The location is great considering only few mins walk from the center or tourist spots. The staff was accommodating and was very helpful. He gave me tips and warnings which was helpful for my own safety.

The nighttime front desk woman is extremely rude, bossy and never smiles- Upon arrival she had forgotten to turn my electricity on and my room was boiling hot ... she appeared annoyed when I asked her to turn it on. Furthermore, there is construction going on with and I heard a drilling noise on my ceiling and outside my room at 7:30am And finally, the cleaning lady walked into my room one morning and did not even knock... this place is terrible.

Toan (8/5): - I actually stayed quite a long time at this hotel, totally about half of the whole month that I was in VN. I like many things about the hotel, particularly the staffs and their service. The hotel conditions however have few things need to be repaired and kept in good maintenance. Also, I traveled to Saigon from USA with full luggage allowance by airlines, and unlike many other hotels in Saigon where they provide free storage, this one charged me high fees for leaving few suitcases at the hotel storage during the times in between my bookings at the hotel, while I traveled light to other towns away from Saigon.

Tomer (8/5): A worthy budget hotel - Nice hotel at a pretty central location (15-20 minutes walk to walking street or market). There are plenty of cafes, massage parlours and convenience stores on the street. Rooms are spacious, the shower takes a while to warm up. They're quite clean, but could use a little freshening. Service is very courteous. The hotel also offers a laundry service at a reasonable price. All in all, a budget hotel which offers some privacy and rudimentary services. Area around the hotel was going through renovation, but it didn't bother us (noise didn't come through the window). Some of the massage parlors are dodgy and offer 'extra services'. We received early check in at around 11:30 with no extra cost, a thing which we truly appreciated. We also received late check out. These little extra bonuses make staying here worthwhile. There's an elevator and concierge services.

Mick (7/5): Comfortable enough for the price you pay but there is room for improvement! - The staff were extremely helpful and went over an above to help which is very important to me. The location is great as it is off the main road and you can step out to the different shops without hassle. Whilst the room was nice and large, the free Wi-Fi never worked, lost hot water twice in six days and no tea and coffee provided. The shower was in the bath tub which was dangerously high to step into and step out. Given they have a lot of elderly guests, it's not a good idea. The air-conditioner worked well but all the louvers both up and down and left and right were missing so one can not control the direction of the air. Whilst the restaurant was not operational, a minimum of tea, coffee and cereals with milk should be on offer for a payment.

Coz when I arrived so hurry then went out immediately after. So, I didn't find out anything unusual . Untill, I came back around 11pm, ready to sleep, then I found the blanket have smell. I really didn't know that staff could forget to change it or the problem from washing not well done. And it was almost late night, I didn't wanna disturb any staff for those small things like this. Aj (10/5): A 5 star service in a 2 star hotel - If you would compare this hotel to a 4 or 5 star hotel in the same street you wouldn’t see the difference. The hospitality from the personnel of this hotel is fenomenal, the receptionist tries his best to speak with you. He asks how your day was, what you have done today, what you are going to do the next day, and helps you with taxis and small things for your flight or vacation. Even though it are small things it makes you feel welcome and this is what a great hotel is supposed to do. The noise cancelling is absolutely great, of course you sometimes hear an ambulance but that is normal, the best thing is that you hear no loud music from coffee places or clubs. When I first stepped in the room I was shocked at how luxurious the room was, for a 2 star hotel the room was so good. The airconditioning is perfect, and there is room cleaning everyday which you don’t get very often in the hotel in Vietnam. Overal a great hotel

Though the staff's English is limited, they make up for it by bending over backward to help in whatever way they can. Most bathrooms in Asia don’t even have a curtain to separate bath area from the toilet an that is very nasty. I had opted for a no-window room because I was at the hotel only for sleeping, but if you need one with window then book a more expensive room.
