Não atrapalhou em nada minha estadia, o quarto era lindo! Mas é que eu não gosto de tapetes, acho antihigiênico.

A limpeza é irrepreensível, e os funcionários são extremamente educados, atenciosos e cordiais. A localização é simplesmente extraordinária: mesmo estando no centro de Pipa, a suíte oferece um silêncio absoluto, sendo possível ouvir apenas o som relaxante do mar. A área de lazer é encantadora, com uma piscina deslumbrante que complementa perfeitamente a experiência. A suíte, por sua vez, proporciona uma vista de tirar o fôlego — algo que só pode ser plenamente compreendido ao ser vivenciado. Destacam-se ainda os pequenos detalhes que fazem toda a diferença, como a música ambiente na suíte e os delicados bombons oferecidos todas as tardes. Além disso, o café da manhã e o chá da tarde são excepcionais. Fica evidente que cada elemento do hotel foi cuidadosamente pensado para proporcionar uma experiência única e memorável. Nada.

Cleo (10/5): Não queria ir embora! - A estadia foi maravilhosa. Toda a equipe era muito prestativa, o hotel tinha acomodações muito confortáveis, limpas e bem decoradas. Fomos no período da páscoa e ganhamos ovos de chocolate! O quarto era um convite ao relaxamento, com uma cama que abraçava, um excelente chuveiro e uma vista fenomenal para a praia do centro, que poderia ser contemplada de dentro de uma jacuzzi. O café da manhã era a "la carte", mas não faltava nada, com comida sempre fresca e funcionários sempre atentos às nossas demandas. O hotel também oferece um agradável chá da tarde como cortesia para os hóspedes. A área da piscina é bem confortável e dá acesso à praia do centro, que tem um ótimo banho de mar. O Hotel fica muito bem localizado, muito próximo à Av. Baía dos Golfinhos, a poucos passos dos principais restaurantes. O acesso de carro se dá por uma rua bem estreira e o estacionamento precisa do staff do hotel para a manobra dos veículos, o que pode dificultar um pouco se a sua intenção for a de utilizar bastante o seu carro durante e estadia. Mas a equipe estava sempre pronta para ajudar. Único ponto que eu sugiro como melhoria das instalações: o hotel poderia reforçar o antiderrapante do piso do box do banheiro.

Los detalles en la merienda, la atención en la piscina, el desayuno, la atención en general de todo el personal, la ubicación frente al mar, la ropa de cama y artículos de tocador excelentes, la decoración artesanal con detalles de lujo. William (5/5): Gute Lage, schlechter Service - Die Lage ist perfekt und der Nachmittagstee mit Kuchen sind klasse. 4 Stunden auf den Checkin gewartet und keiner hat Bescheid gegeben, als das Zimmer bereit war. Der Safe funktioniert nicht, die Armaturen in der Dusche fallen ab. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist sehr oberflächlich. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist nachlässig und desinteressiert. Eier werden ohne Salz und Pfeffer serviert und Schinken und Käse ohne Brot. Kein guter Start in den Tag. Die Qualität des Restaurantangebots am Pool ist wirklich miserabel. Wir haben das Essen zurückgehen lassen und uns ab dann bei den Strandbars versorgt. Wäre die Lage des Hotels nicht so gut wäre es nicht zu empfehlen.

O café da manhã é ótimo e a localização privilegiada . A vista do quarto era incrível !!! Todas as tardes traziam uma surpresa nos quartos e era servido um café da tarde muito gostoso . Amamos a estadia e temos planos de retornar. Tive um pequeno problema com a cama pois tenho problema de coluna . Mas a equipe fez de tudo para me ajudar .

