• Navigator15184730638 (10/5): Great stay at this hidden gem in Goa - My friend and I visited Acron waterfront resort for a week and getaway and we both had a really great time! The rooms were very clean and spacious, the housekeeping staff was very warm and friendly and catered to all our needs. Location - very convenient, located by the Baga river, so close to all the clubs and great restaurants and also offering a very quiet and serene environment. It's very green and unlike a regular hotel, very beautifully build with a lot of open spaces! It has a great infinity pool and a wonderful jaccuzi and spa to unwind ans relax. The food at the restaurant is top notch, Chef Dipam and Afsana and Malik made sure we had the best Goan food experience and even curated special cooking demonstration for us regarding the Goan delicacies! We actually found the quality of food at the restaurants to be even better than the food we tried at popular Goan restaurants outside. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean boutique hotel which is also very affordable and caters to all our personal needs. A big shoutout to all the staff, who always had a smile on their face and greeted us all the time happily! This is so lovely to see!

Our stay was of 5 days and all 5 days our rooms were thoroughly cleaned and well arranged. We would definitely recommend this resort to everyone, its worth every penny spent. Special thanks to Mr.Anand Rai, for his kind hospitality. We would suggest to make some arrangements to keep crows away from swimming pool and to fix an exhaust in the washroom.

The reception staff are friendly and professional. We had welcome drinks ,which were refreshing after our taxi ride from Goa airport. Our room number 6 is spacious with a large comfortable bed and a breathtaking view. The aircom is cool and works well. The room smells amazing very fresh and clean. The pool area is beautiful and run efficiently by the super helpful Sahoo. Nothing it is much trouble he is attentive, smiley ,friendly and very kind. Infact all staff members from waiters, kitchen , guards ,cleaning and gardener are all so happy and welcoming. The food has been amazing, fresh and so tasty, I love trying all the different dishes available. Huge smiles on faces working at this hotel. Five days left and we are going to make the most of this little gem in Goa. Thank you.🇮🇳

Having been a frequent customer for the past 10 years and coming here for the 4-5th time, I did not expect that I could ever have as bad of an experience in a hotel, let alone in a hotel as famous and familiar as acron waterfront, goa.. Except for one staff member and the front guard, The staff is rude, not flexible at all, do not care about customer satisfaction and service.. The pool is extremely unhygienic with crows and paper towels all around it.. The jacuzzi used to be the only nice thing till the time they shifted it near the pool.. forcing it to loose all of its charm.. The worst thing being, as a customer, I was pushed out of my room during checkout due to "urgent" issues.. we got a total of 10 mins to pack myself up and leave.. Now I think back to why I chose this hotel.. Highly disappointed, would not come back, do not recommend at all..

• 532nancyk (10/5): An absolute GEM! - What a hotel! Nestled in a quiet corner of Baga, it was like an oasis of calm, within easy reach of all that Baga has to offer. Upon arrival we were checked into a ground floor room. We prefer 1st floor, and they moved us the next day, no problem. We had amazing pool and river/sea views, which was lovely. A big thank you to Sahoo, who looked after us every day! He is an amazing staff member, who looks after everyone all day, making sure they have enough shade, towels and drinks. He is so hard working, and an amazing asset to the hotel! The food here is simply amazing. The butter chicken is so tasty! We tried a few different dishes and they were all delicious. I was also very happy with the local wine. The Grover and Sula wines were very tasty, and reasonably priced at 1600 rupees a bottle. The waiters are so polite and nice too. When I needed some papers printing, Reception were very helpful - thank you! The security guards outside were lovely as well, always welcoming you home with a smile. Massages were good and very reasonably priced at 2000 rupees for an hour. Overall, I cannot fault this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Baga and if we ever go back, we will stay here. THANK YOU!

The staff were very cortis and helpful in every way possible and rooms were spotless and cleaned to the heights standard. The manager Mr Gautam Katkar is one of the best I have met in my many years of travel if not the best. I enjoyed a number of conversations with him on various topics which were constructive and I was impressed by his inside. Overall I have to give the Acron Waterfront Resort 10 out 10. The Unique Surroundings provide Peace and tranquility away from the busyness of the surrounding area of Baga, situated on the Baga Creek you can watch the Fishermen returning with their daily Catch of the day to simply relaxing around the pool area with plenty of sun Umberella’s and a very friendly , attentive pool member of staff on hand to observe and give help if needed. The Spa offers daily Massages to add to the overall experience of relaxation. The rooms are bright and well maintained, clean and airy with AC and a Ceiling Fan to keep you cool, Thank you to Vipan , Ankush and the Housekeeping team who provide excellent daily cleaning of the rooms with regular changes of Bed Linen and Towels, nothing is to much trouble on request. The Restaurant offers Breakfast from 8am - 1pm with a wide variety of both Indian and Continental Food. Thank You to Chef Dipan and his team who attended to my every needs at Dinner offering food to my liking especially holding back on the heat of the Spices on my request and serving me a delicious Lobster which was cooked to perfection. Thank you to all the Waiters led by Restaurant Manager Annand who are so attentive, friendly and always there to help you, a very big thank you to my dearest friend Afsana who is professional, efficient and conscientious of her work and to give you the overall experience. Elisha your knowledge and help in the office is always much appreciated which makes the transition of my trip run smoothly taking away my worries. • D2237IClesleyl (10/5): Excellent first visit to Goa - We had arranged an airport pickup through the hotel which was very easy and worked well. On arrival at the hotel we were very impressed with the welcome, overall look and cleanliness. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We had a very nice river view room which had a really comfortable bed. There was a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet and we had some of the best food of the holiday when eating at the hotel in an evening. We were very happy with the quiet location of the hotel as this was across the river from the very busy Baga resort and beach, but was within easy walking distance. It was very relaxing lying by the pool and watching the local fishermen. Would definitely use this hotel again if returning to Baga.

