• Elisa (4/5): - The view from the terrace on the green hills is nice (there is no seaview however). Unfortunately the terrace is not private and you can see and hear several neighbours (some of them seem permanent residents). The pool also looks nice, but it is not heated and was way too cold to swim. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances but there are no basic consumables (like salt, pepper, herbs, oil, coffee, tea,... nothing at all). We had a very strange and dissapointing experience in Ea Bianca. It is all very strict and did not feel like a holiday for us. You have to check-in between 5 and 8 pm (if not, you pay 50 euros or more extra). You have to pay a deposit of 200 euros upon check-in. During your stay, you have to take away and sort all your garbage and clean the kitchen yourself (although we paid 90 euros cleaning fee). We only got one roll of toilet paper for the four of us for three nights (!) and one small package of soap per person, again for three nights. There is no housekeeping, restocking or breakfast possibility whatsoever. The apartment lacks charm and basic comfort. The floor is cold, the lighting is horrible, the shower is tiny and there were no bed lamps or bed side tables in the small second bedroom. Also, there were renovations going on in the property, so while sitting on the terrace, workmen were passing by, which made it uncomfortable and disrupted what should have been a relaxing experience. There is no bar or restaurant anywhere nearby, so we had to drive to a supermarket (nearest is about 4kms one way) for food, coffee and toilet paper. In april, the Costa Smeralda was completely dead and everything was closed. The season only starts on in June, so I highly recommend staying in a different region if you travel out of season. Because of a strange misunderstanding we check-out one day earlier than we paid for. The owner came to check the apartment but did not say or asked anything about it. We paid way too much for two rather uncomfortable nights in a desolate region during the off-season, so we asked for a partial refund as a gesture, but this was refused outright. Ea Bianca has the potential of being a family-friendly residence, but it lacks love, charm, comfort and customer service. There are much better value-for-money options in Sardinia.

• Isabella (4/5): Rude manager, cheap facilities & electricity outages - Views were nice If you want to feel belittled by staff, this is the place to stay… Over 3 months of traveling Europe, never have we been made to feel so disrespected by a host. We were lectured upon arrival, made to feel stupid and like we were on a school camp! Terrible hospitality. Other things to note: NO wifi in apartments (only by pool? Weird) and bad cell reception, electricity outages every few hours (cutting hot water too), and a drive to reach any shops or restaurants. While the facilities are nice enough, it feels cheap. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets poor quality. You must pay a deposit upon arrival (hidden in the fine print - which the manager gets a total thrill in pointing out to you) and ensure everything is spotless and rubbish is correctly sorted upon departure otherwise you are charged 50 euro. As someone who only leaves favorable and kind reviews on here, I highly recommend avoiding this accommodation. Save yourself the headache.

Forfait chien excessif (50€ pour un sejour de 2 nuits) et non annoncé par booking. Promiscuité avec terrasse voisine, pas de brise vue. Aucune étagère pour poser quelque chose dans la salle de bain.

Локація чудова, якщо подорожуєш машиною. Парковка безкоштовна, зручний зʼїзд з траси. Шум від траси не дуже дошкуляє, знаходишся в лісі серед гір. Чудові краєвиди. В помешканні все чисто, є всі приладдя для приготування. Не сподобалось те, що букінг не попередив про те, що треба буде необхідність залишати гарантійні гроші на випадок шкоди якоїсь. Це було некомфортно, бо ресепшн сканує всі ваші паспорти, бере інформацію про ваші платіжні картки. Це для мене якісь збір персональних даних, якій не зрозуміло як може бути використаний. Нікого не хочу образити або повчати веденню бізнесу, але для мене це old school service. Я такого давно вже не зустрічав. Більш претензія до Букінгу, бо якщо будуть таки випадки ще раз, буду змушений користуватись іншими сервісами з пошуку. Також помешкання потребує реноваціє, як на мене, бо меблі вже трохи поюзані. Ліжко скрипить, що для молодих пар буде некомфортним)). Та й ще. Читав по відгукам, що WiFi нема належної якості. Я підтверджую це також. Про це було багато зауважень, але власник це ігнорує, як я розумію. Враховуйте те, що ви в горах, мобільний інтернет також не витягує звʼязок, то ви майже будете з постійною роздратованістю. Тут точно не зможете попрацювати. В сучасному світі так вже не можна.

