- Viktoria (10/5): Csodálatos kilátás és kiváló ár - Nemrég a Golden Ina szállodában szálltunk meg, és rendkívül elégedettek voltunk. A hotel elhelyezkedése tökéletes – közvetlenül a tengerparton található, sétány vagy út nélkül a szálloda és a homok között. Ajándékként egy gyönyörű két szobás lakosztályt kaptunk hatalmas, körülbelül 100 m²-es terasszal, napozóágyakkal felszerelve, ahonnan csodálatos kilátás nyílt az egész városra és a tengerre. A reggeli benne volt az árban, és nagyon finom volt. Az ajánlat ára rendkívül kedvező volt – ennyi pénzért szinte lehetetlen közvetlenül a parton szállást találni. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, és biztosan visszatérnénk még ide!

Най-голямото предимство е отличното местоположение – хотелът е точно до морето и гледката към морето е наистина прекрасна. Много е приятно сутрин да се събудиш с гледка към плажа и шума на вълните. Локацията е удобна и за разходки, и за почивка. Закуската беше включена в цената и също ни хареса много. Цената беше много изгодна за това, което предлага хотелът. Препоръчвам хотела на хора, които търсят хубава морска гледка, добро разположение и приятна почивка.

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the room was clean and well maintained. We would gladly visit again!

There is nothing like falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves! Being on the first line (beachfront) made everything so convenient. The private beach area was clean, and the water was crystal clear. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room had a stunning panoramic sea view that was worth every penny.

Staff probably wanted to stop me—but since their English was about as functional as the hotel itself, I was safe. Bonus: it’s right on the beach, so at least the misery came with a sea view 😂 If this hotel is 4 stars, then I must be the Queen of England. The room was a masterpiece of dirt, with a sticky balcony that doubled as flypaper. When I asked the maid to clean, she just threw a towel over the dirt like she was trying to smother a crime scene. Another maid eventually came, probably out of pity. No free sockets in the room—apparently to prevent me from smuggling in a space heater? Three plugs total: one for the fridge, one for the TV, one for the lamp… in a double room. So yeah, you either charge your phone OR enjoy cold drinks OR watch TV. Choose wisely. The ‘toiletries’? Two shampoo packets and one mini soap… for two people, four days. The bathroom door, once locked, became an escape-room challenge. No shelf for shower gel, spiders hiding behind the nightstand, and a toilet that gurgled all night like I was sleeping in the sewers. Staff didn’t speak English, but did master the art of aggressive hand-waving and looking offended when you dared to ask for something. ‘All inclusive’ food existed in theory: the schnitzels looked like they’d been fried in used motor oil, everything was overspiced, and the only safe bet was chicken legs or liver with rice. To get to the restaurant, you had to walk around the whole hotel because they closed the gate during meal times… so all-inclusive also included cardio. Oh, and surprise: the beach and pool? Not included. You pay extra. Because obviously a 4-star hotel listed on Booking should charge you for using the beach in front of it. In short: hostel vibes from the early 2000s, priced like luxury. The only thing 4-star here was my ability to survive it.”**

- Stan (4/5): - Amplasarea hotelului Nu este curat, camerele sunt foarte mici, balcoanele despărțite doar printr-un panou metalic. Lipsă lumină pe holuri, descui folosind lanterna de la telefon, mocheta de pe holuri foarte murdară, pătată. Referitor la mâncare - nu sunt atâtea feluri ca în alte hoteluri, dar a fost bună. Parcarea este la marginea stațiunii, la bulevardul principal - aprox 20 minute de mers pe jos, dar te duce cineva de la hotel până acolo, totuși... dacă ai ceva de luat de la mașină sau vrei să ieși undeva, trebuie să faci tot drumul ăla... La plajă primești 2 șezlonguri și umbrelă pentru camera rezervată doar dacă plătești 30 leva/zi. Băuturile sunt incluse în meniu la All-inclusive doar de la barul de sus, adică treci prin toată sala de mese daca vrei să bei ceva când ești la plajă. Barul de pe plajă, însă, este cu băuturi de brand, deci se plătesc. Cu alte cuvinte, după părerea mea, nu se încadrează nici la All-inclusive, cu atât mai mult la Ultra All-inclusive, așa cum este denumit.

