- SheilahMarie (7/5): - Breakfast was delicious. The ladies in the kitchen were working really hard and quickly to push all the food out to where no one had to wait. The front desk in the am isn't as friendly but the night crew was pleasant to deal with.
- tonyaC1156KO (2/5): Horrible - They kept my “incidental deposit” for no reason and it was literally impossible to get ahold of an actual person to address this. Spent an hour on the phone with their corporate office getting transferred to At least six different operators. Will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn again!!
- Cassia (6/5): Nice facility, sketchy people work here. - Clean rooms, tubs are super slippery. Breakfast isn’t allergy friendly all. Pancake maker was broken. On our last morning someone checked us out before 5 am so a male house keeper walked into room while we were sleeping to clean our room. I sprinted to the door after only one knock and closed the door in his face because our privacy was being violated. I was traveling alone with my 3 daughters. Felt targeted.
- Carrasco Andrade (10/5): - Todo esta bien Todo esta biem

- James S (8/5): We like the Inn we wouldn't of gone back if we didn't. - 4th floor rooms are nice you can see the ocean and at night ships out to sea. Our King room was nice and large. This time the spa tub had all jets working and the pool was nice again. The front desk let us check out at noon the next day when we asked. Breakfast is good a lot of sugar things but still good. Less than a 5 minute ride to the Casino and back on the shuttle runs 24/7 they are free. You just call and they come and get you. The fireplace does not work and didn't work the last time we stayed there. The door that hid the refrigerator was broken you had to lift it to get it closed. Before when we have stayed there the pool was open until mid-nite for adults from 10pm to 12am not this time for some reason. Check in is 4pm check out is 11am. Not bad for the check out kind of late for the check in though. Over all we are very happy staying there.
- Stephanie (1/5): -
- GoGoYoohoo (8/5): Very clean and comfortable stay - Max was the best front desk person ever! He was so helpful and cheerful when he helped us with some glitches. He made our stay the best. Some road noise.
- Corn (6/5): - The room was great the bed was comfortable One of the employees wasn't very nice to us
- Holly Kuchar (10/5): -
- Guest (7/5): -
- Deanna (8/5): Our stay- - Staff was friendly & our room was clean & comfortable! The noise from upstairs (3rd floor)! I'm sure it was not intentional, but the floor needs better insulation or something....very loud when walking around!!!
Key cards having to be reset everyday!!!
- Christine (8/5): Just fine! - Location Dirty hot tub
- Susan (7/5): -
- Walter (6/5): Overall, it was mediocre. I didn't really like the blood inside my sheets that was disgusting. - The location was great, and the accessibility was great, My sheets had blood on them in the shower. There was hair on the wall. The fireplace was broke, but they said they were being renovated, and the couch was not very comfortable. It was broken down really bad,
- Ashley (1/5): - Would not book again Wasnt very clean, had a few issues with staff and complained when we did absolutely nothing wrong.
- Rachael (8/5): - Waffle maker not working
- Susan (2/5): Disappointing - That it was at Lincoln City Super rude staff, would not accommodate my travel partner’s ADA issues, even after several calls and emails to property prior to arrival. Would not change room to accommodate ADA without an upgrade and then denied upgrade since we used booking.com
Room did not have bedding for sofa bed and travel partner could not get navigate restroom without safety bar.
- barbara (10/5): We'll be back - Breakfast was great, room was nice, close to everything. No one told us about the black out screen for the room and there was a bright light out of the window
- Ryan (4/5): Not clean, poorly managed hotel. - Location was good, that’s about it Not clean. Delayed our check-in due to plumbing issues with no warning and no effort to make up for it. Very poorly cleaned hotel top to bottom. Ants all over our bathroom counter. Gave us two towels in room for 5 people. Staff complained of being understaffed. Poorly managed and not clean, an embarrassment to the Holiday Inn brand.
- Ernest (5/5): It was fine - I thought the breakfast was wonderful They were very skimpy on towels and washcloths, when they came in to take her garbage they never straightened or made the bed. I really didn't expect clean sheets but when you pay full nights rent I think you should get at least a nicely made bed.
- LEONEL (10/5): A very happy family - Everything was perfect, extremely clean and comfortable No bad comments at all
- Ken (9/5): Excellent stay, convenient quiet location, good breakfast, helpful friendly staff. -
- Huang (9/5): - 早餐
- Gary (9/5): -
- Abbas (6/5): Un happy, didn’t worth the price they charged. - It was clean and well maintained My room was very close to front desk, very busy and noisy and could hear people walking and talking, very uncomfortable and won’t go back again.
