I had a very relaxing time by the pool, the drinks were great and the food was even better. I was very impressed with our room as the bed was so comfy and clean! • airwolf1850 (10/5): Wonderful experience - Hello to all ; I stayed at this wonderful Hotel at Cap Cana and I must say it was delightful and friendly and the food was sooo good but there was one gentleman by the name of Charlie and because of Charlie we had the best time ever Charlie was the best host I have ever had and please believe me I travel a lot and Charlie was always warm hearted and gave us great advice where to visit but most of all his care made us stay on the property most of the time and Charlie was such a great entertainer as well I thought I was watching a Vegas show in the evening and to all out there please come here and have that great experience and laughter and beautiful beaches and warm hearted locals it was amazing and hopefully we shall meet you there and I am sooo grateful to Mr Charlie thank you thank you .

• Elizabeth (10/5): - Loved this resort and everyone there! Would definitely go back. The food was great, the entertainment was awesome, and we absolutely loved our room with a private swim-up pool area and hammock. The only thing that wasn’t amazing is the beach was filled with seaweed, but this didn’t bother us especially since they can shuttle you daily to a beautiful beach 10mins away. If all you want to do is lay at the beach, you might not be happy, but we were super content just laying by the pool.
• Caroline-CLP351 (6/5): A potential gem - This was our third time visiting the Dominican Republic but the first time at TRS Cap Cana. We stayed at the TRS Turquesa last time and decided to see what this resort had to offer. Whilst there were a fair few negatives about this resort I understand that there was a take over occurring at the time of our visit which probably explains some of the issues we encountered. This started at check in which was slow, and it appeared that there was a lack of staff both at the check in desk and bell service. We were shown to our room in block 1 which was a fair size, it had a small walk in wardrobe and private balcony overlooking the marina. As our bags didn’t come straight away and we’d had a long day travelling, I walked back to collect them from reception as I couldn’t wait any longer. The room was clean but it appeared worn and in need of renovation. The mini bar was well stocked everyday with soft drinks and local beer. The toilet got blocked on one occasion we phoned for this to be cleared and the workman came promptly and solved the blockage straight away. Room service was relatively quick, less than 30 mins. There were a few restaurants but not all were open and we had to wait to hear from the butler which restaurants were open each day. This has to be one of the poorest experiences that I have had with regards to the freedom to choose restaurants but then also the service and food quality was poor too. I won’t go into the details here but if food is an important part of your holiday then this resort experience wouldn’t be for you. The quality of the service from staff overall was variable ranging from very poor to excellent. The service is the restaurant Gaucho was very poor. Thankfully we were fortunate to have Esmerlin with us by the pool. She was very good and always made sure we had our favourite cocktails throughout the day. There was plenty of room around the spacious pools and we were always able to find a seat with shade. I went swimming every morning before breakfast and was able to keep to my daily routine which was good. The pool was regularly cleaned each day but is in need of renovation. We were unable to use the beach as it was packed with the most seaweed I’ve ever seen. We knew that the beach was small but we weren’t aware of the seaweed issue. The hotel however has a free shuttle service twice a day to the Juanillo beach which was absolutely beautiful and I would recommend you visit. Jose was one of the drivers for this shuttle service and we were so glad for his help on our last day as he went above and beyond for us to ensure we got to our transfer that was not allowed into Cap Cana - Muchas gracias Jose. Whilst there were many issues at this resort they did not stop us from enjoying our stay and we would visit again in the hope that the new management solves some of these issues.

Everyone was friendly, environment was always clean, food restaurants had amazing food choices, our room was comfortable, and hotel activities were fun. The only thing negative about this place was the private beach access which was closed due to area covered in seaweeds. Apart from that, everything else was a great experience for both of us. We will return for sure in future.

• valoriem106 (4/5): Sleepy Resort - I would have preferred to stay at the other Palladium resort in Punta Cana. We did a day visit and it had so much more to offer and a real beach to walk on.

