• Anna (6/5): - La posizione é comoda per visitare sia la parte più a nord di Olbia che la parte più a sud. L’alloggio dove siamo stati non é come nelle foto presentate, anzi l’arreddamento é piuttosto vecchio. Le spese extra sono abbastanza alte, consiglio di portarsi da casa gli asciugamani per il bagno. Tuttavia, il personale : Stefano e Simonetta in particolare sono stati davvero gentili e accoglienti
• Fiona Graeme Handyside (10/5): - We had a lovely friendly welcome from the managers of the let, they were happy to share their recommendations and were always helpful, there is even a free washing machine which was brilliant when travelling with young children. Google translate is a wonderful tool, to help us find what we needed and to communicate with the staff in the restaurant and shops. The apartment we rented was perfectly fine for us as a family of 5 and basically furnished, plenty of hot water, air conditioning, we self catered and all we needed was provided. You do need to pay extra fees on arrival but these are clear if you read the booking information before you book so we expected these. Also remember that almost everything closes between 1 and 5 on the island so be prepared to plan your shopping etc, on the day we arrived we had to have a drive around to find a open supermarket to get drinks and snacks before our local shop opened but it was ok,We were near the restaurant and this wasn’t a problem for us, the atmosphere was lovely and we had a great sea view and a lovely terrace. Our daughter is coeliac and the managers directed us to nearby places that could cater (including the close beach bar) . The local supermarket was friendly and well stocked. The small beach nearby was lovely, quiet and safe for young children, so nice to swim in the warm water. You will need a car to get the most out of the area, we visited different beaches and the city and enjoyed a lovely kayak tour during our stay.
• Jakob (8/5): - Simonetta und Stefano sind TOP Managers: professionell, freundlich, hilfsbereit, ortskundig. Vielen Dank! Die Wohnung war nicht so gut ausgestattet. Ich habe ihnen eine Liste gegeben, mit den Sachen, die fehlten. Wir mieten lieber eine Wohnung, weil wir auch gerne kochen. Auch der Bauzustand in Küche und Bad braucht eine Renovation. Ansonsten ist aber die Wohnung schön eingerichtet, das Bett ist bequem, die Sicht aus der grossen Terrasse fantastisch! Wir haben die ruhige Tage, die familiäre Umgebung und die schönen, zu Fuss erreichbare Stränden und die Restaurants in der Umgebung genossen. Tante grazie!

Appartement 2 chambres avec très belle terrasse et magnifique vue sur la mer. Vaisselle basique pour passer son séjour. Il manque juste un micro-onde et le WIFI dans l'appartement (disponible uniquement à la réception...). Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. Voiture indispensable Market et café sur place fermés fin avril. A très bientôt
• Filip (8/5): Good apartment hotel with friendly staff - This apartment hotel has very friendly staff that is always ready to help and solve any issue that might appear. Beach, restaurant and grocery store can all be found nearby. The apartment was overall good and comfy. We travel quite a lot and we're used to find some more necessities in the apartments than we did this time, though. For example there was salt or pepper there and only one roll of toilet paper. The towels also wasn't included in the price which might be a good thing to know when comparing prices.

Die Anlage ist in einem guten Zustand mit direktem Strand, alles wunderschön bepflanzt und mit super Aussicht in die Bucht. Die beiden Mitarbeiter (Simonetta und Stefani) an der "Rezeption" waren mega nett und hilfsvereit, haben für uns rumtelefoniert. Wirklich ganz toll und kundenorientiert. An der Stelle einen Lob! Super Wetter bis 27 Grad gehabt.

• Vladimir (10/5): Po druhý raz užasna dovolenka v Baia de Bahas,. - Bol to náš druhý pobyt v tomto rezorte. Dostali sme aj rovnakú izbu ako minulý rok za čo musíme poďakovať Sonii a Stefanovi. Rovnako ďakujeme za príjemne privítanie a celkového spríjemnenie pobytu. Keďže sme prostredie a služby už poznali nič nás neprekvapilo a celý pobyt sme si výborne užili. Už teraz plánujeme o budúcoročnú dovolenku v tomto rezorte.

• Ewa (8/5): Best customer service ever! - Myself and my friend (two girls) were staying in a homely studio apartment at the bottom of the complex, so luckily we had a bit of a sea view from the balcony, but a bit of a climb back to the reception. We were welcomed by a couple who run the place (and possibly own it). They were absolutely brilliant, very welcoming, friendly and helpful, even though English wasn't their first language. They spent hours trying to sort things out for us (like taxi, etc.) and they looked after us even outside of working hours when needed. The apartment was clean and cosy. Close to a local supermarket, a restaurant and a beach (50m or so). The wifi was available in the reception only, so we had to use mobile data during the whole trip, not a problem these days, but for some it can be expensive. There were also additional charges for a set of towels, cleaning, etc., so have it in mind when booking (it has been stated on the hotels page though). At the time we were staying (mid June), not much was going on (out of season), but it had also pluses, as not many people on the beach. However, it was lacking of a night life and for that you would probably have to go to Porto Rotondo or other resort to find it. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and we will never forget the kindness of the couple who runs the place. Thank you Simonetta and Stefanos and greetings from Ewa and Agnieszka!