- stephanierA7826XW (2/5): Displeasing/ dissatisfied, harassed- terrible management - Management- Shay was disrespectful and passive over an another guest who had been harassing by dialing my room.
The other guest has been living there/ staying there for over 8 months from what both management and receptionist stated. They also stated that it's not the first time that that specific guest complaints and causes a disturbance. I had to unhook my phone with the acknowledgment of the receptionists. When I went to the receptionists desk and let them know that my son who is listed as a guest was emotionally triggered. The fact that the downstairs guest (Connie) was calling my room by 9:00pm to complain about noise was ridiculous and that is not what the policies are- quiet hours are at 10pm. Then the owner Shay arrives and was deflective. Asking how many children I had, and to just keep quiet. Then he got disrespectful calling the downstairs guest a "b****" and that she is old with dementia and more personal information about the guest with the extended family of the guest- Shay should not be speaking about paying customers in that way; or even suggest to me to have both me and the downstairs guest "handle it yourselves". Shay also threatened to kick out both me and the downstairs guest if the downstairs guest continued to complain- which made no sense if Shay admitted that the problem was the downstairs guest. I then informed him that was recording for safety proposes then he tried to change his tone and offered a refund or a 1 day stay for free. I clearly stated that I will no longer be staying at the property and would like a refund but Shay the owner has been super difficult to communicate with. Management- Shay was disrespectful and passive over an another guest who had been harassing by dialing my room.

I have not been refunded and I am hoping corporate or someone higher up can support with this. Both receptionists Max and Kelly advised me to call because they said this has happened to other guests and nothing has been done about it.
My son and I could not sleep all night, one because the downstairs guest continued to call even after 11pm. My son the. Was crying which was very upsetting to me because we were on Spring Break as most families were at that hotel.
Crazy part, I was there only for a day and experienced so much discomfort.
- Tallis (6/5): Disappointed - New management, we noticed the place wasn’t as clean. Short staff at front desk during check in time. Hotel ran out of towels, was told there is a towel shortage. My son asked for more towels in the hallway. The cleaning person scolded him for asking more because we were only given 2 towels in our room. Hotel also ran out of food and options for breakfast. One would think, they would be prepared for spring break. Apparently, they weren’t. Staff at front desk were doing their best with what they had. We were disappointed this was an our favorite place to stay.
- Jessica Reynolds (7/5): - We had people above us that were so loud and partying. They brought in law enforcement to assist. Breakfast wasn't as good as it was before. Need gluten free options for bread or pancake. Yogurt was empty
- Ms.Courtney (10/5): Fabulous hotel, great location and if you have children, this is a place to go! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, n - The queen room was large and spacious with two beds as described very clean & mattress and pillows were amazing.
Staff was very accommodating, very friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. The only down fall was there was no adult only time for pool and Jacuzzi area. Children were allowed to remain from open to close “unfortunately booking.com “ does advertise adult time only but the hotel does not enforce that / children are allowed in the pool and Jacuzzi from open to close. At any given time there were seven children in the Jacuzzi on our first evening stay, the following day the pool was so loud we had to keep the TV on in our room because we had a room across from the Jacuzzi & pool. Ps there is no washroom in this pool area and nobody seem to mind children not leaving the area to use the washroom. One parent said “well that’s what chlorine is for “ yks !
- ReginaDee (10/5): Our stay was perfect just like my honeymoon stay on December 22, 2024! - It was 4 minutes away from our concert facility! Not a thing!
- Maddy (8/5): Review - Everything in the room was great
Breakfast was great
Staff was very polite and helpful The key cards, we kept having to get them re programmed. The noise from other rooms was a bit much you could hear everything.
- Tungsten Miller (7/5): Good enough for us! - The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the cute little breakfast lady who helped my kids several times during our stay. They also quickly addressed an issue we had with the initial room we had been assigned. The pet area was lava rocks only. Our pet is picky and prefers grass or weeds, but she did her business outside as needed. Hotel room keys are still magnetic as we discovered the hard way when my magnetic wallet wiped out our ability to open the doors. The hotel is definitely older and has seen many pets come through, but could benefit from some for cleaning.