The resort is a little ways from downtown punta cana where all the pubs and bars are & taxi transport to those places are extremely high. Some excursions also dont pick up from this resort. But overall I would say 9 out of 10. The food selection was top tier and our room was on of the best on the property. Just wish we could of enjoyed the ocean but it was sooo much seaweed the section was blocked off
• Donald (6/5): - Overall, I really liked this property. My only issue was that I paid for an upgraded room with a hot tub and a separate bathtub. When I got there, I received a very nice room, but it had no hot tub and no separate bathtub. They need to update their website and make sure you get the room that you were paying for with the amenities. Also, I asked to be switched to the room I paid for and they would not switch me. They said it was overbooked, but it seemed pretty empty.
• krystynm2015 (10/5): EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW!!! - I will start by saying I am 35 years old and went with my sister (age 34). My sister and I have been traveling for almost 20 years almost always go to all inclusive in the Caribbean. I want to say Stephanie (our butler) Juan Luis (our server) Charly and Ethan (our entertainment) Luis (our poolside bartender) and Nelson (server by the pool) all worked their butts off and did an EXCELLENT JOB. All of the staff really go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with everything and having a good time. They keep a drink in your hand the entire time (if you want them too) They also make you feel special and appreciated. Always saying hello from wherever they are when they see you. It’s an amazing feeling. The butler assigned to you will tell you the activities for the day and make your reservation for dinner each night. Every night there was one restaurant open. Italian, Steak house, Caribbean Fusion, Beach BBQ etc. There is also room service offered 24/7 but sometimes they did not pick up the phone. We thought the room service breakfast was better than the restaurant’s. Breakfast was 7am-11am, lunch was only at Helios 12:30-3p, then dinner was one restaurant per night 6:30-10pm (you need a reservation from your butler for dinner). They did have a coffee bar open at 7am which was great. We got Espresso Frappes every morning with baileys! Then we would go eat and wait for the pool and pool bar to open 10/10:30 depending on the day. Also note that the pool closed at 6pm so get a swim up room if you want to hang in the pool after 6pm. THERE IS NO BEACH at the resort. It’s a very small area but the seaweed is so bad you can not go in the water. There are workers 24/7 shoveling the seaweed but its inevitable. So if you’re looking for a beach resort keep in mind you will have to take a 10 min free shuttle to Juanillo Beach. Which we did. There is only one bar/ restaurant/ shop and some chairs but the water and actual beach was beautiful. Beach shuttle only has two options 10:15-1:30 or 1:15 to 4:30 I believe. But its everyday. The swim up bar is shaded under the bridge but the bartenders there are excellent. They are fast and very friendly. They keep it entertaining and always remembered our drink orders. I really can not say enough positive things about this staff! Also, the resort itself is BEAUTIFUL! The rooms were amazing. The pool was amazing. It’s a very RELAXING place to stay. This is not a party resort. Also, there is no nightlife. There is no where to

• Jeffery Scott (10/5): - This is a tough review because it depends a lot on what you want out of your stay. First. The resort grounds are 5 star, very clean and extremely well kept. All the staff were 5 star, super nice and worked hard there. The spa was great, free to use the facilities had an excellent deep tissue massage extra cost, and theres a secluded pool back there. Cant, comment much on drinks because we didnt drink much. But it seemed fine to me. The food is tricky, some was really great, better than i expected, some not so great. I stuck to eggs. Bacon, little churros, and plantians for breakfast, and loved it. Overall, the buffet breast was hit and miss. Ate lunch at helios everyday and had good and great meals, particularly enjoyed the giant beef rib one day, which fell off the bone, brownie ice cream dessert amazing. Picky eaters will struggle with lack of choices, especially over several days, not for vegans. Theres also a grill open by the pool for burgers, fried chicken, hot dogs. Little coffee shop for a small snack, and 24 hr room service included. Room service was hit and miss too. Nachos not so great, but surprisingly had an excellent steak and burger, pizza was good too. This is a small quiet place, exactly what we wanted. Little beach is non useable, shuttle to juanillo beach was great. Beautiful not crowded beach, loved it. Shuttle was easy to use. The aging room was 3 star, bed was 5 star. Nice big shower. We had a great relaxing stay.

• Kaitlyn (8/5): - My husband and I stayed here for his birthday. We stayed for a week and overall the experience was great! We stayed on the resort most days and enjoyed lounging by the pools or on our balcony. The room was incredible. We had 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi and sun bed on the balcony. View was absolutely gorgeous. The only issues we had was when it rained, our glass sliding doors to the balcony let in a lot of water. It was quick to dry it up and open the door to dry out the rest, however I called down to attempt and get staff to come clean it but nobody came up. The pools were nice and there was some kind of activity every day. Bartenders were very friendly. I will say, I’m not a very picky eater but I had a hard time enjoying the food selections. Breakfast was a buffet every morning with an omelette station, but the buffet served a lot of dinner foods (rice, egg rolls, sausage, plantains…) The food I ate was good, just not a big selection. We got a butler included with our stay and he was amazing. We were able to text him with any questions and he made dinner reservations for us every night. This was the quietest resort we stayed at and would definitely recommend it if you’re not looking for a party every single night.