Great beaches were also within a short drive. All the restaurant staff spoke excellent English. The property managers Stephano and his wife were excellent, very helpful, both spoke exellant English. We would certainly stay there again and would recommend the resort, 5 + stars as far as we were concerned.

• Heide (6/5): - 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Strandnähe, die Anlage war schön hattre einen kleinen Privatstrand und Hafen. Kleiner Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Ansonsten guter Ausgangsort für Erkundigungen an der Costa Smeralda. Gute Verbindungen an die Autobahn in Richtung Süden und Westen der Insel. Die Möbilierung der Wohnung war alt Töpfe und Pfannen sollten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Die Sauberkeit war auf das Nötigste beschränkt. Die Dusche war sehr eng und schmal und schlecht verankert Türen schlossen nicht und der Brausekopf war total verschlissen.
• Pete (6/5): - Unser Appartement war sehr schön. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf eine Bucht. Der Balkon war groß und auch sonst hatten wir viel Platz. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und Zuvorkommend. Das zum Positiven. Anders als bei Expedia beschrieben, gibt es WLan nur im Foyer und das ist sehr langsam. Bei einer Anreise nach dem 1. Oktober sollte man beachten, dass sehr viele Restaurants in der Umgebung geschlossen haben. Direkt an der Anlage gab es kein offenes Restaurant. Der Supermarkt der Anlage hat im Laufe unseres Urlaubs dann ebenfalls geschlossen. Cafés an den umliegenden Stränden sind ebenfalls praktisch alle geschlossen. Das habe ich in anderen Reisezielen am Mittelmeer bis jetzt nicht so extrem erlebt. Man ist wegen der Lage unbedingt auf ein Auto angewiesen. Bei der Anreise ist zu beachten im Navi (google maps) nach: "Baia de Bahas Exclusive " zu suchen. Die auf der Hotelseite angegebene Adresse bei Google maps schickt einen leider zur falschen Position. Als letztes sei noch anzumerken, dass das Satelliten TV nur italienische Sender hat. Da wir sehr schlechtes Wetter hatten, wären wir für englische oder deutsche Sender dankbar gewesen. Als Fazit würden wir in dieser Jahreszeit nicht wieder nach Sardinien fahren. Das Hotel ist halt immer nur so gut, wie die Umgebung in der es liegt.
• Vladimir (10/5): Pobyt ktorý prekonal očakavania - Pobyt uskutočnení na konci sezony, napriek tomu služby ako bar, pizzeria, potraviny boli otvorene. (do konca septembra). Po príchode s neďalekej Marinnely, sme boli hneď ubytovaní milým personálom. Vysvetlil a oboznámil nás s doplatkami, službami a ďalšími vecmi okolo rezortu. Doplatky činili: 40eur na osobu za spotrebu energii,uteráky a postelné prádlo na 7 dni, 1.50 eur za noc a osobu za miestne dane. 70 eur za čistenie celého apartmánu. Pri rezervácií sme dostali apartmán na 1 poschodí. Bolo nám povedané že má najväčšiu terasu a bola to naozaj pravda. Rozlohou to bol ako 2 izbový byt. Dve samostatne izby, kúpelka, a obývačka spojená s kuchyňou. Vybavenie nebolo luxusne ale zapadalo do miestnej kultúry a bolo udržiavané a čiste a plne funkčne. Na terase lehátka, posedenie, kuchyňa vybavená všetkým potrebným (chýbala možno len mikrovlnka, kanvica a šporák) Pre 4 osoby tam bolo všetko potrebne. Za 7 dni nám nechýbalo nič. Na okolí množstvo možnosti na kúpanie. Pizzeria blízko a potraviny asi 50m od ubytovania. Je potrebne napísať že s autom je to lepšie, Keďže najbližšie spojenie s vlakom alebo autobusom je asi 20 minút. peši. A ešte na spomenutie Wifi len pri recepcií a trochu slabé, ale to bude vadiť len ľudom ktorý potrebujú byť online. Musíme povedať že pobyt sa nám páčil a pomer cena/výkon bol vynikajúci. Určite sa ešte vrátime.

• Debi (8/5): - The location of the resort is excellent, as you have access to a private beach similar to most sardinian beaches, nice and clean and sandy. There is a restaurant in the resort - "IL Segreto" which is quite decent and the prices are the same as in other restaurants nearby. The accommodation is basic, you get everything you need for a reasonable price, especially if you are not planning to spend a lot of time indoors. My only complaint is that some of the other guest were loud at times, but for us that was bearable. Overall we liked the place and would probably return another time. Had great experience.