Spacious room and clean room. Staff behaviour and support is awesome. Maximum foreigners guests. The icing to cake is the infinity room with river view and they have a jaquczy. Worth for money and perfect for family vacation. Mr. Anand the manager of resturant was always supportive towards serving us and prepared special khichdi for our kids.

The staff was welcoming (espcially thier manager Mr. Gautam Katkar) and loving towards my furry babies, and the resort had a fantastic area for them to roam around and play. They seemed super happy and content, which made me happy too! As for me, the relaxation quotient was off the charts! The stunning views of the river and Baga beach were absolutely breathtaking. Starting from managing and coordinating things with Scarlet, to getting there with absolute comfort was a smooth process. The staff at the hotel was very supportive, cooperated with us all throughout in anything we wanted. The food was tasty which made the event more eventful. They arranged everything for us with so much ease, all the members who attended these two days of stay only praised the hotel and staff. And their cake which we customised was the tastiest fruit cake I had in Goa. Overall, kudos to Acron.

Normally, the hotels are OK with the description and expectations and then there is no reason to write a review. I have worked as a traveling salesperson for many years of my life and have stayed in an incredible number of hotels all over the world. However, sometimes a hotel surprises in one way or another and then it can be worth the trouble to write a review. Acron exceeded our expectations by a margin. A really good and nice hotel with a good location. Bright nice rooms. We had a room on the 1st floor with a river view and the sea was also seen a bit away. People, boats, tides in and on the river pass by so slowly. The excellent swimming pool together with a warm whirlpool is also an excellent place to let the local life pass by. Very nice, happy and helpful staff. All credit to them.:-) Good breakfast even if you want to eat Western. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we returned for another 3 nights (in addition to our 5) which we had planned to spend elsewhere. We have previously stayed at other 5 star hotels in the Baga region and Acron beats them by a long way. We can highly recommend Acron.

The staff in the restaurant where generally good, but sometimes seemed lacking in attentiveness. An observation which could easily be improved to the benefit of the hotel and the customer. Before we had even begun our stay, Gatuam reached out to us to help coordinate our arrival. Upon arrival and during our stay, we were met with warmth, attention to detail and exceptional customer service from Gautam and the rest of the team. The Kokum juice on arrival was a nice and refreshing touch. I highly recommend the fresh watermelon juice! The club sandwich, and chicken broth were exceptional. It was my first time trying rose-leaf ice cream, and after tasting this, it will not be my last. The room we stayed in had everything we needed for our visit to Acron. It was exceptionally clean and the small touches such as magazines to read, packaged toiletries and bottles of water made it a wonderful stay. The pool and surrounding area were extremely peaceful to walk around in and sit, and stare out into the beautiful waterfront. It was wonderful to watch the night skies in the tranquility of the resort. Upon our departure, the team also recommended a taxi service to take us to the airport. They were punctual and got us to the airport earlier than expected. As we were leaving before dinner time, the team packed us some sandwiches made from Goan bread and cheese, and they stayed fresh for the journey and were a tasty addition. Acron, Gautam, and the team have been most hospitable before, during, and after our stay. We cannot wait to visit you all again! After a hectic couple of weeks of travelling, Acron was a haven away from the chaos outside. We also know that the resort is accessible to activities and more livelier hotspots should we fancy this next time. It was the perfect getaway and helped us replenish our energies before returning home. Thank you Gautam and to all the team at Acron for everything.

Afsana, in particular, helped me make wonderful menu choices, and even offered items that were not, technically, available. Check-in was very easy and quick. The massages were very easy to book and great. Getting to the hotel from the airport was very easy as I had contacted the hotel and they immediately sent me a contact name and number. Gasper contacted me right away and provided plate number and car color. As I arrived at the airport, he was already outside waiting for me. He also provided a friend’s contact the following day as he was not available. His friend, Roland, was also wonderful. He always answered my messages within a minute or two. He was a great tour guide taking me to nice places in South and North Goa and never rushing me. He also took me to Bondla Santuary and offered to take me on an additional tour on the day of my return flight, which didn’t leave until 5:30 pm. I had a very nice stay and I enjoyed my balcony right by the river and with a partial view of the breaking ocean waves at Baga beach (a 15 minute walk). My room was very spacious and cleaned every day. The ambiance was very relaxing.

From help ordering taxis to help with booking flights and recommending excursions, they excelled in all areas of care, much to our delight. I cannot recommend this 5* hotel enough. I've been staying at Acron for almost a decade and this place has never disappointed and is maintained as good as it was when it was launched. The property is located extremely close to Baga and yet away nestled in a quiet location among scenic views. Don't miss the little Trek to the nearby shack located in an isolated but lovely location nearby.