• Lexine (10/5): - So impressed with our stay here! We came for our honey/babymoon and this place really exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, everything is so fresh! Not your typical buffet style resort, the restaurants are all amazing! Just make sure to book your reservations in the morning with your butler to guarantee your preferred timing. Our butler Carlos was wonderful, he went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. You must book a swim up room, it is so worth it!! Our cocktail server Nelson was constantly coming around to bring us drinks or snacks as we enjoyed our pool time. Super friendly staff. Beautiful resort. It’s small and private and relaxing. The nightly entertainment was also great. It was exactly what we needed for our little getaway. Five stars in all categories. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

• Kevin (8/5): - If your looking for a low key, quiet safe place. Then TRS cap cana will work. Its a small resort with nice views but the beach area was terrible. Its just part of rhe cove area with lots of seaweed. Get a swim up room, facing the main pools. Food could have been better considering their rating. Bring your yeti cup for drinking, they use small paper cups. They do have service coming around for drinks. We stayed in our room with our swim up and got drinks. Weather wasn't the greatest, but comfortable. We went April 1 to the 5th, 2025. Some rain and wind. Room service takes a hot minute, but its decent. Staff was excellent and grounds and rooms very clean. Nice landscaping. Overall not terrible, but definitely paid more than a 5 star in Cancun.

• ameliabQ7809FD (6/5): Not great if you want to come for a DayPass - Was staying at a nearby villa and decided to book a DayPass for something different to do and both times proved to be subpar. The actual resort is beautiful and most staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The food options are not great. The a la carte menu at Helios is very underwhelming. My biggest issue would be the amenities that day pass guests can use to clean off after a day at the beach. At check in I was not informed where or how I can tidy up, I had to ask around. The area provided is only open till 5pm but the day pass is until 6, unclear how this makes sense. Angelica the concierge manager also insists to use security personnel to escort DayPass guests out once 6pm arrives; why that’s necessary is beyond me. Overall, they don’t offer much for a DayPass guest. Contact other resorts in the area for a better experience.
• Dionicia (10/5): - I wanted a resort where I could rest & relax….mission accomplished! The property was peaceful & beautiful. My room was perfect with the hammock and swim out pool, and the staff was excellent, specifically my Butler, Aronni, and Elian, Arlette and my massage therapist. The hot stone massage was heavenly. There was one one issue that was immediately addressed & resolved. If you are looking for a low-key stay in a beautiful environment with top notch service…this is your place! I will definitely return and refer to clients in the future.

Day and night entertainment with Charlie from Pop is excellent! Bartender Nelson is also amazing! Helios is delicious. Beds and rooms are great. Simple and everything you need.

I would stay again because of the VIBE at this resort...but you have to be taken (or drive) to a real D.R. beach.

Charlie was nice and funny , he tried to organize a great entertainment every night. We were lucky to enjoy the “beach” at the resort for 2 days out of 8 because of a huge quantity of seaweed. I can say there is no beach at all! The pool service was poor, if you order a drink you can wait forever. They have buffet style option for breakfast only, the selection of food very limited. For lunch just one restaurant with the same menu every single day. I never will be back.

The staff needs to improve: -The check-in / check-out process was unpleasant with Jimmy Acosta rude attitude. -The butler was useless, mostly unavailable, and did not deliver the request. Drinks requested were unavailable, and the wine included in my reservation never arrived, even after they promised it would. -At the restaurants, waiters frequently forget ordered things like coffee, sugar, etc. -SPA therapists are a waste of money, for most of the massage, they felt distracted as if they were doing something else. Using just one hand most of the time without any technique. I would love to come back because of the facilities and the area, I hope these staff issues get corrected.

The staff was very personable and professional. The ladies in the coffee chop were a delight. My group of friends and I had so much fun dancing at the sports bar with their DJ Black Perl. I was sad to leave. I will definitely be back.

• ERIDELMA (4/5): - If you are looking for a peaceful place where you can simply eat, drink and rest this is the place for you. However, if you want a lively place with entertainment, pool activities and active guests, do not book this hotel. Also, the menus at the different restaurants do not offer a great variety. The lunch and dinner menus are the same and in many occasions, guests end up ordering the same thing during their stay, not because they like the dish, but because there is nothing else. One thing I have to say is that the staff goes above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and appreciated.

• TGraw (8/5): Wonderful staff - The staff at this resort are all so friendly, willing to help and truly make you feel they care. They love to see you smiling and having a good time. The beach is the only thing that needs a little love. If you want a beach not your place. The rest is wonderful.

