• latricetaylor19 (6/5): Entire Grounds inspection - Overall, the grounds are clean and slightly maintained. Bed sheets are dirty and need washing, new carpet is needed in the hallway along with baseboards, but overall stay was ok

The beds were horrible hard as a rock we had three adults and all of us could barely sleep. Then in the morning at 8:50am we were told to not eat breakfast because she wanted to clean up. I would only stay here if you had no other choice.

• John N. Maher (6/5): Pleasant, kind staff, clean linens and towels, high rates, thin walls, ample parking. - Breakfast closed very early, so I missed it each day. The guest in Room 220 would not stop screaming in Spanish for two days, for hours per day.

• Christina (2/5): I paid twice for the same room - I reserved my room as pay at the property. The manager called and demanded payment before I arrived or he would give my room away. He said he would cancel my room if payment wasn’t received by 6pm. The app has no way to pay after you select pay at property. I made another reservation and paid online. Once there the manager said he would cancel the other room knowing he already charged me for it. The manager is a thief. Hotels.com should make hotels uphold the reservation I reserved. Never had this happen before, a demand for payment.

• Angelina (10/5): - Great service! Very nice staff. Very upfront about the price and deposit on room. It has a pool that is well kept. You have to go to the front desk to get access but totally understandable to keep the pool clean and at capacity.

• Terricka L (2/5): - The room was very outdated, the walls were patched up all over the room, even inside the shower / bath. The door in the hotel room was also patched up as if someone punched a hole in it previously. The breakfast was all dry foods, there weren’t many choices.

• Elizabeth (6/5): - This was a three night stay for a family trip. Although the staff were friendly and accommodating, the facility and offerings were disappointing. The interior was run down and our room did not appear completely clean. The carpet did not look swept. I found a beer bottle cap on the floor in the room. The in-room coffee pot did not work, nor was the basket stocked. The cable channels advertised as offered weren't available. The manager stated this was a Comcast issue for all guests but it was never resolved during our stay. The "continental breakfast" barely had offerings with limited stock-and we went down during the first hour each morning. The pool did not have towels and only had three chairs. Overall, the facility seems to operate on bare-minimum offerings to guests. It didn't match with how friendly and helpful the staff were.

The bed was worn out on one side while the other felt brand new. The wallpaper was peeling in multiple places, and the jacuzzi paint was chipping.

• Jaleesa (2/5): Don’t waste your money here. - The tub was dirty as well as the furniture in the room. The chain for the door was missing. Everything had stains and the staff gave attitude when I pointed out all the unclean and unkept things no accommodations offered at all.

• Ruth (5/5): Could have been better. - Close to I57 and fast food places. They are putting in a pool and I think it will have a lift for persons in wheelchairs. Even though we had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night, it was handled quickly and appropriately. Kudos to the staff and fire department. Asked for room for persons with disabilities, and it was not adequately prepared. It did have a higher toilet and grab bars by toilet and in shower. Sides of the tub/shower were higher than usual, difficult to step over. Room smelled strange, hot/cold water handle in sink was opposite, and no directions with 2 remotes for the TV. Office girl did come down and show us what to do.

• Joseph (2/5): Very poor - location We didn't like having towels rationed out 2 per person, the windows were draft, the bed linen was not clean, the faucet where you wash your hands was not screwed into the sink and slid around, and the bath tub needed to be refinished. The outdoor rugs were torn and presented a trip hazard and breakfast was nearly non-existent. Please renovate the ENTIRE hotel and retrain the front desk evening staff on hospitlity.

We talked to the person at the front desk and had said that we wanted to cancel our reservation due to the pool not being in service. We asked to make sure that we weren’t gonna be charged for the room they said we would not be charged the room and found out we were charged for it anyways, horrible experience will never stay at that. Never recommend it to anybody else.

• Tania (2/5): If you’re not desperate don’t go. - I liked that nothing sketchy was happening. I switched rooms twice and they both were dirty. Paint was peeling off of the tub, mold on the shower curtains and inside of the AC unit. There were stains on the lights and curtains and a sticky substance on the floor. The sheets were dirty on both beds. The cleaning people were cleaning the bathrooms without gloves or proper cleaning supplies. There were gnats around the ice machine. The phones in the rooms did not work. The locks for the door were janky and the extra latch was coming off of the wall. Thank God nothing untoward happened.
• DeVaughn (2/5): Decent hotel but terrible service - Booked this hotel because of the pool and when I got there find out that the pool is under renovation then the TV in my room didn’t work for an hour and they finally fixed it. Then I actually check out this morning. They tried to charge extra $20 to check out at 1:00 PM, so I did decided to check out at 12 PM noon then damn employees knocked on the door and tried to charge me $20 to check out at 12 noon.

Bed sheets had stains on them. Towels still had stains from previous guests. The bathroom was an overall disaster. Would not recommend staying here unless the staff makes a lot of changes.

Dirty linen Moldy Smell In Room Wet Carpet Room telephone did not have a connection cord to wall could not use. Shown a second room and it was not any better.
