- fish (10/5): - The apartment tucks in the city on a quiet street. Easy stroll to Queen Victoria Marlet and the cbd. Parking is included so it is very rare for city accomodation. Property is clean overall.
The only thing is aircon is a portable system and it will take a while to cool down the whole place. When I was there one of the tap was dripping hopefully that is fixed now.

- Nigel (8/5): Nice unit, very close to Victoria night markets - Great hosts and they did ring to see if everything was ok. Parking secure and bed clean and comfortable.
Only downside and it didnt bother me or hinder my stay at all was a slight damp smell but i couldn't work out from where!
Washing machine/dryer was a real bonus but a little difficult to operate just the dryer.
Overall very pleased and would definstely stay ahain and recommend to others.

設備不新,但都能用,熱水不是太充沛,臥室窗外是走廊,晚上有點吵。
記得自帶盥洗用品,毛巾,沐浴乳倒是有提供,牙膏沒有。
可以煮東西,且鄰近維多莉亞市場,會煮的很方便
離輕軌站很近,方便~
- Anna May (10/5): A Fantastic Spot. - The accommodation is half a block from the free bus zone which operates within the city centre. Could walk to most interesting places. Loved the area. Local food places great.

- T.R. (8/5): One bedroom apartment just off Vic Market - This is more of a vacation rental than a hotel room, which was great for us. We stayed a week, and no staff entered the entire time, which worked well for us. There is a parking space in the apartment car park for use. The apartment is half a block from Vic Market, and just a short walk to the free tram zone that runs in the Central Business District. It's a 10 minute walk to either Uni Melbourne or RMIT. There is a small fridge, stove, and sink in the kitchen, and there is a single-unit washer/dryer along with an iron and decent closet space. This is great if you are staying in town for more than just a couple of nights.