We strongly recommend ❤️ The only thing that would have been even better is the size of the bed, which for us - tall couple- could have be larger than 1.60m. :) but at the end, we slept well
Sandra (9/5): Maravilhosa! - Já conhecia, acho tudo maravilhoso, por isso, sempre que possível, retorno! Gosto muito da localização, mas fico encantada mesmo é com a vista do mar de Pipa, com seu azul caribenho, que o quarto proporciona. Acho o tempo da reserva excessivamente enxuto, com chekin às 16:00 e checkout ás 12:00 horas.
Weaton (10/5): Surprisingly pleasant experience - Location, cleanliness, decoration and great staff Parking is a bit convoluted due to the very tight streets. You need to leave your car keys at all times so the staff can shift cars around in order for guest to be able to come and go by car. However everything is pretty much at a walking distance from the hotel, except if you want to go sightseeing other beaches farther from downtown Pipa. Also did not like the fact that they don’t allow pets.

reraize (7/5): - A vista é o diferencial deste hotel. O chuveiro é bom. O quarto é bonito e amplo. A localização central é boa e o barulho não incomodou. Tem estacionamento com manobrista. O lanche da tarde é conveniente. A cama não era muito boa. O café da manhã não condiz com o preço da diária. A área da piscina é pequena. Tem muita escada. O fato de estar de frente para o mar só é bom pela vista, porque não é gostoso de ficar na praia, mesmo quando a maré baixa. Não ficaria novamente.
Pessoa (10/5): Quero voltar! - Vista linda. Atendimento impecável e acomodação muito confortável. Coloquei alergias alimentares aqui no Booking como pedido especial e chegando lá ninguém tinha recebido essa informação. Na mesma hora fizeram lanches especiais para mim (cheguei na hora do chá da tarde), o que (mais que) resolveu a situação. Como eu já passei por isso em outras situações (pousadas/hoteis) eu acredito que o problema seja do Booking.

Samuel Hellyson (10/5): A vista para o mar é simplesmente sensacional. - Excelente custo-benefício. Hotel muito bonito, limpo, confortável e com uma equipe muito atenciosa. A localização é perfeita, bem no centro de Pipa — não precisei nem usar o carro durante a estadia (e, por sinal, eles ainda cobriram o carro com capa). Tudo isso por um valor justo. Recomendo. A vista para o mar é simplesmente sensacional.

Jose Luis (10/5): Una estadía increíble, con vistas magníficas. Un hotel que recomendaría a todo el que vaya a Pipa. Gran experiencia - La ubicación es excelente y las vistas impresionantes. La playa al ser centro no es linda pero poco importa porque se disfruta plenamente desde la piscina y desde la habitación. La atención del personal superlativa, están en todos lo detalles para que uno solo deba disfrutar.

Verified traveler (10/5): Viva a experiência Marlin! - A experiência foi incrível. O hotel é lindo, vista deslumbrante, atendimento muito agradável, café da manhã e chá da tarde sensacionais. O Hotel conta com o restaurante Marrú, é uma verdadeira experiência gastronômica. O único ponto que deixou a desejar na hospedagem foi que solicitamos a limpeza do quarto e a mesma não foi realizada.

Quiero hacer una mención especial en cuanto a la atención del restaurante que funciona el hotel Marlins ... El restaurante se llama Marru ... Y destacó por sobre todo la atención brindada por el mozo Italo... Destacamos con mi esposo su amabilidad su atención su discreción su empatía y su servicio !!! todo en general!!! Gracias a todos y en especial esperaremos volver pronto aMarlins !! no podemos descargar nada en particular

Luis Alejandro (7/5): Perfecta ubicación, hotel obsoleto que necesita modernización, y unidad cromática de colores, relax - El desayuno bien, las vistas, la situación del hotel, En los cuartos la decoración regular…bien la cama orientada al mar. Hotel antigüo, necesita renovación, ok piscina. Ok la sauna y el café de las 17h. El desayuno demasiado producto, mejor menos productos y más calidad. Ponen tartaletas, queso, jamón, mermelada etc en la mesa, que muchos no comemos…pero lo sirven igualmente. En los cuartos la decoración es obsoleta, debe ser color blanco o un color solo y no tanto color, el espejo no está encima del lavabo, no te puedes afeitar…bien la cama orientada al mar. Hotel antigüo, necesita renovación, todo, también la zona de salones y piscina. Cuando me quiero a meter en la sauna habían puesto dentro los cojines de las tumbonas…no es posible. Me pidía meter en la sauna hasta las 9pm, pero el día que me marchaba la señora de recepción dijo que no, que solo hasta las 17h y que ya iban a cerrar, dio la impresión de que si te vas de hotel ese día no quieren que uses las instalaciones.