• Hasina (2/5): - I called the hotel 15 times , it literally took me 3-4 hours the day before to set up transportation, was transferred to the wrong person and then was told they do not offered transportation after all of this effort. I set up my own transportation and paid 60 $ but come to find out later that the hotel have free shuttle to airport and back . Communication was the biggest problem , no one was speaking English so there you can guess how everything could be horrible since we could not communicate, . Pool nasty , dinning choices only one , service for breakfast terrible and food choices all pork ( did not consider the one do not eat pork .Food was cold and u could see that they were not fresh and it was out of store freezer . Spoke to the manger and nothing was done .I spend 2000$ for three nights and of course this was vacation from hell , we left early and pay extra for airlines ticket . We order food from room service , the food came out not cooked , the pizza dough was not cooked at all . After eating since we were so hungry my husband end up having diarrhea soon after . He stop eating until we left the hotel .

• Carolina (6/5): - The area is absolutely beautiful - the hotel is great aside from little details that would make it awesome (chairs that need replacing, broken things here or there). The experience would have been awful if not for the staff - the menu had absolutely nothing to accommodate a vegan diet and nothing at the breakfast buffet was labeled. The lunch and dinner options were all a la carte and once again no vegan options. Once the staff heard that I was vegan they made the best to accommodate me - this was easier for me since I speak Spanish (I had to explain what vegan was several times). So in a nutshell, nice place, NOT for vegans.
• Magarica Lizzie Victoria (6/5): - The property is beautiful and the pools and Surrounding areas such as the lobby and rooms were also very clean throughout entire stay. I would just say this is a place where you should come if you want to fully relax. There are very limited things to do and there is almost nothing around you. The food here is a very big miss though. For myself, I was able to get through it by eating steak and potatoes. Whereas my husband did not eat anything. I do agree the food needs serious help. Most things taste stale. For the staff, many inappropriate jokes and weird attitudes towards guests. Most staff were friendly, but the host of the activities gave off a really rude vibe. He went to every table except for ours when letting everyone know about the activities at dinner. There was also another incident with the couple we were also there with. So this did put a damper on our trip. All and all, good time but wouldn’t come back. The foam party and fire show were the best part of this resort.

• Cara L (6/5): - The pool and grounds are gorgeous, but the beach is miniscule, and you can barely see the ocean from the ocean-view room. If you're hoping to walk up and down a beach, this is not the place!! Staff, as a rule, were polite and friendly. That said, upon check-in, I was introduced to a 'Butler', whom I was told would make all my meal reservations appts. Awesome, right?!? He showed me to my room, asked if I needed anything. I asked for ice - he left, and I never saw or heard from him again that week! Sooo, no dinner reservations, no spa appts (I never even found the spa, or pool towels, for that matter.) Not that it did matter, because twice I sat in a chair (different ones each time) by the pool, as you do on vacation, and both times I was chased off by an employee who said I wasn't a 'premiere' guest, which I guess all the furniture is reserved for.🤔 Not sure how that works since I spent thousands for this short getaway. Couldn't help chuckling to myself that Expedia calls all our pkgs VIP! And on that note . . . Last, but worst, in my decades of travel history around the world: I was bumped from my U.S. flight the day I was supposed to leave, and after notifying hotel that I'd not need the first night of reservation, instead of decreasing what I'd already paid in full by one day/night (until the next flight was available), they charged me an addl $280 to hold the reservation (that, again, had already been paid) I ended up paying six nts for a four-nt vacation.

• Imi (2/5): - Where do I even begin. Look at Google reviews before you book here. Avoid altogether if you can. Everything is not as advertised. Do not updraft to premium package. You will regret it. When we first arrived the jr suite swim up we had booked was dirty, bathroom had urine stains on the floor and the toilet seat and the room did not look like it had been swept (took pics). Took almost 2 hrs to get a new room and it was not the swim up either it was a downgrade that we were forced to stay in for 2 days. Butler comes with swim up room but we did not see him u til close to dinner. There are very few dining options and the food was mediocre at best. Will not returg

Adults only all inclusive, very diverse group of people vacation there. we had a swim up and loved it, got service from the bar without having to be in the big pool, it was great! Carlos was out “butler” he was amazing and very helpful! will definitely be going again !

So it was never a fight for a pool chair, and you didn't have to wait long for service, drinks, etc. The outdoors of resort was absolutely beautiful and ver clean and well kept. The rooms were a bit outdated and could have used a bit of upgrades. However, we didn't choose this resort for what the INSIDE of rooms looked like, as the outdoors, pool, food and staff made the experience what it was! We didn't book a vacation to stay indoors! There is no beach, however the free shuttle to Juanillo was the perfect plan in place for those wanting more of a beach scene.