• VVivie (9/5): Very nice stay! - Very big apartment with almost everything that you need. The pool is also very nice except for the taste of the water. There is an elevator which is very handy as our apartment was on the 3rd floor. We had different places to stay on the island and this was definetely the best! Be carefull for late check in (you pay extra) and clean the kitchen very well (or you pay extra as well) Balcony was quite little so we didn't really eat there.

Il nostro appartamento era pulito e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con la ricezione del telefono. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e simpatia: assolutamente consigliato!

The peaceful surroundings and beautiful setting immediately made us feel relaxed and at home. From the moment we arrived, the tranquil setting and stunning surroundings reminded us why we love this place. One practical note for future visitors: the Wi-Fi is only available at the reception, but we came prepared this time! We purchased a TP-Link M7000 and an Italian SIM card for internet, which worked perfectly throughout our stay. We were able to use it not only in our apartment but also while out and about at the beach and around town. It was a very convenient solution! As for the staff, Bela, the manager, was outstanding, just as we remembered from last year. His warm hospitality and professionalism truly make a difference. We also want to express our appreciation for Daniela, who keeps the apartments spotless. Last year, we bought two wine glasses for red wine but didn’t take them with us due to luggage space restrictions. This year, to our delight, Daniela had remembered and placed them in our kitchen cupboard, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful scenery, complete with a charming swimming pool that added to the serenity of our stay. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional customer service, with a special mention to Bela at the reception. From our point of view, all was perfect.

• Paolo (5/5): Passable - Bela was able to remedy the problem stated below after two days by moving us to an acceptable unit. We had booked an apartment unit with sea view with the obvious understanding that there would also be a certain level of natural light. We were initially placed in dark ground level unit (quasi basement) with no view at all. The only view to be had was by stepping outside the unit at 90 degrees to the right. After two nights and some discussion with our host we were moved to a better upper level unit with view and day light as originally expected and paid for.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Abgewohnte Unterkunft mit merkwürdigen Standards - Positiv: schöne Anlage mit Pool, Blick aufs Meer und die bewaldeten Berge von der Terrasse aus Negativ: - Check in erst ab 17 Uhr - Kaution von 200€ wird abgebucht und nach dem Aufenthalt nach 48 Stunden wieder zurückgebucht. Wenn man das Geld nicht auf dem Konto sieht, soll man mit seiner Bank in Kontakt treten (sehr unübliche und höchst dubiose Praxis) - Unterkunft hatte die besten Jahre hinter sich (abgewohnt) - billige Möbel, die nicht zueinander passten und oftmals kaputt waren - nur eine Nachttischlampe am Doppelbett - kein Kosmetikmülleimer im Bad - manchmal kein warmes Wasser, was nervig ist, wenn man unter der Dusche steht - kein Wlan im Zimmer. Wlan nur an der Rezeption (wie vor 20 Jahren) - zum Schluss mussten wir den Müll selbst wegbringen

Host was really kind, he recommended nearby places, gave discounts and gave us information about nice beaches and restaurants 1) No wifi 2) Neighbours were rude, knocking on the windows if we laughed slightly loud so do not go there if you are a group of people who loves laugh and night talks 3) No room service, no new towels and new shampoos daily

• Andreea (9/5): Great place ! Lovely helpful host 👏🏻😘 - Beautiful secluded location with great mountain views and serene mornings. Our host, Bela, was amazing! He even upgraded our room, which was brilliant and highly appreciated. The property was very spacious and we loved having breakfast and wine on the terase. Sadly we never had the chance to try out the pool but saw it and it looked stunning and people were enjoying it. Dishwasher and washing machine are a great addition to this flat!🙏🏻 We had a great time here while in Sardinia! Highly recommend! Wish to return one day. 😚