Хотел с 8 етажа и 1 асансьор,чакаш по 30 минути за асансьор!Паркинг няма свободни места,пратиха ни на неохраняем паркинг и пари ни взеха! На басейна 10 шезлонги винаги заети! Плажа пред хотела се плаща 30лв на ден! Храната една и съща всеки ден! Стаята-ужас! Няма ютия! Предупредихме,че сме с кученце и ни дадоха стая със стълби до леглото,където трябваше да го носим на ръце ,защото стълбите стръмни ! Климатика малък сложен до леглото духа право в теб като легне,но иначе в стаята ужасна жега! За парите,които платихме нищо не получихме! Тръгнахме си 1ден по рано,за да не се мъчим!

- Ana (7/5): - Lokacija hotela na samoj plaži. Za djecu su bile odlicne palacinke i toceni sladoled (zena koja tamo radi je jako ljubazna). Voda u bazenu je bila bas hladna pa se nije ugodno kupati (bazen je samo u prijepodnevnim satima na suncu). Hrana se stalno ponavljala. Pice je bilo losije kvalitete. Velike guzve su se stvarale tijekom obroka, narocito rucka, tako da smo cesto znali cekati stol. Nema sadrzaja za djecu.

- Clau (1/5): Nu recomand acest hotel! - Camerele mizerabile, în baie un miros de nesuportat.Mancarea execrabila. Personalul foarte arogant. Nu recomand !
- Valentina (7/5): - Hotel pe plajă. Un singur lift care funcționează foarte încet. Mai mult am urcat si am coborât pe scări. Pe holuri si la recepție nu este aer condiționat. Mâncare suficientă, dar nu foarte diversificată. Era cam aceeași mâncare zilnic. Nu ai de unde sa bei o cafea dimineața până la ora 8, când începe micul dejun. Curățenie se făcea zilnic, dar în 7 zile s-a schimbat o singura dată lenjeria.

Camera foarte mica,balcon extrem de mic,prost delimitat de cel al vecinilor,practic stăteam într-un balcon mic două familii. Miros in baie,lipsa cabina de dus. Mocheta pe holul etajului foarte murdara. Băuturile la bar de proastă calitate servite in pahare mici,de plastic. Pentru un pahar de apă stăteam la coada la bar. Mancarea acceptabila,dar locul de servit masa total inadecvat,insuficient,inghesuit,practic nu au restaurant ci un spatiu improvizat.Un stres momentul mesei.

Camera foarte mică,baia miroase a mucegai,daca uitați ușa deschisă mirosul pătrundea și in camera,balconul se afla în bucătăria restaurantului,daca puneai ceva la uscat plecai la plaja cu miros de ceapa prăjită,perdeaua camerei era ruptă,nu aveai cum deschide balconul pentru aerisire, deoarece mirosul de mâncare rea in cameră. Te simțeai ca într-un ghetou. Păcat de amplasarea hotelului.Personalul parca te împungea,fete triste și obosite.Mancarea sa nu mai vorbesc: aceași pe toată perioada,pulpe de pui cu gust de vechi,singura carne pe care o găseai în toată săptămâna,chiftele de soia ,mâncare de mazăre.Am mâncat la oua și salata de varză pe tot parcursul sejurului. Cu siguranță nu o sa mai revenim, niciodată.

- Andrei (10/5): Minunat. - Totul minunat, de la locație,chiar pe plajă,camere foarte mari, curățenie zilnic,mâncare bună și diversificată, în fiecare seară era organizată o tematică diferită.Plaja cu nisip foarte fin, curată și fără alge.Parcare subterană (cu plată). E a patra oară când stau la acest hotel și voi reveni cu drag oricând. Apă la piscină foarte rece, poate și datorită faptului ca mai tot timpul zilei era umbră.

- Veronica Marinela (3/5): Sejurul nu s a ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor mele. - Mi a plăcut ca hotelul este amplasat pe plaja. Mâncarea slab calitativa și nu ai din ce sa alegi, aceleași feluri de mâncare în fiecare zi, la mic dejun, prânz și cina... Prețul parcării destul de piperat, 100 euro/2 masini/4 zile. Sezlongul nu este inclus în preț, 15 euro/zi. Curățenia lasă de dorit. În 4 zile nu au fost schimbate prosoape, lenjerie, nu s a dat cu aspiratorul. Camera foarte mica și a persistat un miros de canalizare pe toată durata sejurului.

- Елза (7/5): Хубав хотел с отлично местоположение. - Хотелът е разположен на самия плаж. Чистотата е на високо ниво. Персоналът се отнася добре с гостите. Има платен подземен паркинг. Стаята е много тясна, а балкона е общ за две стаи. Изобилие от еднообразна храна.
