- Nanna (2/5): Skuffende ophold - Ok hotel, det levede bare overhovedet ikke op til vores forventninger ud fra billederne. Det er i dårlig stand, der er fugtigt og meget lyt. Det ligger tæt på togbanen, og det kunne høres om natten… Da vi ankom til værelset sent om aftenen, var vinduet ikke lukket, så der var fyldt med myg på værelset. Desuden var personalet ikke særlig servicemindet. Vi valgte derfor kun at have en overnatning i stedet for 6 som planlagt.

- 65smithab (8/5): Hanoi visit - The hotel room was clean and staff were polite , only issue was with hot water in the bathroom . We stayed in 7th floor hence had to use the lift which used to stink, but the room was perfectly fine and comfortable. Our point of contact Sarah was always communicative and ready to help whenever needed.

- Romain (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, the staff was very helpful and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The walls were quite thin, so you could hear what was going on in every room next and above you. Also the quality of the internet was not ideal for video calls.

- Orhan (6/5): Pleasant - Central location and reception staff is worth mentioning. Air-conditioning was turning on by itself even though I turned it off. Blinds don't roll up for day light and window was jammed shut. Tv has no reception, no channels were available. Wifi was touch and go, no data reception most of the time. Bathroom was average, most of the sealants around the shower and surrounds had peeled off, requires renovation all round. Overall the room was run down with obvious touch ups on the walls and cupboard doors giving it a very cheap look.

- Nicholas (3/5): Would not recommend to stay here, should not be listed as a 4 star hotel - Location When entering the Lobby a distinct damp smell was present, The bathroom had a leaking bath and also a leaking toilet hose and broken Toilet seat in the other bathroom ( See Pics), the bathroom size was only 10 inches bigger than the bath itself. The television did not work in the room also. the settee in the family room had not been wiped down in a long time( it was leather) and my partner cleaned it before using it and the dirt that came off was incredible, we would not sit on it without using a towel. Staff where incredible rude with no acknowledgment or good morning, upon booking out they used a calculate that i could not believe was so thick with dirty around the keys. I was charged 3 % for using a credit card which i have never experienced in a Hotel before.Breakfast was very poor with eggs being pre cooked and placed in a ban marie , I have not experienced any Hotel who did not have some kind of egg station for poached, scrambled etc made for you. To summaries the staff of the Hotel is clear they have given up as there is no effort and I would suggest by the managers attitude this is based on neglect and no investment in Broken items . Laundry new and old was left in the Hall ways for hours every day ( see pic) which is a huge hazard in form of the fire exits.This is no way a 4 star hotel, I would suggest good 2 star or poor 3 star, I have never felt compelled to post pictures on a review but the Hotel was so poor i feel I should to warn others

- Haruho (9/5): Comfortable and convenient - Convenient location, it’s near the train market and the Old Quarter. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were helpful. It’s not so loud despite being close to the railway. There was no bathtub at least in my room, but the shower was nice
- Hien (1/5): Misleading and disappointing - On Booking.com, Bonne Nuit Hotel & Spa rated itself as a four star hotel as if, it’s comparable to Sheraton Hotel status which is completely misleading us. It’s just a simple hotel & not a hotel & spa. We found the hotel’s pictures posted on Booking.com are inaccurate and deceitful according to our experience. Everything from doors to bedding and bathroom’s features are utterly outdated and in a very poor condition. For example the safety lock of one of our room’s door didn’t function. The bathroom’s curtain was torn and unhygienic condition. The toilet seat was broken. And there were molds everywhere from shower caps to washing basins etc. We highly recommend Booking.com to control the star rating of Bonne Nuit Hotel and its pictures posted on Booking.com.

- HENRY (6/5): Cheap hotel & dirty room - Dirty room, only the lobby is clean & nice to attract customers. The room is very old, shower is small, just a tub, slow water with barely no hot water. Toilet is dirty. Room is noisy, and you can hear next door neighbor/kids all the time. Wouldn't stay here again.

At every hour apart from 4am the train beeped it’s horn. Not sure if you can hear it from the front of the hotel but our room at the back so loud. Air con is loud too. We should have checked location more but just be aware of you don’t want sleepless nights. Hotel pictures are not the same, much older and unclean unfortunately

- Plamena (5/5): Passable - What truly is good is the location of the place. It’s a quiet area with the exception of the loud train passing a few times in the day. The bed is comfortable. Once upon a time the hotel has been good but it is not being maintained. It is very old, furniture is old, floor is old, bathroom is dirty, the AC is leaking and the quality of the furniture is really outdated. It could be mire pleasant for the money. The breakfast is really desperate as well.

My daughter had to sleep on a small sofa and when we reported , they told us to complain to Booking.com. Will not patronise this hotel again. Facilities not as mentioned while booking.

Laundry service was quick. The rooms looked nothing like the photos when we booked it originally. It might have looked like that when it was new, but it certainly doesn't look like that now. It was tired, the fixtures looked really old and just not what we expected.

- Cédric (8/5): - Emplacement idéal pour le vieux quartier Personnel amical La chambre était propre, par contre, l'isolation n'était pas bonne, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait autour la nuit. Faire attention, certaines chambres disent avoir une fenêtre, mais en réalité c'est une petite fenêtre qui mène en arrière en cas d'urgence (donc aucune vue et aucune lumière).

Would not come back. - Late check in and they allow us to place the bags at the property after checking out Room smells like mold, the smell was so strong that I had to wear a mask. Toilet uncleaned, there’s calcium stain on the bidet. ROOM IS NOT SOUND PROOF. i can hear people next door and it’s very disturbing at night. Staff was not attentive and drunk on the job.
