Had a very energetic toddler above us that was running for hours, But it didn’t stop us to have a great time.

- Shawn (1/5): Worst experience ever. Not worth the price. - Nothing Almost everything. Broken blinds, hot tub barley worked, half of the electrical didn't work. I had to find the breaker box and fix it myself. Customer service was useless. Hot water only lasted 10 minutes at most. TV didn't work. Controls for the heater in the living room was broken. The bed felt like I was sleeping on either a box spring or a matters that was 60+ years old. I had to sleep on the pill out sofa bed.....
- Anonymous (1/5): Wish it could have been as we thought we had bought. - The property was lovely We had confirmed reservations for three night but got there to find only two nights available called Vacasa and Bookings. Had to move the third night to a lesser room AND had to pay an additional $202 when we already paid for three nights $609. Vacasa and Bookings each blamed each other and made us most upset. Nothing more has been done to resolve this. We want our $202 refunded and more since our third night was much inferior. Please someone take care of us. We travel a lot and are in our 80’s and thought we would try Bookings and Vacasa. Most disappointed

The living room was very dirty at check in. Dirt, sand, hair everywhere. The quality of the living room wasn't great. Most of the silverware, pots and pans were dirty/rusted/scratched. They need to better explain how to unlock and lock the front door.

Only issues were, no cleaning supplies, no paper towels, no kitchen towels, the hot water ran out trying to fill the hot tub, the fireplace didn't work, and in the cupboard had empty avocado and olive oil bottles. We like to leave a place as clean when we arrived, but couldnt.

Gas fireplace out of order apparently for some time according to guest book. No tv in bedroom. Old couch and broken massage recliner. Tv in living room volume kept going out.

- Natasha (5/5): Not a luxury stay, needs upkeep. - I liked the jacuzzi tub and close proximity to the beach The fire place didn’t work, the dryer was out of order so we couldn’t wash our clothes or even the towels, the recliner is broken and scary to recline, the couch is very uncomfortable and sinks in, there were no robes as pictured, the jets on the jacuzzi only stayed on for about 5 minutes. The TV had a parental lock so we were unable to find much to watch. The TV was too old to mirror cast or stream. The oven was not cleaned and billowed smoke when we tried to use it, there was heavy dust build up in corners of the room and fans, there were cut wires on small appliances, the bed was very high and difficult for me to climb into, the pillows were very flat and old, slow draining bathroom sink. Old towels and only 4 for two people for a 5 night stay. Definitely not a luxury stay.

- Tina (7/5): Beautiful place - It was a key code send via text message so we didn't have to wait to check in at all and that was a lot better than having to talk to someone because we are introverts. The property was beautiful and very clean. Lots of parking. When you text you get a prompt response which was nice. They have a jacuzzi tub in the room. They have all the kitchen items you need They have a cute lil doggie area They have games to play I have always wanted to stay here and the Caroline Inn so I'm happy I was able to cross it off my bucket list They have shampoo, conditioner and soap The decor was nice and I can't get over how clean it was so I will mention that again. These are only for people to know not complaining It was hot, no AC but fans are provided which was nice. No trail to the beach which would have been nice. The patio door lock is VERY hard to lock, I felt like it was broke and reported it but it was our bad not straining hard enough to lock it but we didn't want to force it. Prices are very high, and they ask you to do dishes and laundry The door to the laundry says employees only but they ask you to do laundry so we did, the laundry pods are hanging in a basket in that closet If you don't like stairs stay on the lower level, there's still stairs but not as many The patios are open so you see everyone

Parts of the room was dirty. Rooms definitely need attention as things are starting to deteriorate. No robes available but are in all the pictures. If you are gonna list it, it needs to be available.

- Donna (7/5): Lovely property convenient to many restaurants and shops, yet quiet. - The unit was very welcoming, well laid out, and pleasant. I remarked several times that I could live in the unit full time. The door keys in the lockbox did not work in the unit door. We arrived at 10 pm and tried the keys for 10 minutes before calling Vacasa. We ended up being housed in the unit next door until the following day when a locksmith came to make new keys. There was no bedding for the sleep sofa. It had one very old set of sheets but there was no extra pillow or blanket. I slept on top of the couch on the cover that many have probably sat on before and did not sleep well the entire time.