- Alyson (7/5): - pleasant check in staff, clean rooms n/a
- Matthew (4/5): -
- Angela (9/5): -
- Jasmine (7/5): -
- Justine (8/5): -
- Tiffany (8/5): -
- Orin (10/5): - Location and price
- Claudia (10/5): -
- Karen (8/5): Thank full - My family loved the pool and spa and the breakfast. Plus there's snacks throughout our stay there. We didn't care for the sugar ants that took over my husband's drink. Plus there was a dirty wash cloth left hanging up over the shower curtain from a previous customer.
- ZiNita (8/5): We had a very pleasant stay and would come back again. - There is an elevator! The room was comfortable and large enough for two. The bed was comfortable. There was a desk and a large counter to put our suitcase on. There was a microwave and refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee pot. Everything was quite new. It was close to the casino. The breakfast was very good. There wasn't anything we didn't like except we didn't have a view of the ocean, but we expected that.

- Walters (7/5): -
- James (10/5): - We didn't have to drive to the Casino , just grab the shuttle or walk it's 3 blocks away!
- Tracey (7/5): Too noisy and hot. Breakfast was meh. Great staff though. - It was a nice property. Very clean and the staff was friendly and wonderful. There was only one person checking a line of people in. She was wonderful but definitely needed support. The room was soooo hot. We turned the temp to 58, the lowest it would go and still had to turn the air conditioner on. It was January. The people above us stomped around all night and we couldn’t sleep between these two disturbances. The breakfast was a total let down. Again the best part of our stay was the staff. They were wonderful.
- Lilian (8/5): -
- clyde (9/5): -
- hughes (2/5): - The fridger didn't work didn't get a working fridger until 9pm the next night. Some of the employees were ever rude.
- Norman (8/5): cafor meme to view and sketch roads end beach and beach at 21st st, did so great experince - room was very good clean up to date bed also very good meal at breakfast out standing
- Cindy (9/5): -
- Sterling (4/5): not ip to Holiday Inn standards and probably thier policy - location Big hole in shower, no discount on price
- GORDON (1/5): - I was doubled billed for lodging on the night of July 02, 2025. Once by Holiday Inn and once by Booking.com.
- David (9/5): - Good location, breakfast and price.
- Mitzi (9/5): -
- Donna (10/5): Our family enjoyed the stay. - Everything was great! Elevator Issues.
- Monique (6/5): It's a convenient location - The convenience of the hotel and the staff being so friendly. Clumps of hair in the pool, the leaky faucet or stains on the sheets
- Garry (10/5): -
- Steve (7/5): -
- Yolanda (9/5): great value for a better hotel. - great price and breakfast Jets in hot tub broken

- Mario (10/5): -
- Ryan (10/5): Kelly was awesome! Graveyard lady...best ever - Very good and clean
Staff during breakfast was awesome(cook)
Kelly was great!
- Loretta (10/5): - Great to have on call shuttle to casino
- John (2/5): Not much sleep. - Location and value It was very noisy. The room was near the stairs and there was voices and tromping all night. The toilet liked to run and was difficult to flush.
- Kuust (8/5): Loved staying - Love the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness most of the staff we interacted with were great smiling joking and breakfast was super yummy The external door doors not working properly or not working at all were difficult when coming and going the elevator always soaked with water was a challenge only because I have mobility issues and fell or almost fell a few times but it is the only elevator and there's a pool so I guess it can't be helped and breakfast times are different than the web sites says
- Bri (7/5): Amazing price, quiet and friendly - Very nice staff,Quiet, spacious. Jacuzzi was broken and pool was in need of a cleaning
- TANYA (2/5): - It was close to the casino. I booked a room for my 55 th birthday. Asked for top floor and or a ocean view. Didn't get either. I open the curtains all I seen was a roof. And I was on the 3 Rd floor. Not happy
- Mindie (5/5): Quality hotel with good breakfast but dont expect any extras. - Beds were comfy, room was clean, pool a nice bonus, breakfast was good. We had ants in our room that ate our pizza for us. They never cleaned our room or even emptied the garbage cans. No clean towels. Only 3 towels for 4 people.
- song (10/5): -
- Edward (9/5): very relaxing stay... we'll be back - excellent staff very good breakfast need under shelf light for coffee making area.... child running in room above us until after 10 pm... occasional dog barking across hall from our room