• Jess (8/5): Eine Woche Ende April - Wir haben eine Woche Ende April im Resort verbracht. Der Empfang war super nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben ein Appartement mit zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer gebucht, was für 2 Personen super war. Das Appartement wäre auch, laut Expedia, für 4 Personen buchbar gewesen. Wäre aber sehr eng geworden. So wars super. Der Balkon mit Meerblick war sehr schön und erholsam. Allgemein würde ich sagen, dass die Ausstattung gepflegt, einfach und funktionell ist. Das Bad ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Exklusive ist wahrscheinlich nicht so angebracht. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

Il costo pagato per 4 era con tutto i servizi attivi e funzionanti. Chiusi tutti i servizi nel raggio di 10 Km. Ristoranti dati aperti su google erano tutti chiusi o in rifacimento. Zona splendida per amanti della natura e del mate. Avevamo l'aereo di rientro alle 18.00 Obbligatorio check out alle 10.00. Non ho parole. Ester

• Herwin (8/5): Heerlijk appartement in leuk complex - Heerlijk appartement met uitzicht op het rustige strand. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Appartement is ietwat gedateerd en simpel maar superschoon. Enige puntje is de douche die overduidelijk berekend is op kleine italiaantjes. Verder genoten van het restaurant Segreto wat vlak onder het raam zat. Heerlijke gerechten voor een eerlijke prijs. Hou rekening met bijbetalen voor resort en schoonmaak plus linnen/handdoeken. Wij waren op de hoogte dus geen probleem maar mocht je dit niet zijn is 128 euro extra een slecht begin van je vakantie.

Residence curato nel complesso e permanenza piacevole, anche in virtù del personale, sempre disponibile e gentile. Da preferire senz'altro le sistemazioni vista mare: creano tutta un'altra atmosfera.

• Martina (10/5): Ruhiges Hotel mit Hausstrand - Sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer, großer Balkon mit meerblick und nur ein kurzer Weg runter zum Strand. Einziges Manko: der Supermarkt am Hotel öffnet erst ab Juni, es gibt aber auch noch ein Restaurant, was sehr gut ist. Der nächste Ort ist Mini, ein Auto ist daher empfehlenswert. Ach ja, die tauben waren morgens manchmal ganz schön laut, aber sonst war es bei uns (Ende Mai/Anfang Juni) angenehm ruhig, kühl genug in den zimmern und wirklich schön zum wohnen.
• Seals (10/5): Apartment clean well equipped. - Excellent facilities. Excellent restaurant. Friendly staff. Only downside was the local supermarket was closed. So needed car, nearest town Gulfo Arachni ~5KM away. Beaches walking distance and all clean.
• Jojo (8/5): Eine tolle Anlage in der Nähe mit kleinem Strand - Der Empfang war freundlich und man konnte sich auf Englisch hervorragend verständigen. Überrascht waren wir von den hohen Nebenkosten: 80 € für die Endreinigung nach fünf Tagen und 46 € für Strom, Handtücher etc. Dazu eine Kaution von 150 €, die wir aber zurückerhalten haben.- Es sollte unbedingt beim Angebot erscheinen, dass man ohne Auto dort verloren ist. Es fahren weit und breit keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und ansonsten gibt es nur einen kleinen Laden (ab Ende Mai geöffnet) und ein Restaurant in der Nähe. Der nächste kleine Ort ist 7 km entfernt.
• Nicole (8/5): Appartamento ottimo a poco dal mare ma isolato - Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in un bilocale grazioso e molto pulito con una splendida vista sul mare. Sconsigliato per chi non è automunito, è molto vicino al mare ma lontano da tutto il resto (città, centri, altre spiagge) e non offre nemmeno grandi servizi di trasporto (non ci sono fermate di bus ne altro). Da apprezzare la gentilezza delle ragazze della reception, davvero dei tesori, ti aiutano in tutto e sono sempre a disposizione, carinissime. Una nota negativa a Expedia in quanto la posizione indicata tra le informazioni dell'hotel non è minimamente quella vera, anzi, è completamente da un'altra parte!!!! Uno si fa i programmi su cosa fare e dove andare anche rispetto alla posizione dell'albergo per poi scoprire che è a chilometri da li! Per il resto tutto ottimo

• karl (8/5): Sehr schöne Anlage - Badebucht in 3 min zu erreichen. Mitte Mai sind viele Restaurants und andere Lokalitäten noch geschlossen. Ruhe pur. Um etwas zu unternehmen braucht man einen Mietwagen.
• Isabelle (8/5): - Tranquillité assurée hors période d affluence...proche d Olbia et Porto Rotondo pour avoir de l animation. Bonne situation pour visiter l est de la Sardaigne.
