• Ko (2/5): I will never come back and will tell all my friends to avoid this hotel. I have been in BKK many times and lived in doze - nothing The hotel lacks many things. First there is no telephone so got to go down to contact front desk. Then, during my stay, power outage happened the whole day. Though the authority announced in advance, the hotel did nothing so all customers had to use stairs. A nightmare for my friend who stayed at too floor. And front desk staff refused to provide a document to renew my visa so I have to get transfer to other hotel. Although the hotel promised to transport ferry to Sukhumvit, in practical it was not easily available.

• Tomaso (8/5): - J'ai été déplacé à l'hôtel BBK Nana hôtel, qui est géré par la même chaîne (Loft group) que le Paradise Lane. Hôtel tout à fait convenable et idéalement situé au fond de Sukhumvit Soi 8, ce qui a assuré du calme durant la nuit. Chambre spacieuse, propre, bien équipée. Personnel de l'hôtel accueillant et disponible. Rien à signaler.

Flera restauranger i närheten och två 7/11. Supertrevlig personal som var mycket hjälpsamma. Stannar här nästa gång. Prisvärt. Luftkonditionering låter mkt på balkongen.

• Fabio (6/5): Senza lode e senza infamia - La struttura era ben posizionata in quanto vicina allo skytrain e metropolitana. Il bagno era molto vecchio e non ben organizzato. Inoltre avevamo riservato la camera con balcone che in realtà la struttura non possedeva.

El ruido del equipo de aire acondicionado es molesto por la noche. Había una fuga en el baño y el suelo estaba resbaladizo. La instalación del baño, particularmente la pera, era muy antigua y no surtía agua de manera uniforme.

• Steven (7/5): - The accommodation represented good value for money. The location is quiet with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were also very helpful and would arrange for a buggy to take you to the end of the road which was appreciated. I was disappointed that my room didn't reflect what I had believed to get the room that I was getting when I booked as per the pictures shown on booking.com. I discovered that the rooms in the pictures are located in the main building 75 paradise lane and I was booked in the block next door which is Nana Station Loft. The room I had was clean and spacious but dated especially the bathroom which was very basic
• Mauro (8/5): - quando siamo arrivati volevano darci due camere diverse da quelle prenotate , addirittura in un'altra struttura adiacente , della stessa proprietà ma che su booking aveva recensioni molto più basse, è intervenuta la capo reception , non avevano le stanze da noi prenotate ma ce ne ha date due dei categoria superiore dicendo che era solo pe runa notte ma alla fine ci hanno lasciato in queste tutto il soggiorno , quindi ottimo staff . Posizione ottima centrale ma non nel casino è in fondo ad una strada che da su quella principale ma c'è un servizio kart che ti accompagna volendo la richiesta di pagare il deposito solo in cash e non con carta ma come capita un pò in gran parte del paese , solo non mi sarei aspettato anche da un hotel stessa pretesa , ma giusto questa cosa banale

