a place to store my luggage. Worse service ever. They did not even seem to care.
- Arumugam (8/5): - The apartment is clean and friendly caretaker.
The only problem parking. They don't have parking so you pay a lot if park overnight. This make me think twice to stay in this place cause your parking fees you can stay in a hotel which provide free parking.
- jason (8/5): Times Sq Apt - Overall a good place to stay.very central, great views, despite very dirty windows. Spacious flat. Good aircon and power shower. 32 floor. Great facilities.. Pool, sauna, gym, etc. And joined to Times Sq shopping centre.
- Garry (8/5): Views and location good value - 32 Floor great views to twin towers and KL stylish 80's fit out in good condition king size bed, smoke smell in room, but good location for shopping
- Irene (8/5): - Check in a little confusing. Otherwise good.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Check in was not easy, no one seemed to know what I was talking about or who was responsible for checking in guests. Very frustrating!
- Suneeta (8/5): Close to the mall - They had no reception area, they had no reception staff available. Once I arrived I had to call the staff, wait several minutes for the staff to arrive, mind you there was no waiting area as well, no sofas, so I was standing with my bags. Deposit of RM 200 was collected by the staff in the elevator on the way up to my room and no receipt was given.
During checkout, once I reached downstairs, again no staff was at the reception desk, I had to call once again, waited for 20 mins with my bags standing to checkout.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible accommodation facility - Very un-kind & rude service from the phone at the berjaya times squire.
Since this accommocation is not official hotel facility, someone have to drop me infront of specific area, but this service is terrible, and someone who pick my phone (Ms. Candy) even yelling at me through the phone. I felt terrible at her since I've never treated before from other accommodation service at all.
Facility also very terrible. Hotel floor was very sticky, and hot water is not provided from the restroom. This is the worst accommodation facility I've ever experienced before.
- Marga (10/5): Great stay & service. - Great service from both management as staff.
TV channels good be better.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel - near to mall & places to eat - Having so much fun with family and friends. Kids swimming & watching a movie.
- Carol (8/5): Convenient hotel within Bukit Bintang area - This private serviced suite is right next to Berjaya Times Square. Accessible from Times Square mall during day time. It's a private area with no reception, just need to call for someone to bring you to the room to check in. Very convenient as it's right next to Times Square mall. Good for shopping and transportation is convenient too with LRT right next to the mall as well. Room is spacious. Happy with stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Awesome location - This place is in a great location and I think was a good choice for our first time in KL. Check-in is done on the east side of the shopping centre but we ended up staying on the west side. The room was really spacious and overall comfortable for the 7 nights we stayed. Finding the east-side was a bit confusing because the shopping centre is so big. Because there isn't a front desk check-in was a little confusing to start with but there was plenty of assistants in the lobby who were quick to assist, call the relevant contact and have someone come and meet us. Getting here was very easy. We caught the Express train from KLIA2 (about 28 min) then the monorail to IMBI station which is attached to the shopping centre.
- TEH (10/5): city view is great - the location is great the hotel room is spacious and clean and will come back again
- Woody (10/5): Great experience - This was great value, awesome swimming pool, will be back.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good location and great stay - Made arrangements to check in as arrived after hours. Staff met me and was shown to room. Room was a bit dated but clean and great location close to everything. Had a good stay and would stay again. Recommend to anyone wanting good location and value for money in central KL
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Convenience of the location is a boost. However, since access to the unit is tight, it would be good if 2 sets of the card access (lobby and room) are given.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was spacious and well equipped....the bathroom well equiped but run down with leaks and broken ceiling which led to leaks.
- Tony (10/5): Great location, quick check in and out. - Great location. Hotel is next to Times Square shopping mall and monorail station (Imbi). Bukit Bintang and Pavilion are a short walk away. Chinatown is only two hops on the monorail / LRT trains. There is a 24-hour 7 Eleven right on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out are super quick once you give them a call. Room is spacious and clean. My only gripe is that they did not re-supply the toiletries on my second day. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here, and will consider this place on my next trip to KL.
- Mrs Said (10/5): nice ambience - nice ambience, nice view, nicely furnished n very cosy n furthermore convenient as it is located near the rapid trains n easy access to my favourite shopping mall. Really enjoyed my stay there n had recommended to my friends n families. will come back there again soon!
