- Verified traveler (6/5): It was not like the picture it showed. - The rooms were far from the water, not like to picture. The living space was nice but the beds were very uncomfortable, we didn't even stay our second booked night. The room was very cold and drafty, and the thermostat was programed to 68 degrees and we very cold, it did not warm well. It didn't even come with towels! We had to go and buy our own. We wanted to rent snowmobiles and was told it was too warm, it was 35 degrees outside! When we asked around they said that it was not true, plus we saw many other people riding snowmobiles. Very disappointed.
- B helpful (2/5): Bedbugs biting and refuse to admit - I stayed there one night and found out red spots after. I went to urgent care and confirmed that they are caused by bed bugs. Talked to the hotel, they refused to admit their mistake first and promised to contact me for solution later. It never happens. The worst hotel stay ever. I have never been such angry at a hotel. I think a non-bedbug room is the basic for a hotel.
