One of the beds was uncomfortable, but I changed to the other one for the second night, and it was better.

I would say for the price we didn’t get the same as a lower price at the last hotel we stayed at. The room was a bit small & there was no stove. Also, the paint on the pool & hot tub was stripping making the walls & floor a bit squishy

Alec (9/5): Would definitely stay again! - Great value for a smaller corner unit with an ocean view. Clean and comfortable. Inside facilities clean, basics provided. Gas fireplace a nice addition, although it was not used during my visit (a bit too warm out here already). Could hear overhead neighbors walking around, enough to wake me up a few times. Guess I thought there would be hot tub/whirlpool or something similar in the room, but it was a community space on the grounds. No biggie.
Gary (10/5): We came to celebrate our 40 th anniversary. It was magical thanks to the ebb tde.lde - Everything was amazing, Karina did a super job cleaning our room! The staff was so friendly and kind. We loved the pool and hot tub. The cookies at 6pm are the best I ever had.. breakfast was awesome too. The view we had was beautiful. I loved the fireplace There was one guy vaping in the hot tub.

ianaQ6672VY (10/5): Wonderful Place! - Beautiful oceanfront without being prohibitively expensive unless there is a convention in town. The help is uniformly warm, friendly and competent, and the free breakfast room is remarkably well provisioned with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, milk, fruit juices, coffee, tea and more, all of it included in the cost of your room and kept well stocked throughout the morning, 7:00-10:30am, as I recall.

joandQ9653QN (10/5): Conveniently located - Selected hotel because of location, pet friendly, and provided breakfast. Comfortable bed, gas fireplace, close to the beach and cookies provided at 6 pm. I was on the end so only had one neighbor who was quiet. The only amenities missing are a balcony and air conditioning which would be nice in the summer. Hotel also has a pool, but requires you to go outside to another building which is not convenient when weather is cool or rainy.
Ensman (9/5): Such a relaxing stay, we'll be back. - We love the beach and we were so close. Short walk and there we were. When we arrived one of the chairs were broken, staff was so fast to replace it. The bathroom was not user friendly. The toilet did not want to flush on its own. And, it was so low! Rest areas have taller toilets.

Stacey (8/5): We would stay here again. It was comfortable. - Location to the water and Broadway was great. They still have shower amenities where the chains have stopped that now. I got the birthday pkg for my daughter and she loved it. Great price too. Not enough parking. The bed was a little hard but not awful. The people above us walked like baby elephants at 7am, not the hotel's fault, obviously. Continental breakfast was over by 10. If we're out by 11, that isnt much time. Would've been nice if it were open til noon.

Mary (8/5): - It is right on the Promenade and convenient to everything. The hot tub was hot, unlike other places in town I’ve stayed at. The breakfast was decent. The WiFi was good. The cookies were tasty. The people were nice. I was told that my room was a no view room because of the sand dunes. However, the window had condensation between the two panes and also needed cleaning. The bedroom was small and the sofa was too low. It was your typical Booking.com room. It was a little rundown and less desirable than other rooms.

Simmons (10/5): Absolutely wonderful. My dogs were treated well. Your location is wonderful. Beautiful breakfast - Your staff was so gracious and made us feel at home. We have 2 dogs and they put us on the ground floor near the grass. We received a box of towels and bowls and biscuits and "poop" bags for the dogs. The dogs are our children and you do cater to dogs which is what our main love of your place, plus your location, your breakfast was so so excellent and again your staff are so nice. You have a very good team there. Absolutely nothing. We were very pleased with everything and will come back soon and so will my son and family.

Need to-go containers for those on the go or with family members that don't want to come to the lobby we could take breakfast back to the room easier in a container then a plate

jainabeeme (10/5): Best place for the dunes and the moon and the birds and a cookie. - When I want a cozy and relaxed time by the ocean, the Ebb-Tide provides me with a friendly local vibe that beats the generic corporate options. I always get a room with a kitchenette so I can settle in for a few days and watch the sun and moon and birds and kites roll over the dunes. But if I feel like getting a fancy espresso drink or some tasty Thai food or a ride on the carousel, it’s just a short stroll down the Prom. And don’t forget the fresh-baked cookies in the lobby at 6pm! Nibble on them while sitting by the window with the little gas fireplace to keep warm. Yes, I know it’s well weathered—that’s because it is about as close to the Pacific Ocean as one can get without camping on the beach! We should all be so lucky to be tended so well and last so long.

Rachael (2/5): Worst place I ha ever ever stayed at. My organization will not list EBB Tides for future hotel stays - Clean bed & towels. The parking, lumpy carpet floor, wind coming the window seems, the night shift staff, and the stomping & running of kids above my room as late as 1230 am! I complained to the office 4 times & they did nothing! I wrote management a letter. I would never recommend or stay there again!

Jody (9/5): I had a very enjoyable break, and would love to come back again! - Breakfast was great! There was a mini pancake machine, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Loved the fireplace; very cozy! Staff were all kind and helpful. Nice view! There was a fan for white noise, and I slept better because of it. Location was excellent; right on the boardwalk. Comfortable bed! I wish the fireplace could stay on longer than 15 min at a time. My little coffee machine didn’t work, but there was plenty of coffee downstairs, so no big deal. I tripped and fell on the stairs they were repairing- noticed after that there was a sign that said to be careful.