- Florence Or (8/5): Nice location closed to shopping complex n station - Great location - easily to move around within the town centre to avoid road traffic
Time saving - efficient chk in and out saved lot of time.
Value for money indeed - spacious room layout
View - can see the twin star building through room window
Referral - sure will recommend to friends to stay at this hotel
- Zainee Fairuz (6/5): Bed bugs was seen on my bed. - Just so so
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location. Apartment located in Times Square shopping mall, lot of food, restaurants around
- lini (10/5): Very clean, - I will recommend to.my friends
- aseng (8/5): close to all the amenities - a very comfortable and easy access to all your needs..
- UTHAYASURIAN (8/5): Studio apartment,,,,,,very clean and nice - Really worth the money and good view of twin tower and i had excellent stay
- Fareed (8/5): Great Room but service needs a push. - Great room and utilities are fine. But room service by the Bangladeshi slack. Not up to standards. Need to activate for all days for room service. Apart from that, great apartment.
- Neill (8/5): - Stayed here 9 nights. Hotel / Room access gained via the East Entrance lobby of Times Square & you need to contact the agent to gain access, its keycard only. There is security that might let you in (probably not though). The agent sent us a mail after booking to detail this process & we used WhatsApp / Text Msg to let them know what time we expected to arrive & someone was indeed waiting for us inside the lobby and came out to meet us. We messaged from the airport on arrival. They do close after Midnight so you would need to arrive before then. We arrived about 11pm and it was worrying but everything was fine. Guy took us up to the room and asked for 200MR deposit for the single keycard pair. One for the door and one for the lift & lobby access. There was no receipt given but we got this back no problem when we left after arranging checkout (midday) in the reverse of how we checked in via WhatsApp / Text Msg. The lifts, lobby are accessable from inside Times Square although it will take you a while to get used to the routine if you want to come from Time Square Mall lifts without going outside. Just remember to change lifts on floor 14. The pool is on 15 and is shared with the hotel in the same tower. Our room 2208 was large clean with a nice bed although did smell of old smoke. There was a nice set of pillows with two types so suited me perfectly. The bed was huge. The aircon worked, Dedicated WiFi which was fast, Small kitchen, TV, Shower and Bath.
- David (10/5): Book it - Loved the staff that looked after us so well, we arrived early in the morning and they took us pool side with towels to wait, and they looked after our bags, when the room was ready a few hours later they came and got us, took us to the room and our bags were already waiting. It was as good of service as I could have asked for, they are a great team, they offer terrific rooms and the pool is spectacular. Enjoy!
- Thanga Pandian (8/5): Convenient and comfortable, worth for staying. - Place of staying is good and very convenient. easy access to bus and LRT which was really helpful to travel around. Dining need to go out and no phone at room to ask for assistance. need to call them directly. Else overall is really good.
- Pauline (8/5): Fun place walking distance to anywhere - A basic apartment with servicing. It is not a hotel so service is minimal and the room has very basics. Kitchenette only has a microwave, so no cooking! But the shopping centre is full of restaurants cheaper to eat at than hampering up food at the shopping centre anyway ... we enjoyed it, and we requested a No Smoking room and got one (they advertise rooms as smoking ... which almost lost us ) Apparently there are quite a few companies that manage the privately owned suites in this building and some are not as good ... so go the deluxe if you can afford it ... and you can always inspect room first.
- Verified traveler (10/5): convenient - Good location....
- clare (4/5): Beautiful suite, unfriendly welcome - The room was beautiful and well kept, but on arrival I felt unwanted. I arrived from backpacking and it was made very clear that I was not there usual guest. I was approached imedeatly by security who acted like I was lost and shouldn't be there, my booking was demanded to prove I belong there along with my passport, and then the security officer call someone on his mobile to get confirmation. I was told to wait until someone from the suites could come down to meet me, other guests were being tended to very pleasantly with the concierge team tending to there luggage. but I was left to stand in the foyer with my bags. After 25mins A man came down looked me up and down then told me and my partner that our room was on the other side of the hotel. So took us through the shopping centre to the west tower(still the only guests carrying our own luggage) it was made very clear to us that we were not wanted there.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - They show kitchen on the photos when you get there, there is no kitchen
- Mee Ngo (6/5): LOCALITY - GREAT LOCATION
- Mee Ngo (6/5): Location - Great
- Chak (8/5): Accessibility and close to all the activities. - It was a decent stay, quiet and at the time, right in the heart of the action. Although the hallway and the room are in need of refurbishment. Signs of wear tear are everywhere.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location part of Times Square shopping mall amazing swimming pool.