We travelled together with another family and after we seperatedly booked the Apartments, we asked if it would be possible to get Apartments nearby each other. They made this possible and we had neighbored Apartments which was great. We enjoyed our stay and would always come back. The pool is great for the kids and the view from it is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and takes care of every questions from the guests. Beside that the the regarding Restaurants from Bela have been very good. W-Lan is pretty weak on the pool and unavailable in rooms.
• Ermenegildo (10/5): Ideal location - We had the pleasure of spending 18 delightful days at Residence Ea Bianca in Baja Sardinia, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful scenery, complete with a charming swimming pool that added to the serenity of our stay. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional customer service, with a special mention to Bela at the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable, offering helpful recommendations and always with a warm smile. It’s impressive how Bela manages so well the entire place. Our one-bedroom apartment was a cozy home away from home, equipped with everything we needed. The kitchenette was well-stocked, boasting a washing machine, electric oven, fridge, and freezer. The small TV with HDMI connectivity was a nice touch for cozy movie nights. The air conditioning in the living room kept the space refreshingly cool during the warm Sardinian days. In summary, Residence Ea Bianca exceeded our expectations in every way, providing us with a perfect base for exploring the beautiful beaches in the area. Our favourites were Cala dei Ginepri and Porto Sole. Renting a car is ideal as the location is about 2miles away from the first supermarket. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this hidden gem. Not applicable
• Joao (9/5): Great experience - Clean, comfortable and well located. - My recent stay at Residence Holiday was fantastic. The staff's service was exceptional, the location was great, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend! I did have a few concerns during my stay. Firstly, the shower box was disappointingly small, especially considering the spaciousness of the bathroom. It made the shower experience a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the check-out time was quite early, set between 9 am to 10 am. Given the late check-in time of 5 pm, this left very little time to truly enjoy the space and felt like a significant portion of the day was wasted. A more flexible or later check-out time would have been appreciated.

The staff member was really nice and friendly but also was openly homophobic and talked about his political views when checking in which was a bit uncomfortable to hear as a queer person.

Great location, close to the most beautiful beaches. Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful garden. Tiny shower, no shielding on the bathroom window. Many stairs - difficult to move with a strolley. You can hear everything from the neighbour apartment.
• Maria (8/5): Good stay - The place is great if you plan a longer stay and need access to full amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped, clean and the apartment offers you all the basics you might need (towels, toiletries, etc). The location is also convenient (Porto Quatu, Baja Sardinia - 10/15 mins drive, la maddalena - 1h).
• Lewbee (9/5): Lovely spacious apartment with super-friendly staff, only a short drive from lots of amazing beaches - The apartment was spacious and clean, with a great terrace overlooking both the pool and the sea in the distance. Parking was good with lots of space. Check in was brilliant, with Bela staying late to meet us and hand over the keys. He then took time the next day to hand over a map of the area and point out sights and beaches worth visiting nearby. The pool was great, although not heated (as to be expected) and quite cold in late-September. There is very little to do immediately around the apartment complex and no footpaths to walk to the nearest town, so a car/taxi is essential but there a lots of lovely beaches only a short (10-20min) drive away. There was no kettle or microwave in the apartment (although there is nothing in the listing to say these are provided). However, the kitchen had several pots etc. which was enough to get by (including a coffee perculator to make the most of Italian coffee!).
• Mastandrea (8/5): exceptional quality price - big rooms, pool and the terrace of the apt check in and check out timing, they are really organised and very picky for the garbage which is very rare to see how they care about the environment. it will be great to have more garbage basket to make sure rules are followed.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Servizio di accoglienza pessimo, nonostante avessimo già pagato tutto il soggiorno in anticipo per loro problemi tecnici ci hanno fatto aspettare due ore prima di consegnarci le chiavi della stanza.
• Solemare (8/5): - Buona ubicazione, la casa la abbiamo trovata pulita e con tutto il necessario per vivere una bella vacanza, la piscina è bellissima.

Piscina OK - en nuestro caso tuvimos algunas sorpresas desagradables: se ha de pagar por las sábanas y las toallas; te cobran 80 euros de limpieza al final de la estancia (aunque la cocina la has de dejar impoluta; nuestra campana extractora no funcionó nunca.