- Shawn (9/5): Overall we totally enjoyed our stay at Judith Ann and will come back. - loved the location and the unit-met all of our needs the pullout couch/bed needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable and for a third party having to use this bed did not meet our standards. This piece of furniture has definitely seen its days and needs to be replaced ASAP. There was not enough condiments for the coffee-no powdered cream, barely any sugar. The lock for the front door needs to be replaced. No instructions on how to use the key code when leaving the unit. Time to enter the unit and leave the unit took up to 5-10 minutes because we could not get the door to lock.

- Sonya (8/5): Great beach location, perfect for romantic get away. - Fantastic place to stay. Had an amazing time, enjoying the property. Vey quiet, and clean. A couple of things could be improved to make this an even better experience. First, there was no extra roll of toilet paper. Second, it would have been a nice gesture to have coffee making supplies to go along with the coffee machine.

- Payer (7/5): Good - The kitchen and the tub were awesome. The heater in room didn't work, the back door didn't lock, the hair dryer didn't work, we had 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, and only the trash bag in the trash. So we kept reusing it.

- Loretta (9/5): nice and relaxing - The location was fabulous, we loved the beach view. The full kitchen was an amazing feature. Having the dishwasher, washer and dryer were so helpful. Nice shower head. The hot tub was a nice feature. There's a cute journal book, that has little notes from other folks that have used the room. 10am check out is WAY too early. Especially when they want you to start the sheets and dishes by check out. As much as I liked mostly everything, there were a few small things that needed attention. The balcony lawn chairs were broken, and according to the notebook, they have been broken for months. The cooking pans were unusable. They were all scratched up. We had to buy a new one at the local IGA, for about $11. No big deal. There were a couple of drinking glasses that were cracked. Use caution. I'm not a fan of the $98 cleaning fee, especially when I cleaned the towels, sheets, and dishes and took out the trash. The hot tub was hit and miss to working.

- John (1/5): Great location, good potential but hidden fees and a total lack of upkeep make this a non-starter. - Location was nice. The kitchen, although we didn't use it for an overnight stay, was very functional and big. The key lock box was easy to get at. Where do I start.... In short, the place is a dump. The carpets are stained everywhere. The bed is worn out and probably hasn't seen a new mattress in a decade. The bed sheets were pilled and worn. The couch has torn cushions and was probably older as the mattress. The fireplace wouldn't light. The TV had no sound - yes we followed the instructions in the manual, but they don't apply to that setup. And, strangely enough, you couldn't even enable the closed captions. The jacuzzi spa did work, but was so loud as to be audibly uncomfortable. Think jet engine... Despite the no pets policy, our neighbors above us brought their dog. It barked. The hall closet door wouldn't close. If you needed it (we didn't) the washer door was taped shut. I can only assume it is non-functional. The biggest complaint, as if the above weren't enough, is the bait and switch on pricing. The room booked for $155. Then there were all the extra fees that didn't show up until after the booking was made. 12 % Tax is excluded. US$ 94.08 Cleaning fee per stay is excluded. US$ 18.82 Tourism fee per night is excluded. 20.16 % Service charge is excluded. 10.08 % Destination fee is excluded. This ended up being a $333.38 stay! For one night. I've stayed in $300 a night luxury hotels that were 5 star. This is not one of them. I've stayed in Motel 6's that are nicer than this. I'll be pursuing a refund or having my chargers reversed. The condition of the room and the non-functioning amenities is unacceptable at this price.
- Sheila (5/5): I will not recommend this place. - The location was good, but then in ocean shores all locations are good. If there had been an actual host on sight to talk to. They were working out back clearing land, noisy. No air conditioner. No elevator. Seagull poop on hand railings not cleaned off once the whole stay. Internet quit working due to workers, ours never came back on.

So close to the beach too. Although there was no beach view, it was close by. I loved hearing the surf, seagulls and the stars at night. Happy memories were made. We’ll be back! n/a