Taxi drivers are not familiar with it. No reception so you need to call representative for check out or any help. During my stay the electricity cut off for one hour at 1am!!!!
- David (10/5): Great Choice, even better if a rainy day. - Great View, great comfort, amazing pool deck, and over all very satisfying
- Mark (4/5): Decent accomondation near monorail station - Room was spacious, wifi very good.
Staff attitude average, house keeping was terrible as they came only in late afternoon around 6pm and did not clean thoroughly. Looking for a place near shopping belt and decent room, can consider.
Otherwise there are better options in Imbi or Bt Bintang area.
- David (8/5): - The Hotel is perfectly situated amongst shopping and eating options.
Do not mix up Times Hotel and this private serviced suite which operates independantly, therefore check in and check out requires you to contact via mobile the staff of rhe service apt and not over the counter. Beautiful view as well.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful stay at Times Service Suites - We had a wonderful stay at the Times Service Suites.. the assistant manager Mr. Siddeck was very friendly and attentive.
Being in a central location , many of the famous food places and shopping malls were within a short walk 5-10 min..
The spacious living room was also excellent for family or friends to talk and watch TV together at night.
- annie (8/5): - Book for appartment suite and upgraded to hotel suite for free.
2 seperate rooms with ensuite, king size bed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel and convenient to town - Pleasant stay , easy access to trains, good for shopping
- Chai Jian (8/5): Good location with affordable price - The room was satisfactory and the location of the apartment is great.
- s (10/5): nice personel clean room - check in was fast.. in charge personel was at lobby upon arrival... well orientated us with the dos n dun.. location was gd
- Bruce (4/5): Good location, once 4* now threadbare - Check in with no resident desk was hit and miss. Telephone contact numbers were supplied but these are not of too much use to visitors arriving from overseas without roaming or local sim cards. Arrival late at night could be troublesome. The rooms were large and were once very well appointed. However the furniture is now somewhat threadbare and the whole apartment somewhat "tired". A good revamp could restore the rooms back to 4* status. Cleaning was perfunctory and while the cleaning might be considered acceptable there were areas that could have been cleaned far more thoroughly. The kitchen was disappointing - only a kettle and microwave with just cutlery and some dishes etc.. No hotplate or cooking facilities apart from the microwave. There were rooms where the internet service was unacceptable and I had to move to a room where a wifi signal could be picked up. Overall, a good location, reasonable price but a overall little disappointing. OK for business travellers looking for a cheap short stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall excellent stay! - Excellent location for shopping, cafe, nightlife & not to be miss FOOD! Stay in 28th floor with awesome kl view with twin tower. Room condition acceptable. White sofa is beautiful but need to be change because the leather is old. Very simple procedure of check in a personnel waiting at the lift. Will stay there again in my next visit & introduce to friends.
- Kim Thien Long (6/5): No respect for customers - Housekeeping is the worst. Turn off the water heater when my family still using it, turn off the air conditioner while my sister is in the room. Hide my wife's pyjamas behind the CD player in my bedroom
- ONG (8/5): Great location with condo like style apartment. - Great stay with high level. Great view. Very well furbished interior that looks exactly like a condominium.
- Clemens D. (10/5): FANTASTIC aptm quiet stunning view - Wonderful apartment on 46 floor with a stunning view to the Petronas towers. It's privately run but in the same building as the hotel. Very quiet. Nicely furnished. In the same building is an enormous shopping mall with all you need from restaurants to any kind of shops. MRT is stopping in the same building. So a absolutely perfect place. Yet no hotel services - it is a private apartment. Easy to walk to other shopping markets - bukin bintan around the corner.
- Stephen (8/5): Great value in a central location - Location and access are great. Served by Imbi monorail station, which is on the line connected to KL Sentral. This is a spacious studio apartment with a living room and kitchenette. Clean and comfortable. Great value for the price I paid. As long as you are prepared for some little quirks, you will enjoy your stay. (1) The hotel lobby is situated at the East side of the Times Square shopping mall. The entrance is not obvious. Call ahead when you are at the shopping mall as they do not have a reception. (2) No landline phones in the room. (3) Only local TV channels.