• HUANGDA (1/5): 糟糕透顶，如果想给自己的曼谷之旅找不自在，那你大胆去住吧 - 地理位置还行，走路10分钟就到交通枢纽 这是我第一次非常迫切想要点评 非常不推荐入住 具体原因如下： 1.房屋设施老旧- -这里没有洗衣机 没有牙刷 甚至连拖鞋都没有 吹风机是一个80 90年代的那种长的像吸尘器一样的东西 我长这么大第一次见到 2.服务较差- -正如我刚才所说 这样老旧的吹风机居然还是坏的 然而在告知工作人员以后 他告诉我明天有人来修 难道我晚上要湿着头发睡觉吗？然而有趣的是第二天也没人来修。另外 在这里还要交1000THB的押金。 3.清洁不到位- -进入房间后洗手台正中间有残留的头发 意味着可能根本没打扫，毛巾等也看起来不干净。马桶第一次小便就堵了，呵呵。 4.噪音大- -因为空调老旧，所以声音巨大；给我分配的房间就在电梯口，所以每个人上楼都影响我；最难受的是，我住在高层，但门外动物尖锐的叫声持续了一整晚。 5.性价比低- -正如我上面陈述的问题，在如此差劲的条件下，居然还是这样的价格。折合人民币300多元，现在并不是当地节假日或旅游旺季。我在北京住150的酒店都没这么差
• Vince (1/5): Disappointed - Absolutely nothing. This hotel could be a scam. Never again. See below. I booked into this hotel for two nights. When I arrived, hot and tired I was told that my room was in another building. This turned out to be a much inferior rundown dilapidated hotel run by the same management. It is also on booking.com for a much lower price than Paradise lane. The name of the hotel was Bangkok Loft @ Nana Station. I refused to take it and demanded my money back. This was refused. There was a no refund cancellation policy on this booking. Take it or leave it but no refund. I was hot and tired and this was the last thing that I needed. I had no choice, by now it was late. I later found out that this was something that happens on a regular basis with bookings in 75 Paradise lane. The management have not answered my emails asking for compensation. Mail was sent via booking.com. I am taking this matter further as these are deplorable activities and are not typical of Thailand or Bangkok hospitality. I have stayed many times in Bangkok and have never experienced anything like this. I do not think that this hotel is under Thai management or ownership. Be warned.
• Whazza69 (3/5): Not recommended !! - The spacious rooms! The place is dirty, stained toilet floor, it's rusty , old with loud Aircon, worn out towels etc etc I stayed 4 days with no room cleaning not even collecting the garbage or providing water bottles!!!
• Steve (1/5): Worst experience ever, totally disrespect for Guests, - The Exit, so I could leave. Firstly, we booked the 75 Paradise Hotel. On arrival, even though I had all the Confirmation To prove the Stay at 75 Paradise Hotel, we were told, " You're not staying here; you will stay at Two Hotels Down. very low-rated hotel, first room, we discovered, no towels, or cleaned, so they moved us, second room, again no TV Remote, cockroach in bathroom, Hairs all over bathroom, still only one towel for two persons, when i said this to Staff, was told it would be sorted, so we went out for the day, on return, arrived, still no TV Remote, asked the staff member to come with me so i could show, to my horror, staff advised us to clean, as they can not do anything as the cleaner and other staff have gone home, SO (i was expected to clean and kill and the cockroaches)

Rooms were cleaned with utmost speed apparently - lots of hair around, dust etc. Aircon was useless, loud, just outside your window. They refuse to give me bill/receipt for my stay. They don't respond to my messages. Shady?! Would not stay again.

• Martyn (10/5): - Spacious clean room with large comfortable bed and good aircon. Large fridge with reasonably priced mini bar. Clean private bathroom with shower and toilet. I had the room with a balcony but this was just your own door onto the large shared balcony where you can smoke. I didn't see anyone else use the balcony though and the view over the city is really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. They printed some documents for me free of charge. There's a 500m walk up to Sukhumvit Road, which was mo problem for me, but there's a free golf cart back and forth if you dont fancy the walk. The hotel was good value for the price paid and I'd happily stay there again. As mentioned in other reviews, the aircon outside the room can be quite loud, but I wore earplugs to sleep so this didn't bother me at all. The hotel asks for 1000thb deposit on arrival but this was returned with no issues after the room was inspected at check out.

• Baddouri (5/5): - I stayed here for 5 days, the hotel is in the center of Nana and well located, you can find everything you need across the street. However the room was decent but not for a long stay though, they clean the room every day. There was an overcharge of the amenities inside the room that they didn’t mention before but it’s okay. Next time you could let guests know before check in. Overall it was a good deal worth the value.

• Arianda (5/5): Not a good option for people who are clean. - I liked the location a lot, the staff who were working at receiption during the day time and the free ride to BTS station. I did not like that there was no hot water in the shower, the kettle didnt work. I also asked for comfy soft bed they provided hard beds and didnt take active measurement to change room. Also the room was not very clean - there stains from drinks on desk, the carpet dirty with stains and unvaccumed. And the hotel didnt have tiles in the bathroom, they said this is loft style without tyles but it was also giving me a feeling of unclean and you can see where the water passes down and it wasnt pleasant. I checked out after my stay and changed to another hotel for almost similar price in another area with very clean bathroom, comfy beds and hot water.

Gratis Shuttle zur Hauptstraße Badezimmer war klein und nicht sehr einladend, aus dem Abfluss hat es gestunken. TV hatte 2 englische Kanäle, das Signal war aber auch auf allen anderen sehr schlecht. Telefon war ein Kreischton der Tote hätte erwecken können. An nicht offensichtlichen stell lag noch Müll von vorherigen Bewohnern.
