The second was the location of the room, as a smoker it was great having a room close to an exit. The homeless person hanging around the exit door. He wasn't off putting but I was a bit uncomfortable having not been around peeps like that before.

The beds are not comfortable, there was hair all over the comforter, all around felt very dirty. Room was right behind the main area where they hold breakfast so a 5 am wake up call with tables and chairs being pushed around was not the best way to start our morning.

Breakfast was included and the breakfast room had a pretty Christmas tree and a lovely fireplace. Food was varied and good. It wasn't crowded on the weekday and there was plenty of parking in a safe lot. The bed was supportive and had 3 pillows of variable softness. It was clean. They had popcorn at night and there were snacks and drinks that could be purchased. Plenty of outlets and a plug in for a phone at the bedside. I couldn't get the TV to work.

It is clean, quiet and the staff checking us in was super helpful. We were able to check in earlier than 1pm. Hot Breakfast was provided the next morning, along with fruits, coffee tea and juices. I appreciated the convenience of not having to go anywhere else for breakfast.

Perhaps a heads-up about the construction would have been nice. Overall, the hotel location was very helpful while we visited a family member in the hospital, and the few surrounding restaurants were very convenient. If needed, I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family.
